The cafe advertises free coffee or tea Mondays to Fridays with any breakfast. About a year ago the gentleman at the till charged me and my wife coffee with our breakfast. When I queried that the coffee was meant to be free his comment was "Sorry you are right!" and then refunded the price of the two coffees. We went there with our daughter today and ordered three breakfasts. Guess what! The same guy charged us for the three coffees and when I queried his comment was "Is it? I didn't know!" He then proceeded to refund £9 on our bill of £36.50 thereby reducing it to £27,50! No "sorry" this time. I will certainly not be going there again.

Friendly place with plenty of food options, great menu and prices are reasonable. Table service is available, plenty of space. Recommend the homemade cakes and scones.

Had the full English vegetarian sausage option. Very good indeed. So good in fact, my husband and I went back for the same the very next day!

i visited coffee-zone with my sister for some breakfast. the food was absolutely magnificent and was very reasonably priced. i usually pay more for lower quality food so as a big foodie; i was very impressed with the quality for the price. the food was really nice and exceeded my expectations massively! staff were so polite and welcoming and i will definitely be going back! highly recommend !!!!!

From when the new Management (A Fully Trained Chef & His Family) took over approximately two and a half years ago & other important changes Including locally sourced High Quality suppliers organic products & eco friendly Bio-degradeable packaging (Newer better more eco sustainable products introduced all the time) , this place has ben transformed. The previous management was shoddy dated slow and quite rude at times.. So we thought we would try again.. We did and are very happy we did so... We come every week without fail.. & Have done for the last 2 years. Food always excellent staff always great.. Affordable and good portions.. A new Home delivery family meal service through covid and lockdown has been a life saver.. Home made cakes and pastries.. Great Little place. FAMILY MEAL HOME DELIVERY SERVICE IS FAB. I had to inform a rather Rude parent and her two teenage children how properly to communicate when asking for service Or speaking to people.. Omg fabulous transformation... Pay no attention to bad reviews.. This is the nicest little place in the area for miles..

From the outside of this shop nothing would prepare you for the delicious food and wonderful service. I have just visited for the 1st time and will definitely be going back 😄

Went into the shop just as it had closed (changed time’s due to coronavirus) and the lady opened up to give me and my mum a coffee. It was a lovely coffee too!

feeling incensed by the shocking food that this cafe tries to pass off as acceptable especially at their prices. Ordered a chicken escalope, cheese bacon escalope. What i received was 3 small nugget type bits of chicken, streaky fatty chewy bacon, all for £4.60!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!! please choose one of the many other places to eat in Cheam

Sat down, no menu. Menus were stacked up on the counter,chose what we wanted and ordered at the counter. Both orders were wrong, I wanted the full English with toast and marmalade and my friend just wanted 2 eggs with bacon and the bacon not crispy. An egg and bacon sandwich was served to her with crispy bacon,mine was served with 2 toast and no marmalade and cold beans! Won't be visiting again.

Lovely cafe run by a couple and friendly staff. Had a delicious hot chocolate that comes with a variety of milks, including dairy free options, (I had mine with soya milk). Carrot cake was scrumptious and left feeling a very happy bunny!

Really disappointed today. Walk round Nonsuch Park and thought we would support a local independent coffee store for quick coffee. Never been before and wasn't impressed. Girls didn't seem interested in serving us - asked for two Americanos which came in grubby cups with chipped saucers. There is no way this was a freshly brewed barrista Americano coffee - tasted like instant and almost undrinkable. Very bitter! Next time I will stick to what I know - Costa

Popped in here for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, very impressed with the service and the sandwiches were good. Great little shop, will definitely stop by again!

Only one place seems to be open now on Sunday to eat in Cheam village great food real English Breakfast served quickly and friendly definitely recommend especially on Sunday !

Ordered 2 jacket potatoes but when they came we had been given 1 large jacket cut in two. When we raised this with the waitress she went to query it and never came back. Additionally we were charged £1.40 for the accompanying salad which consisted of 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber and a little bit of lettuce. Overall this cost £16 so dissatisfied!

I often have lunch here when I want to get out of the office for a bit. Perfect for light lunches, salads, baked potatoes, paninis, soups etc. Good quick service and ok for quick lunches amd good value.

Para negocios locales, con un buen menú y un personal amable. Hace un buen desayuno (pero no la avena que es raro), una buena elección almuerzo, té de la tarde y pasteles. Cierra a las 5 de la tarde. Dirigido por un trader que hay sole cada día y vale la pena apoyar este negocio local. Para los críticos, que nos dio una puntuación baja porque estaba cerrado el domingo - bien folk tienen derecho a un día libre. No intente abrir el domingo, pero no pude conseguir el personal para hacer que funcione. A la persona que tuve problemas con un vale que nunca he visto hacer un vale o visto una presentación.

Great cafe. Good food and good service. Fresh sandwiches and homemade soup and cakes. Friendly staff who are very attentive. Reasonable prices. Good place to meet friends or go out to lunch with colleagues.

Freshly prepared food served quickly and with a smile very popular place always busy and has a good takeaway menu to for those in a hurry, the home made cakes I can highly recommend

que frecuentan esta cafetería principalmente por la tarde café y pastel, pero en ocasiones para el desayuno. El servicio de café es muy bueno y los pasteles no sabor como si son caseras. Para el desayuno que he tenido un fritos y en mi última visita un sándwich de tocino. El tocino estaba bien, pero el pan bastante insípida, que es una pena, ya que al otro lado de la calle está la panadería local que hace pan excelente. El servicio está bien, sólo desearía que el estilo aprenderán a sonreír, tienen largas da como si acabamos de volver de un funeral.

I won a £20 voucher for the Coffee Zone, there was no expiry date but they refused to accept it. They try to find reasons why they would not take it, none of them acceptable. What can you do against bad faith?

Coffee zone is always busy any time of day, I usually visit at lunch times to get a baguette or sandwich to take away, great choice of flavours and always fresh. Good value for money too!

Took over 20 minutes to make 2 panini. Staff were incredibly rude and unapologetic. Terrible. Will never go there again and have told others never to go there.

I really like this independent cafe, the staff are very friendly and the food is reasonably priced with a good selection of snacks and hot food and drinks to suit most peoples tastes. The home made cakes are delicious!

Why would it not be open on a Sunday?! So sad about this. I came out in the rain specifically to go Coffee Zone :( So disappointed

Very disappointed to coffeezone closed on a Sunday after hearing such good things.I won't be returning.

This is my favourite place on a weekend. Their coffee is delicious. It puts big chains like costa and Starbucks to shame in my view! Cakes always taste fresh and look homemade and the sandwiches are delicious. I had a chicken, avocado, bacon and lettuce baguette and none of the ingredients were pre packed. A pet peeve of mine is stringy fatty bacon in sandwiches but this was all meat and no fat and not excessive mayo. I was very impressed! You have to go to the counter to order but there is always someone there with a smile. Also probably the best carrot cake I've had! Coffee Zone is fast becoming my regular brunch location of a weekend!
