Came here for Afternoon tea because it was close to where we were at the time. Just okay overall. Nothing to write home about. The tart shells were getting soft, the red velvet cake felt really gummy, and the sandwiches weren’t the best. I really liked their scones though! And the tea was pretty good. You do get a lot of food with the tea.

Good find in Hounslow. Great simple Georgian dishes. Was very full. Would recommend people to give it a try if they haven't tried Georgian food before.

I re-visited the House of Fraser Croydon branch of Caffe Nero and to my lack of surprise they have not changed. The same crappy service from the same unenthusiastic staff members. I'm curious do Caffe Nero job specs require you to be miserable to be in with a chance of an interview! I asked for my drink to be extra hot as I always do and have done for years but woe betold, the older staff member had to heat the drink in the microwave as she said she could be burn her hands. Well I didn't realise she was heating up the milk directly in her hands and here I was thinking the machine was doing all the work ! 🤔 When I went to scan my Three code, as I always do from a screenshot, I was told it had to be from the app as the updates could cause the till register to stop working. OMG tell someone who knows nothing.....what the fish type of made up poo is that. Well between the 2 members of staff if they had a brain MI6 would be head hunting them, but they ARE NOT ! People we are safe.....for now. That is the end of the rant and the announcement! Moral of the story: AVOID CAFFE NERO HOUSE OF FRASER CROYDON! 👌👌👌

Mice location, clean and good for working

A find, good food and excellent value. Nice to sit outdoors and people watch.

The smell of urine that permeates through the bar is rancid, wasn’t sure if it was one of the regulars or if the toilets were knackered. A few Karen’s stuffing their faces with kfc and screaming at the tops of their voices was a let down.

Great clean staff friendly will go back and enjoy a cupnof Joe.

I'm giving a low rating for the sake of improvement. I was served white Americano which was not hot and quantity was also less. The guy on the counter fixed this but not sure with Americano or filter coffe. The staff seemed to be lost in their conversations, may that's didn't serve the perfect coffee ! I'm a regular here and would love to have a great coffee in every visit !

A small neighborhood coffee house serving Sant Eustachio coffee. I was so happy to drink a real Italian coffee. Sandwiches and pastries were fresh and tasty.

I hate to give a 1-star review, but unfortunately, the food was just not good at all. We ordered sausage bandari, expecting something authentic, but it was far from it. There was a noticeable taste of curry powder, which didn’t belong in the dish. On the plus side, the chips were nice. However, after the meal and throughout the night, we experienced the worst stomach ache we've had in a long time. It’s really disappointing because we used to come here regularly for over 20 years, but the quality has declined drastically. Sadly, I won't be going back.

I had a disappointing experience at this cafe. After spending an hour there, I was denied access to the restroom 15 minutes before closing because it had already been sprayed for cleaning. There was no prior warning or notice about this, which I found unacceptable as a paying customer. While I understand the need for cleaning, basic facilities should remain available until closing time, or at least customers should be informed beforehand. Very poor service and lack of consideration.

Nice relaxing atmosphere with good beers at a reasonable price for where it is.

A "hidden gem" with excellent food, attentive and polite service in comfortable and friendly surroundings.
