Ordered at 15:07 and had to call as the app i ordered from said it had been delivered. When called were told that it was still there and it was leaving shortly. Tried to call again and got no answer and the food was never delivered.

Great cafe been eating here for years cant fault the staff always friendly and chatty ..food is always amazing here

The food is average, not bad, but the prices are Zone 1 London. The food comes out quick but it is not worth the high price.

Small breakfast was £5.50p without a cup of tea...£6.80 with..it must of cost about 80p to produce what was on the plate. Cheapest tea bag ive ever had, soggy toast..Ughh!! Dont waste your money with this place! Profit is their only concern...

Would NEVER use again......waste of money...cant even fullfill an order .delivery driver coming out to me to deliver the brown sauce they missed.used my own.may teach them a lesson...now the drivers gonna waste petrol and the will wsste sauce and delivery time....crap

I ordered cuppacino which is listed for £1.80 but they charged me £2 when I asked he said because of pandemic I am robbing people be carefull whe you pay do your calculations I'd never recommend and the old women was grumpy and way too rude

Awful breakfast. Do not recommend, food appeared microwaved and eggs were like plastic. My Veggie breakfast went in the bin

I've been there in first of December the food was really nice and tasty. I've ordered breakfast which was absolutely delicious I would recommend evrey one . The place was nice and warm and clean. I enjoyed the Hot chocolate with cream.🤤🤤🙏

I made a telephone order at 11.30am and waited an hour and 15 minutes. I called to chase where the food was and was told it's being cooked now. It ended up being cancelled due to our long wait and rude service. He said that he would never take orders from us again. Good job. I wont be ordering again. I'd rather buy a hen and wait for its eggs to hatch it would be quicker!

Ordered for delivery was on time but the beef dinner was appalling it was not fresh and all frozen like it has been microwaved for ten minutes. Rang to ask for refund was called a liar and told that was how they cooked their dinner and when I asked to speak to the owner they refused glad I ordered through just eat so I managed to get a refund.

A Lovely lady behind counter working the grill her name was sally very polite a warm welcoming from her when we entered, really nice woman very bubbly to which the horrible owner wasn’t happy about she could not speak to customers or even sing along to the radio while cooking! Being told shut up!! every time She exchanged polite conversations with customers, he was very rude! doesn’t deserve the staff he has what a horrible man he was!

Absolutely fabulous food. Great quick delivery and a hangover cure to die for. Excellent value for money and so tasty will definitely be having again

Food superb and staff cheerful. I don't think the electronic order system is very happy - as if you order anything out of the ordinary - it seems to have issues. staff great and food excellent...

I ordered 2 large breakfasts from here, and was given a time on Just Eat which was extended (which was fine), however I went out about an hour before it was due to arrive and as I was leaving my Driveway saw the food arriving. I know I shouldn't complain about early food, but I was given an entire hour later as a time and would have missed it entirely had I not caught it. Got the food, but 2 drinks were missing. Someone eventually came back about an hour later with them, but I had already popped the shop to buy them myself. The beans and tomatoes had completely leaked out of the box all into the bag which made a mess. That being said, food couldn't be faulted, very nice breakfast which I ate all of. I did request bacon to be well done, and it wasn't, but not a massive issue.

Several visits here usually have a full english with mushrooms, service is always good, and food is always good, as was the coffee, will be back

We ordered for a delivery from this cafe, gave them the address and the order. they then failed to arrive, when we chased they lied and said that someone had been, and they hadnt. they said someone had rang and had been laughed at, this didnt happen. when i rang the second time to chase, they then made up another story.

Earlier today we ordered a couple of Bacon/Lettuce/Tomato & Mayonaise sandwiches together with Chips.

I ordered a breakfast at 7.45am and got it near 10am over 2 hours and it was cold... I've ordered here a number of times but the last 2 orders I've done have been cold ... I would tell my friends and family not to order from here again..... your standards have dropped badly

Great food, made fresh to order. Very busy little place but excellent friendly service. Also open on a Sunday, which is a bonus.

Pedimos 2 pequeños desayunos para la entrega. Bacon fue preparado por un lado, frijoles goteaba todo el bolso eran, en todos los ingredientes eran los granos y en mushed tomate así la croquetas de patata y salchichas no eran crujientes como deberían ser. El huevo frito aunque la yema estaban aguados, el blanco sabor de goma y hacía frío. Las salchichas estaban llenos de grissel. El lado bueno es que la entrega fue rápida. No contentos y no pagar para que la comida era mala de nuevo.

Pedimos desde aquí un par de veces. Grandes cenas de asado con una variedad de carnes y todos los adornos. Destacaban los tradicionales. fabuloso que tarta de manzana y crema pastelera e como mi madre solía hacer. Mi hijo tenía la gran comida y yo opté por porción para niños como este era suficiente para mí. Orden temprano en comer solo. Muchas otras sabrosas comidas.

Heliya is the only place we go for a full english. Great price and always hot. Really tasty and cooked well. Definitely recommend :-)

Excellent breakfasts clean cafe with polite staff serving fresh cooked hot food regular customers aswell cannot fault anything here

Ordered a meal for the whole family, and wasn't happy. Paid for extra items that we didn't receive. and the meals we did receive where all wrong. I wasn't pleased. Then in addition to the issue it took and eternity to be delivered, its not breakfast if you order at 11 and don't get it till nearly one oclock
