The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Tower Hamlets London

Well why not?! Had to come to this side of London because my Sons wanted football shirts (of course). One of them spent hours wandering around the shop which usually I would have grumbled at. But this shop has a bar and the football on the telly. So Daddy was happy to stay a while.

Last week I had dinner at Leon Jubilee Place and I was 100% satisfied. I had black beans and rice, and my wife had the greens & grains chicken salad. The food was excellent and the service top quality. We have been assisted by the manager, Francesco, who explained the dishes very well and, at the end of the meal, also recommended excellent desserts of which we had seconds. Polite and welcoming, Francesco helped us to have a great memory of our dinner at Leon. We will be back soon. Thank you Francesco, thank you Leon. Giovanni

Came here specifically to have a drink in oldest riverside pub. Charmless service and dirty pub. Honestly, bar staff should be fired...no people skills. Wonder how the tourists respond to this place, which could such a beautiful place seeped in history

A burger, drink and really bad homemade chips that were too fat for £20 too much for that quality. burger had a lot of mayo, but other wise eatable.

Attentive service, lovely fresh and interesting food. Only one of our many plates was not to our taste. Try the burnt butter, very nice.

I visited Parlour in Canary Wharf recently and was surprised by an unexpected charge on my bill. After ordering three drinks and a small portion of almonds at the bar, I was charged a service fee—without any prior notice. Normally, a service charge applies for table service, but in this case, I placed my own order and picked it up myself. When I questioned the fee I was told that it’s standard for 3 or more drinks. I don’t think this is right… It feels misleading to tack on extra fees without informing customers beforehand. Transparency matters, and it’s disappointing when a venue tries to sneak in additional costs. While the drinks were fine, this lack of honesty left a bad taste. If you’re planning to visit, make sure to check your bill carefully!

Gerente grosero. La bebida se derramó sobre mi amigo. No recibí una disculpa. Su chaqueta, sudadera con capucha, su bolso Prada y su ropa estaban arruinados. Solo se ofreció limpieza en seco por el gerente grosero y sin disculpas.

Este lugar solía preparar algunos de los mejores cafés del este de Londres. Ahora todavía venden algunos granos decentes al por menor, pero no parecen poner mucho cuidado en los cafés que preparan para el consumo inmediato. Fui un par de veces y las dos veces el personal, aunque agradable y amable, no parecía estar adecuadamente entrenado para café de especialidad (si uno quería decirlo de manera grosera, se podría decir que no tenían ni idea).

Me topé con este restaurante y descubrí que estaba mal vestido para la ocasión. Este es un lugar elegante y casual. La camarera, el ambiente y la comida era acogedor y bien presentado.

They don't let children in, but they do allow them to be on the terrace having a drink with them. They were nice enough to let us go to the bathroom (with one of the girls). The incredible area and the pub are worth visiting, especially knowing the history that surrounds it.

Small Costa coffee, fast service.

Nice pub. Good service. Good outdoor seating as well. This place gets busy tho.
