Very good English and non-English breakfast, we liked it so much that we returned twice. Good coffee, smoothies too. Note of merit for the eggs benedict. The food is excellent, it digests well even for those who are not used to their breakfast. Clean and spacious place, very kind, sociable and friendly owner! I like breakfast I enjoy is good service

Very poor service by a man who claimed to be a manager, though I’m not sure he actually is. How can someone who calls himself a manager have such poor customer service skills? I ordered food, but what arrived didn’t match my order, so I complained. Instead of resolving the issue, I was treated poorly; he accused me of being at fault and insisted that I was wrong. Very disappointing.

This cafe has really delicious food and friendly staff. Everyone has welcoming nature. I highly recommend everyone to must visit

Kasim, the owner (bartender) was friendly, his servant and he gave us useful info about the delicious food they served. Kasim’s offer us to taste the Kish with broccoli, mushrom and cheese which was so delicious. The Cheesecake with coffee was the perfect finish for our visit at Ibo Cafe. If you are close to the Kensington Palace you can stop at Ibo cafe for talk to Kasim and drink or eat some of their delights.

An average establishment for morning coffee ☕, brunch or a sandwich in your hand while rushing to the subway. Unfortunately, the business does not offer any uniqueness at all, it does not have a special offer that makes you stop, not even an interesting interior, it lacks a richer menu offer. In fact, the price is, for some incomprehensible reason, higher than usual in the area. I visited on my way to the subway 🚇, the breakfast for almost £20 was sufficient in size, but I wouldn't call it big or rich. If you're looking for value for money, look elsewhere. In conclusion: Well, actually there is nothing to praise, but there is nothing to criticize either. Only the price is a little higher. Stars down for that... 🤷

I visit Like noon every October and always call in Ibo. The proprietor is very friendly, service quick and food exceptional. I would highly recommend.

The pastries are clearly industrial. I had a cinnamon roll that was bland, especially for the price. The cappuccino was flavorless. They accepted cash but wouldn’t take all my coins. For what they charge, there are much better options elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

In front of Hyde Park, it has a delicious Arabic breakfast. It comes with beans and eggs with coffee or tea. Their behavior is beyond excellent 😍

Literally the worst patisserie I've ever eaten. The chocolate was tangy and rotten inside our chocolate croissant. I felt ill that evening.

The fresh juice was a treat, and the eggs on cheesy croissant were very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There's a bit of scaffolding surrounding the Hilton, where the cafe is located, which blocks the view of Hyde Park, but once that's been removed, the sidewalk seating is the place to be.

Clean place, wide choice and friendly staff. Close to the metro station in a neighborhood that I think is beautiful.

This was right next to our hotel and we finally went on the last day because it finally wasn’t packed. The service was great and it was relaxing inside and they don’t rush you. The food was ok and I would go back. Don’t let the food rank discourage you because it was the only time I was there and had I ordered something else maybe I would have felt differently. If you are passing by and you are hungry…. Stop and enjoy.

Came to Ibo for an energy boost before a full day of exploring London, and it quickly became our morning routine. Ibriham made us lovely green teas with mint and lemon every morning, and it was the perfect refreshing drink to start the day! So nice to have the mint and lemon to add to our water bottles afterward. Also enjoyed the pan de chocolate, croissants, and cinnamon roles. Each day, Ibriham remembered our names, our orders, and was so friendly! Such a lovely place and conveniently located near two tube stations. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back! :)

Good restaurant for breakfast and its location ideal for visitors to queensway area and Nottinghill gate. The quality of food is good and they have multi choices for breakfast

Wow, this cafe was wonderful! We came after playing in the park and the staff were great with our kids, food came quickly and it was delicious! We ate so quick we forgot to take pictures! We had the hummus wrap, halloumi avocado toast, oatmeal and kids eggs and toast. Great for a quick breakfast or lunch spot - The best my kids ate all trip

🚫⛔️🛑 The staff does not welcome children at all, does not have any suitable place for them, and does not respect adults either I asked for orange juice for the child, and after the child cried repeatedly, I did not get it until he went to the staff and I brought the juice myself after more than 25 minutes. We asked to make small change on the dish and the restaurant manager came to us and shouted hysterically that why did you ask to change the dish and that this change is waste? (very rude) In the end, they brought us a cup of coffee that had been used by someone else, and the employee denied that she had done that Restaurant staff is very bad

If I could give zero stars it would still be too good of a review for this appalling cafe. Not only did every staff member we come across say they were ‘new’ there & that was their excuse as to why they knew nothing about the menu, but they also couldn’t even tell us what they were serving when they did eventually serve our food, so we just had to guess who’s was who’s. The amount of times they tried giving us wrong food/drinks too, even when we had ours on our table. They just seemed to not have a clue. At all. The food was not great, stale and old, plus my friend had the full English and she became very poorly quite soon after eating it. They even asked a group of women to leave as soon as they had finished eating so they could sit another family down. But they literally had only just finished, I found it very rude and was so awkward. There was no toilet roll either. The whole place was a shambles. They gave us a discount because they knew the service/food had been awful and I tried paying at the till and then all of a sudden I am getting hit by a hidden door underneath the till - with someone trying to come up from in the basement, it was all such a weird experience and I would highly recommend no one ever going there - unless you want to be poorly in about an hour afterwards.

Good coffee, not so much service. Although the service could improve, the most memorable thing was when the waiter gave us a perfect demonstration of how to hold the buttocks to avoid breaking the chair when the person sitting had only adjusted the chair. Ignoring this small detail, the service from your colleague has been excellent.

You can get a nice meal for a fair price. It didn’t take long for the food to be ready and it was really good. The staff are efficient. It’s not a fancy place but overall really good.

I went there by chance, very nice discovery. I'm not a fan of English breakfast, rather French. Just a coffee and an almond croissant. The coffee was excellent! I drink a lot of coffee and it's one of the best I've ever had and enjoyed it so much. Very fragrant, not too strong nor too light, just right. Don't give a headache. The very friendly Uzbek waiter has gentleness and kindness on his face.

Really cute place by Hyde park and multiple tube stations. Seems to be a mix of locals and tourists/ex-pats. Family run with friendly, cozy service. We enjoyed the avocado royal and cappuccinos. Recommend to come here for breakfast if you’re in the area!

Went in to grab coffee with my girlfriend, barista was friendly at first, my girlfriend kissed me on the cheek and we were then told by the barista this was wrong to do in front of men - will not be going again

We came here for breakfast every morning that we were in London because this place is that good. Not only is the food fabulous (highly recommend the waffle breakfast), but the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. All of the employees were extremely kind and attentive. Next time I’m in London, I will be here every day… again!

Good food, good location, good service and good price

The food wasn't all that bad but the service was the major issue. The place is absolute chaos. The servers have no idea where to go or what to do, all while the barista (maybe owner?) tries to command them all from behind the counter. It just meant that all the orders took ages to arrive, people were getting wrong orders, generally just a mess.

Very good coffee for good price! The breakfast is good, lovely pastries (cinnamon rolls... Omg)... Just don't ask for extra avocado because it isn't avocado, they add a bit of regular guacamole to your plate (not worthy).

Excellent place for breakfast, it's not exactly cheap but everything is of very good quality, hearty breakfasts and a generous amount of both hot liquids and food. The service is a little slow but it is understandable by the number of people having breakfast, and if there are people it is worth it. You can have a tasting breakfast at Hyde Park.

A perfect place to have an abundant breakfast and gain strength. I don't drink coffee, but my boy is a big coffee drinker and he told me that it is the place where he liked coffee the most (and we have been to all the chains you can imagine). I recommend it, without a doubt.

Cozy little cafe - with good food and coffee.

In front of Kensington Gardens, we arrived there on a cold day to regain strength before exploring them. Small and clean, this cafeteria offers good infusions and pastries, even Portuguese pastel de nata. Clean toilet, correct care.

Beautiful little cafe. Run by a very friendly man. The food was wonderfully fresh and the portion sizes were perfect. My kids had pancakes, which had clearly been hand made moments before being brought to the table I had the yogurt breakfast that was the perfect mix of eggs and toast with yogurt, berries and honey served on the side. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.

The food was mid and the service was too slow. There were only two people for a full restaurant and they forgot half the order so we ended up going elsewhere since we were still hungry.

We came in to try their English breakfast and decided to sit outside. Initially, they took a long time to take our order, and the waiter did not know how to speak English very well, which also made it difficult for him to take our order. In the middle of waiting for our food, another waiter abruptly interrupted us and wanted to take one of our tables away in order to sit two women who were waiting. Mind you,we were 6 people and were already cramped. He was not very kind and not very clear in what he wanted to do. Finally, he managed to take a table away from other customers just to be able to join two tables to ONLY sit 2 people! The whole thing was ridiculous and left us in a bad mood. Lastly, we had ordered a stack of pancakes, but they had not been served to us even when everyone else had finished their food. We ended up canceling that order and looked for more food someplace else. In conclusion, the food was good. However, the service was horrible, and I would bet there are better, cheaper places nearby.

Food is not that good, and service quality is the worst I have ever seen in London so far, the waiters had no idea what they were doing.

Went there last october with my wife for few breakfast and lunch. The food was marvellous.. The service is remarkable. Then I came back last month with the whole family and still they give the best service for every customer. Look forward to be there. The home ambiance make you feel so comfortable to be there.

The clerk is very attentive. Ordered two breakfasts. Eggs Benedict is paired with a sun-roasted egg and cheese croissant. There is nothing special about the former. The latter was quite a surprise. I never thought of cutting the croissant in half, flattening it, and putting two eggs on it. Then add mozzarella cheese and bake. You can cook it yourself when you get back home.

Good place next to the Queensway stop on the Central line. Simple in furnishings but good food, fast service and exquisite staff. With the full English breakfast we were offered free tea or coffee (and the coffee was good).

Have been coming here for years, a gem run by a truly lovely family that make you feel right at home. Best coffee I've had in London, and tasty food in good portions. I enjoy the Great British and the Turkish eggs. Bright, cheery and tasteful decor for a pleasant restful break from busy London days, I especially enjoy the new upstairs seating. Always makes for a good stop when coming through Queensway on the way to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill.

Rude staff and average food! Would not recommend

We went to the sweet family run cafe outside Queensway station, expecting not much but got the best caffe latte and Turkish coffee. Literally came there once or twice a day to satisfy our coffee needs!

My wife and I had breakfast two days in a row here. We were not aware that the breakfast came with free tea/coffee and was only aware about it the next day we went there. We both ordered our breakfast together with the teas at the same time. As shown in the receipts the cashier charged us one time for our hot drinks and the second time not. We explained the situation politely to the cashier and claimed 5 Sterling Pounds back. Although the cashier had admitted already that she did a mistake, the manager on the other side was incapable of accepting a simple cashier error and blamed us for ordering the drinks and the breakfaat separately which definitely did not happen! He became very defensive and simply did not make any effort to return our money. Instead of giving us back our money he cynically offered us free hot drinks instead, which we did not accept of course.

We ate here yesterday for the first time and we really loved the service. They are very sweet and kind. Food was also good! Everything is halal. Went again today, and again so very good! Definitely a place I would recommend!

Lovely food with friendly owners

English breakfast was ok. Royale avocado toast with eggs was horrible. Soggy bread and dark avocado that tasted bitter. We left the toast almost untouched. Upon complaint about it to the server, they just shrugged and did nothing about it. The place doesn’t seem to care about quality or leaving customer satisfied.

I’m a tourist live nearby. The food was average. But what’s severe was that the toast made my tummy pain while visiting British museum. Luckily it was British museum that has toilets, cannot imagine what if I went to Stonehenge or trip to Oxford. I am pretty sure it’s the breakfast problem because it was my first meal in 14 hours. Good luck for all those choose this cafe.

A friendly gem suited next to Queensway tube station

I stopped by for a coffee before going to the park that is right in front... What a nice place! and the guy me suggested a bread "that would make me fly" hahaha. A very nice and kind guy. Good suggestion! The bread was delicious! A girl mexican I recommend it! :)
