great cocktails and I even experiment and made one of them together with the bartenders. very friendly staff behind the bar, meaningful conversations and a lot of fun from the chat. who really surprised me was the face control at the entrance to the bar. when I went out to smoke a cigarette, we first had a nice conversation and shared impressions about experiments in drinks and their effect on the body, but one of the topics of conversation caused absolutely inadequate behavior from the him and, in my opinion, unreasonable behavior. he began to talk to me aggressively, I was so shocked by the sudden change that I began to apologize for maybe suddenly saying something wrong, he didn’t like even more that I was apologizing and he continued to be rude to me. then I realized that the aggression was not going away, the man was talking to me in a voice full of anger and I decided to ask the bartenders if this was normal, I explained the situation and they were even more surprised than me. The place itself is wonderful and I visited it every time I came to London, which is almost five years in a row, and after this situation, unfortunately, I absolutely don’t want to go there anymore, knowing that I will be met at the entrance by such a person.

It's my first time in London. After sightseeing all day, I wanted to go to a bar in the evening, so I found this bar while walking. I was able to drink delicious cocktails and enjoy the London night to the fullest! I definitely want to visit again when I come to London! !

I am a big fan of crafty cocktails and I felt fortunate that our friend took us here on a London nigh out visiting from Oxford. Highly recommended Kosmopol for cocktail lovers! Watermelon martini is super refreshing, while Basil Breeze is deliciously unique, I love the coconut milk foam on top. We were there from 9pm until close. We sat at the bar upstairs, where you can request a song. It was so cozy and chilled in the early hours which I prefer, but then got busy pretty quickly from 11pm on Saturday night. The service was top-notch from bouncer, to waitresses, and bartenders, especially Marius and Liam - thanks for your hospitality and great conversations. Keep up the good work!! We definitely would love to come back here again.

I have lived in Chelsea for 20 years and this spot never fails to entertain. The party’s always jumping, the drinks are off the scale and downstairs has a great secret club vibe - all without heading into Mayfair. Highly recommend!

Staff are delightful. Gabriel, Marius, Liam, Ia, Yeva are always friendly. Great service and good cocktails. The bar has a great atmosphere on Fridays when Martin plays downstairs. It’s a great vibe would definitely recommend.

I got in touch with Frederik to keep 50 spaces in the bar and basement club on a Saturday night, and it couldn’t be easier to arrange. On the night the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly, particularly on the door. The Queue went SO quickly, and something I’m not used to, whilst downstairs had a great atmosphere. Definitely doing again

Absolutely horrible time. Probably the worst club bouncer experience (and have been in London my whole life). Just very aggressive, verbally abusive unnecessarily, and proudly calls customers idiots and weak men etc (was a person with beard and bald head). I mean this type of experience at the door just automatically ruins the night. Hear me out though, I appreciate bouncers and the toughness that is required to come with the job as people step the line all the time. But when that authority is suddenly used in any random situations, then it becomes completely unacceptable and this is definitely one. To then feel good about doing stuff like that is just a testament of this institution and makes it even worse.

Went there for a night out. Didn't know it was a small space. However, the atmosphere was good, and the beats were awesome. Drinks were greatly priced for a club around Chelsea area.

The Iranian/ Arabic bouncer tonight put his hands on my female friend. The blonde lady at the door working just watched and let it happen. Extremely unprofessional. We had to tell them we would call the police to leave. Bad place and should be fired!

Absolutely my favorite bar in London. Great DJs playing flawless hits from Friday and Saturdays midnight at the basement. Additionally the owner Freddie is very welcoming with Marius the bartender great hosts as well. 👍

GRATE TIME AND GRATE DRINK BUT VERRY PRICY

Very pricy cocktails but not very good quality. The staff was nice but the service disappointing. The use of trays to carry the drinks was inexistent as the waiters handed out the drinks to our table using their hands. My dad ordered a negroni but was given my cocktail so I had to take it from him as no one asked us which cocktail went to whom. Very frustrating to spend £45+ for three cocktails and receiving such inattentive experience. Especially on a Thursday night when there’s three staff members and only a handful of tables.

They were super helpful finding my coat for me. Also such a fun evening!

Always have a great time here and made even better by the honesty and integrity of the staff. When I lost my wallet there they kept it for me to collect the next day and saved me a huge hassle in replacing all of it's contents! The cocktails are always spot, the service is amazing and the bartenders are incredibly quick, even when taking big orders with the club being very busy – they also keep the place super clean. As for the DJ and music, you won’t find a better club to spend your night if you want to listen to good music and dance for the entire evening – they have a great sound system too. The staff there from bartenders to security and management are extremely professional when dealing with customers – this place cannot be faulted even if I were to try and start nitpicking . We had our office Christmas at Kosmopol and I would hands down recommend this place for any event from a cosy date to large party bookings. I even suggest this place to people that visit London for short stays when they travel from abroad, especially on the weekends, since I can stick my neck out and guarantee them a fantastic evening to contribute to a brilliant London experience. I worked as a security guy, the young bartender or manager, I don't remember his name. He was the best. People were the best I wish I could've worked there permanently.

Amazing cocktails, really nice staff, but my god the DJ last night had such a bad vibe and attitude. We love coming to K, i hope this DJ will not be back.

Great cocktails, though rather pricey...tbh found the place a little soulless and showy. However, it just might not be for me and it is very much for you.

Bar tender cannot do drinks because she is new, when you order wine, you are told they run out. There are 3 reds and 3 white per glad, how can a cocktail bar RUN OUT!???

Warm, welcoming and friendly vibes.... The staff always wear a smile which, in my opinion, speaks volumes as to how the venue is run. Great tunes and a fantastic drinks selection. Always a good night!

I came for a cute night out with my girlfriend last week but the drinks are overpriced and service of the girls upstairs are terrible. They were all intoxicated.

I came in with my friends for some drinks as part of a girls night. The women working at the bar are SO rude and aggressive. They were visibly drinking while serving customers and one of them was slurring… she was making a mess of our orders, giving us the wrong drinks and when I asked for a straw she looked me up and down and told me they don’t do straws… yet I could see other people with straws. When we asked for the bill, earlier than we probably had intended to, we noticed there were random charges for drinks we hadn’t ordered. It took about 15 minutes to get the bar to resolve this and when asking for the manager it turned out to be the woman who had drinking and slurring, dropping glasses etc all night… I will never go back to this place and I certainly do not recommend it! DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get SCAMMED by DRUNK staff!!!!!

Terrible place and v rude service, particularly from the manager, Joanna. Was there for a birthday celebration, clearly a mistake in choice of venue. Bar staff removed our drinks from the designated smoking area, refused to acknowledge (and were themselves drinking…) and when we enquired (three people) about our drinks (which were new) two of us were given a new drink to replace the ones that had been removed while the third of our group wasn’t. When we asked Joanna about this, she was not happy. In fact she was so irritated and aggrieved by the question that our group was asked to leave, without being able to say goodbye to our party, not to our friend who’s birthday it was. Honestly - the thing is - management shouldn’t be drinking on the job and in the service industry you really need to treat clientele better. Kosmopol is not a great place, wouldn’t recommend. Much better places in Chelsea you can go to, where they understand that it’s atmosphere, people and service that make a place great. 0 out of 10!

A great spot, lovely cocktails and the most wonderful staff. I drop my wallet outside when I was leaving and they kept it save for me the next day. Couldn't rate this place highly enough.

Great spot playing good music downstairs on a Saturday night till late. Fun drinks menu! Good service and super friendly staff. Left my jacket there by accident and the owner kindly went in to check before they opened the next day and got it for me. Definitely worth popping in if you’re around the area.

Don't go here if you don't fit the 'pretentious Chelsea' stereotype. Owner let multiple people in based on knowing them despite the bar being at 'capacity' for the rest of us. Had booked the bar a few years ago for a birthday and was impressed with the service, but wouldn't go again based on recent experience

We booked earlier in the day over the phone, and then turned up and our names weren’t anywhere to be seen. Had nice comfy chairs, and then got moved to sit in the corner at the bar, we were told to move and not given an option. Then got given the wrong drink to which we ordered. To top it off we paid our hefty bill and left to which the blonde waitress chased us down the road and shouted “are you gonna pay for your bill before leaving our bar?!” in quite frankly the rudest, blunt and disgusting manner you could imagine. If you want to be served in a warm and friendly manner then I would avoid going when the blonde girl is working. Then she didn’t even have the decency to come out and apologise to us after realising she had made a mistake, maybe check before accusing people of something. We won’t be returning!

Visité tarde anoche para tomar un par de copas después de una noche de fiesta. La primera vez para mí, pero mi amigo había estado varias veces y dijo que me encantaría. ¡Él estaba en lo correcto! Un lugar tan genial con un ambiente relajado y fabulosos chicos súper amables detrás del bar. No suena música para que puedas tener una conversación. ¡No tengo idea de si fue caro ya que pagó! ! ! ! Strange little place, good drinks tho

Wow. Imagine spending 11 pound on a vodka coke to be in a bad house party. It's like a dungeon. I had to que to get into the urinal and when in there I had the toilet attendant stare at my saint Charles. The bartenders think they're 'mixologists' to pour a cheap can of 'boost' in my vodka. Avoid like the clap. My soul is like Liam neeson. Taken.

I love this place but it is too small

Went for a few drinks after dinner. Nice place nice drinks ect. BUT!!! DON'T HAVE A TAB HERE!! My bill was 45 quid. 4x cocktails. But on my bank statement I notice before I settled up £21.40 Was taken off my card contactless!! Cheeky b#@$%^d's!!nothing on the drinks menu would add up to 21.40 It's my fault. I gave waitress my card. Should never do this. But in a well to do establishment like this you don't expect it. Pay as you go people!

Tiny room upstairs but the basement opens on weekends until late. Not cheap bht the service and cocktails are good, super nice staff. Good for dancing or for a cosy drink, one of the best bar that side of the city.
