Ordered from old swan safis. I ordered chocolate puffs and they came frozen this is the worst company to go to. I also had same problem at norris green safis in stead of saying not in stock I get given frozen puffs going to contact food hygiene not right They don't have a number I can contact for a refund got to go through uber eats

Got a delivery on Just Eat. Strawberry& banana waffle and a Bueno waffle. So so (so) delicious! Bit of a dangerous discovery! (Also, looked it up - hygiene rating is 5/5).

Seems ro be 2 boys runing this business and yes they arw doing good. 3 deliveries 3 family got served in our 30 mins. Enteriour is basic but the waffle is fresh and soft and crunchy. Amazing!!! Shake was good taste aswell. Friendly guys good work

Fantastic place. Visited it after my son's football match and on recommendation from my wife, and we weren't disappointed. If you like chocolate, this is the place for you. The Caramel Freddo crepe with milk and white chocolate drizzled over it was to die for. Will definitely be back.
