Lovely tea and coffee ☕️ great staff very friendly. Homemade cake would be nice

Okay it's run by volunteers however they don't need to be so blunt, the service here is shocking. It's rapid and you get what you want for only a slightly inflated price but the two they had on today were a joke. "Service with a smile" is clearly not a mantra told to the staff, regardless if you are volunteers or not, you need to make people want to come back. While we will certainly be visiting the railway again, we will certainly not be going to the tearoom again!

Friendly little cafe with low prices run by volunteers. They even have miniature train running on tracks on the top shelve.

Very friendly staff, it’s small but clean and tidy. Has train set running around inside near the roof. Clean public toilets outside and it’s next to the main Ruislip Lido train station. Nice cuppa went down well.

The tea room is run by volunteers and provides good value tea and coffee. We were served by a couple of pleasant, friendly and chatty staff. It deserves to be supported!

Being next to one of the Lido Railway stations makes this tea room a great spot for a snack before or after a ride on the train. There's a good selection of snacks and hot and cold drinks, with interesting railway related decor. Suitable for all ages. All the money raised goes to maintain the railway, something I have enjoyed visiting since I was a small child. The volunteers do a wonderful job, well done all! I hope to visit again soon.
