The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

Same people use this pub. Bit rough. Ok when pissed and passing later on in the night. Prices reasonable but won’t be returning

Only went in here because WHSmiths the other side had a sign saying back in 5 minutes, got charged £5.20 for a bottle of pepsi max and 2 bars of chocolate, never again!

Dirty tables, burnt food, overpriced. If you’re going to charge top dollar than you should be a premium serving in clean conditions

The food is nice, and there is a good selection, but the venue gets busy, and tables get taken quickly. But it's the service that lets it down. You have to order your meals in 3 different places if your family wants different things to eat, which means queuing in 3 different places. Why not have somewhere at the front with touch screens to order the meals? Then, just have collection points to pick the meals up using screens with numbers on it. This would save time and space as well as reduce the need to have 3 people at tills at 3 locations.

Thank you for your amazing cake for our daughters 50th birthday. She was overwhelmed when she saw it. Your service, detail & craftmanship were all top class & we will certainly use you again & recommend you.

Couldn't rate this zero so gave one star - never encountered more ignorant, unhelpful and rude staff in my life. Arrived at 11:55 from breakfast, the bartender (skinny lad with cropped brown hair, don't know or care what his name is) just looked at us dead-eyed when we got to the bar, didn't greet or ask what he can get us, and snapped "I need a table number" when we asked for two large breakfasts. Went and got a table number and came back to the bar and was stuck behind someone ordering a pint of Wainwrights - the beer had soured so he picked another, same again with the Doom Bar tap so picked another. By the time he had been served it was bang on noon which is when they stopped serving so the skinny idiot gleefully said "we stop serving breakfast at 12" - when I mentioned he could clearly see I was next in line before noon and had already expressed intent to get breakfasts he just repeated himself, despite it not being our fault that TWO of their beers had soured making it take longer for the man in front to get served. He did us a favour in the long run though as on our way out two tables were complaining of undercooked bacon and slimy mushrooms, and we ended up going to Main Street and eating at The Golden Lion which was really good food and the staff were lovely. Don't waste your time and money on this utter waste of what could be a beautiful building in a great market town.

Absolutely disgusting The staff were rude didn't speak. Waited 15 minutes for the kettle to boil.for a cup.of tea. Fish and chip under cooked mum's breakfast cold. Told staff. Man with beard walked away. Terrible Never ever again

Ordered Jacket potato with cheese and bacon, arrived with streaky bacon slavery fat. Sent back to be told this is how it comes however will get some other bacon, it came back solid as a brick, slight white colour on coating. Obviously been sat for a while. Ordered a child's cheese and tomato pizza. Chips been double fried so not fresh, pizza was soft on bottom uncooked and middle of pizza was doughy. My daughter eats any pizza from pizza xpress to Aldi cheap pizza, so for her to say that is disgusting it must be bad, so tried for myself and she was right.. disgusting! Went over to complain to be told sorry about that but nothing can be done. £36.65 for utter garbage!

Asked for decaf tea bag think I had asked for the world tea like dish water ordered brown toast like to butter my own it came dripping with whatever they had put on awful cafe

Ordered at 15:07 and had to call as the app i ordered from said it had been delivered. When called were told that it was still there and it was leaving shortly. Tried to call again and got no answer and the food was never delivered.

Overpriced, poor customer service, staff very rude, poor range of products and very badly managed. Also watch out for the flavours because the more adventurous they get, the worse they taste. The plain flavour is good though. The fruit toppings okay, but some times the fruit isn't fresh. Personally, between this place and the ice cream van, I would choose the ice cream van 8/10 times.

Absolute disgrace! Ordered Coffee, used my friends family discount. It did not register. Very cocky blonde haired bob girl. 'It must have been un shared with you. It's out of date We sacked a girl last week for this.' That's GDPR pet!' Absolutely showed me up in front of customers like I was a fraud and a thief taking my Car registration. Maybe you should have said download the new updated discount card! Maybe you should get extra training from Matt, Madeley, Rob. On my day off I like to wear tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Never judge a book by its cover or is it because I am gay?

There was a foul odour that hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I entered the shop. Were it not for my business client wanting to meet here i'd have ran for the hills. Coffee was freezing. Apparently it was iced latte and its legit so i'll let them off. The next 30 minutes were quite uneventful until a masked man with a sawn off shotgun robbed the tills. Not quite the family friendly atmosphere i was promised. When I asked the manager for a napkin she spat in my face. Won't be returning

Well stocked, great food halls plenty of choice, quick checkout, big car park plenty of space, very good.
