I was in Pret today, I ordered a latte with oat milk, when I received my order and started drinking it, I got a whole coffee bean, the taste of the latte was also terrible, I asked to remake it, and when the guy was remake it for me, I saw how he made the coffee, the latte comes with one shot of espresso, but instead he poured half a cup of coffee (I can guess that it is the remains of an Americano or something) and the rest he poured milk, latte is not made like that. Please, pay attention that your staff is fully trained in coffee before making it for customers. I go to Pret very often and I always like the coffee here, especially the latte. But this time I was very disappointed, it was not a latte, it was something incomprehensible

Caffe Nero is usually my go to anywhere I am in the country, but had one of the worst experiences here. Server was a bit rude, didn't ask if we wanted to sit in (which we did). Gave us our drinks in takeout cups and our cake in grubby takeout boxes. When I pointed out we wanted to sit in and that she never asked, she just whammed on the extra 'sit in' cost and gave it to us like that. No apologies or anything. Not that it mattered much, the café was a bit of a mess, with pretty much all the tables not cleared. I'll try a different one next time, not like this is the only one in London!

I went last night for the launch. Guys it looks fab!!! The outside, heated huts with private tvs (!!!) are sooo good for groups to hang out! Food was amazing and everyone was lovely! Great location too.. Thanks for a spectacular evening... head was a bit sore this morning though! ❤️👌

Got served by an irritating man offering unintelligible novelty coffee(which is average). The wifi also doesn't work. Given this is the type of place you would go to drink coffee and use the wifi without stress it is a surprising failure. At least you can look out the window while pondering the frustration.

We ordered green tea for two. This is usually priced around £3 at the most. I mean it's green tea leaves boiled in a bag. It came out undrinkable pipping hot and cost us £7.30! I am more annoyed with the price than the fact it was pipping hot. I know prices have gone up but charging this much to customers for a green tea is outrageous. It's safe to say I will spread the word and won't be coming here again!
