We didn't have a meal so can't really comment on the food offering, ....the coffee was excellent !!

Nice terrasse when the sun pops out. Service at the bar or on the app. Great food with good value and nice portions. Highly recommend it and will come back

Had a great sunday roast, service by Adam was great, recommend dishes and extras and they were all great! Great atmosphere for the football aswell! Lovely beer garden and very well kept! Definitely will be back!

We were very excited to hear that the willow tree will be offering Sunday roasts and we were lucky enough to go for the soft launch. The food was absolutely to die for. I went for the lamb and it was cooked to perfection. The cauliflower cheese was the best I have ever had and I’m really excited to go back for another one! This pub seems to be at its absolute best! Thanks Tony and the team!

Sunday Roast es bueno aquí y las porciones son muy generosas. Venimos aquí casi dos veces al mes. Hoy, no había relleno, y nos dijeron que estaba terminado. Haber pagado casi 20 libras. 00 por persona me parece que esto no es una excusa.

The service is good and the food is nice for a decent price. Good choice of food suitable for lunch and dinner too would recommend

This rating is given to the shift before 5pm. I went there for a dinner originally but called it off after the staff made me a cup of diluted cappuccino. I ordered grande but turned out it’s only half of the paper cup and was around 110ml (I got a tiny glass of water from the bar and poured it into the paper cup after I finished the coffee, it filled up half of the grande paper cup). When I was told there’s no ceramic cup for grande size, I saw them ready for the dinner time. As I knew they were for dinner, I didn’t mind using paper cup, then it’s what I was offered. It’s not the first time received such a service from the staff of that shift, but this’ll be my last visit there even with my friends or family.

Hay un ambiente muy bueno aquí. El personal era encantador y no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros. El Pad Thai fue increíble y la hamburguesa de queso sin queso fue la mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

The local. Good beer. Many screens for sport. I personally love that they will show rugby alongside football.

Wow what a find, at short notice we booked 9 of us in for an evening meal. Jess and Em were excellent us in taking our order, arranging appropriate seating area and excellent responsive customer service. The menu was varied and all choices made were available. They couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and all came at the same time. A treasure of a find, will certainly come again and credit to Jess & Em, thanks for making us so welcome

Precious owners were amazing but sad to say it’s gone downhill now it’s changed hands, both in food and service. The previous owners can now be found at lavender kitchen which is located on Banstead high street and it’s thriving. Same as roast and ground was but a bigger restaurant

Ordered a couple of jacket potatoes at about 1pm. Half an hour later they still hadn't arrived. Gave up and got a refund. Should have told us when we ordered that there was such a big wait.
