Ideal food for breakfast, all very good.

It is a cold place with no minimal services. They don't let you enter the toilet. even if you have consumed. A shame

I had a really terrible experience from one of your staff . He is a bald guy who is in the counter am the regular customer of pret but He falsely alleged me that i took something from the store and his behavior towards me was terrible .

I'm generally a big fan of this chain, but I didn't like it at all in this branch. When there is a lot going on, the staff constantly lose track of things and you have to be very careful when the finished drinks are called out, otherwise the drinks will simply be handed to someone else, even if you have ordered completely different things. Very annoying, especially if you have intolerances.

Brilliant staff and management I found in Jessica a very elegant,polite and funny person She brings the sun inside that shop no matter what! She is able to wear a mask and leave what happen outside the shop,outside the shop! She treats every customer with a lovely smile always upon her face! I heard she might be leaving and it will be such a shame to don’t see how a excellent customer service does need to be delivered

I work opposite, and I always buy my coffee and food multiple times per day for years so far, everyone is amazing and I'm devastated to hear that Jessica is being transferred to another store... we want her smile and kindness to cheer us up, specific after busy and stressful days at work.

A tiny takeaway Pret store with fast service.

Love their hot coffees here but would be better if they served iced drinks too as it’d be much more convenient to go to for them as its closer to my workplace.

Ottima colazione con prodotti freschissimi, prezzo conveniente (brioche, spremuta d'arancia e frutto £5). Personale accogliente e gentile. Ci sono un paio di tavolini se si vuole consumare sul posto altrimenti comodissimo per il take away

Great location … average coffee

This is a really tiny branch with limited products. So small but location wise if your staying at a hotel nearby or going to the theatre, good to grab a quick hot drink. They don't do iced drinks here. There are limited food items too, as the fridge is so small. Staff are pleasant and friendly. A few seats outside. If your looking for a better choice, there are loads of bigger branches close.

Early closure 18:45 on a Monday june 20th staff were in but said they are closed

I like coming here, everyone is really friendly and It’s never to long of a wait. The shop is a little small but don’t let that throw you off, stop by and grab a drink, the staff put in the effort so the result is some pretty good tasting coffee. I prefer it much more than some of the bigger Prets around the area.

Always closed , and anytime I enter in any pret in central they will have an issue “no ice” “no smoothies “ ecc.. so annoying

I will give 5 stars just of the staff there, specially Luca! This guy make the most taste hot drinks ever, specially chai latte. Such a polite, professional guy. You know, if the drinks doesn't taste good, you wouldn't come back, after trying the chai latte made from Luca, I become regular customer lol

Tiny place but has all kind of sandwiches as the bigger branches,just two tables to sit outside ,no seating inside so better to take away unless the weather is nice and you find space outside.staff are very polite and helpful

Small Pret with most of their standard sandwiches. Its for takeaway only since it doesn’t have places to sit. Prices are the same as in any other of their stores. Stuff is nice as well.

I stayed in Piccadilly for four days and bought something at this location every day. The quality of the salads and sandwiches were consistent and the service, efficient and friendly. They open at 0630 so it's a very convenient place to grab a coffee or a bite if you've got an early flight.

Price of espresso is about 2 pounds and it's tasty. Latte is about 3 pounds, it has all "bio" milks.

Prices reasonable, good food, clean, perfect. Nice selection of fresh sandwiches and delicious soups. Also the service is fast and efficient.

This chain is everywhere and was a welcome place for coffee, tea and a healthy snack around London. We were always pleased to stop for a break and also recharge our phones lol.

Used to have breakfast here almost everyday, besides they have a lot of different locations around London. The service is very good and fast, especially if you are in a hurry and their offer of products is very fresh and good quality!!

La mejor opción de fast-food en Londres tanto por precio como por calidad. Es una cadena extendida por diferentes partes de londres. Puedes encontrar bocadillos deliciosos, pasta, sopas, fruta, ... Muy buena opción!

I always a big fan of your almond croissant but today the size is much smaller than normal in which your staff noticed it as well! I don’t complain about taste but you are as a big and well known company, it should have standard if the size was too small you should not distribute! A little bit disappointed!

Tienen cafés deliciosos, tés, zumos, bebidas vegetales, toda clase de sándwiches muy ricos, wraps, bocadillos, wifi gratis y hay muchos por todo Londres.

The sandwiches here a really good. In fact, the best we had in London. There is a wide range of fillings an drinks. You can sit down and have a rest or do take away. Any of their stores in London have good fresh sandwiches and salads and are quite clean inside.

Nice little Pret location, a brilliant place for a coffee to go.

Wish they would have them in west coast of US. I thoroughly enjoyed their sandwiches, cookies and drinks while in England.

This was our go-to place to grab a sandwich and run. They have many premade sandwiches, both veggie and meat. I liked the brie with tomato and lettuce, but the humus one was good as well. The price is reasonable, there is room for eating on site and you will find this chain all over London.

Very good organic food but all are served from the fee

A good place to a quick coffee if you're in the area, but I wouldn't come out of my way to get here. It's a Pret, so it's a pretty standard coffee shop if you're used to the chain. However, this one is a little bit smaller so not only does it not have any seating inside, but it has significantly less food options and the place can feel rather cramped as the line can quickly get long for this one since it's in a pretty central area.

Standard small Pret, somewhat restricted choice in small shop. Three little outside tables, no other seating. Fine for grab and go.

we fancied a hot chocolate at 10pm and the only Pret close to us was this tiny Pret opposite LEICESTER Square. The server told us this was the second smallest in London so not much place to eat except a tiny window counter so we took our drinks to go. Service with a smile though.

Günstigster und mit der beste Kaffee in London. 99 Pennies für einen normalen Filterkaffee ist unschlagbar. Schnell und köstlich. Hier verbringe ich immer gerne meine Zeit in London — und es gibt fast überall einen „Pret A Manger“ in der Nähe. Vom Service und der Aufmachung unterscheiden sie sich nicht großartig. Immer frisch und lecker. Auch die Baguette sind ein Highlight.

O horário de fechamento estava indicado às 23h, porém as mesas já estavam recolhidas e as funcionárias já estavam limpando o local por volta das 19h e não era possível entrar mais.

Of all the Prets, this is the least Pret.

Very disappointed having been a regular visitor here for the past 4 years normally calling in if on a Friday between 10.30 pm and 10.45 pm always having a decaf cappucino this time I called in at 10.10 pm on Friday 8th july to be told by the male serving it was not possible as he had cleaned the decaf part. I went elsewhere and got a drink I passed by the same coffee shop at 10.50 pm the shop was still open . I can only assume the guy wanted to be away on time or he was not bothered about custom. Not a good experience. Very disappointing as I am a fan of pret coffee and their normal good service.
