Overpriced, poor customer service, staff very rude, poor range of products and very badly managed. Also watch out for the flavours because the more adventurous they get, the worse they taste. The plain flavour is good though. The fruit toppings okay, but some times the fruit isn't fresh. Personally, between this place and the ice cream van, I would choose the ice cream van 8/10 times.

This evening my family placed an order. We get yogurt from here all the time, so we no how it tastes. Unfortunately the 2 natural ones were off. I called up to tell them and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude. All I wanted to tell them that the yogurt was off. She wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her. She kept telling me how many she had sold today. She wouldn’t let me talk at all. She said it’s not my fault you don’t like the yogurt. Like I said before we have had it many times and never had an issue. The staff member said we would have a call back however this never happened. We called back giving the benefit of the doubt and was hung up on numerous times. I am absolutely disgusted at this lack of customer service and clearly there is a training issue identified. I will never return here again. Please becareful if go. Me

Delicious yet a little expensive but it is a premium product. Great choice of toppings and sauces. Attentive and friendly staff The natural flavour at the Prestwich branch is not as creamy as the Manchester one which is a shame.

You have to try the Nutella hot chocolate if you’re a fan of Nutella, tastes amazing. And the yogurt is also amazing with a variety of flavours, I went for the white chocolate (which is vegan friendly)! Highly recommended

I got a delivery from here and ordered two bobo teas they are disrespectful and rude the teas aren’t even actuall bobo tea and they are just cheap cups with a sticker on them they left a really revolting taste in my mouth that’s all Xoxo gossip girl

I have just return from the states and have been looking for self serve fro yo! This place it's really great, good coffee too! My only complaint is it needs more flavors, or even just vanilla as an option, I live a way away but would go more if there was more choice. It's great though! Love the biscoffi sauce!!

frozen yogurt itself was lovely, but was let down by the rude and snooty girl who served us. it was our first visit and it seemed too much for her to explain the process of getting our desserts (she sighed when we asked for assistance and I am positive she never smiled once) totally condescending and means I most likely won't return. such a shame.

Recently visited with my kids and they loved it. Great range of toppings and the cleanliness was excellent. Staff were very helpful.
