All Bar One Sutton in Sutton

We had a great evening here. The only thing that spoilt it for us was that the DJ was just too loud too early in the evening. WE don't mind later in the evening but it was so difficult to hear each other over dinner. However, the food was delicious and the service was very good and attentive. We will come again, just not when the DJ is present. We came once before, on a week night, and it was really good.

Come here often for breakfast, it is by far the best value for a full English brekki in Sutton. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, couldn't ask for more, especially the new waiter that works Saturday mornings. Well done ABO. 🍳🥓☕️

Despite this being a chain of bars this particular branch has it's own nice identity. We met for a casual get together over drinks and I was impressed by the range of cocktails on offer.

Place closes at 1am, we arrived at 12am and were told we couldn’t come in and i feel it doesn’t allow people who are of age and my colour of skin. Is my money not good enough as other? Door staff is unprofessional and rude towards my wife and my best friend and his wife. I think this unacceptable behaviour. I will not be attending here again.

Went to have dinner with a friend and we ordered the tapas menu, and it was absolutely dreadful. Two of the dishes, the calamari, which was just fried breadcrumbs with no calamari, and fried mushrooms, which had been fried so much they were just charred offerings. The other 3 dishes we had were just about palatable. Certainly would not recommend eating there, it was just awful food. The staff on the other-hand were very nice and did take the two dishes off the bill.

l have visited this bar/restaurant many times, but the 1st since Corvid-19 and was pleasantly surprised. It has recently undergone a revamp (not that there was anything wrong with it before). The staff wore face masks and there were sanitisers available. The food was plentiful...

Ordered the Pad Thai, had it with some of their very brand new cocktails and I must say, what a change-up from the previous menu! Definitely worth coming in just for the new drinks! A special shout out to Conor who vastly improved my experienced - from as soon as I arrived I was greeted by him - got the Track & Trace done and was explained the App. Very soon I was sat down out with a drink and food laid right in front of me. 10/10 will come again in a couple days!

Visited your bar on a Monday evening during Eat out to help out offer. Being a regular visitor to your bar we decided to celebrate my nieces 21st Birthday. After being seated and eventually getting served our drinks (which they didn’t have in stock so had to order a more expensive alternative), we again had to wait ages to order our food to be told they didn’t have any of what we wanted on the menu! We ordered alternative meals and waited ages, for my nieces meal to be served first, then the other two meals following some 20 minutes later! The service was terrible throughout the evening, including having to wait ages to pay the bill, which resulted in us eventually leaving and going to an alternative bar nearby. We usually have great service and have had many family celebrations at your bar, but this experience would make me think again.

Valentino was the most fun and attentive waiter. He had a laugh with us, was able to liaise with the chef over the menu and was a joy to be waited on by. The food was great, the drinks free flowing and a pleasing experience all around. We will be back :)

Went to have a drink and some food and wanted to sit outside as had my dog who is very well behaved. Was told I had to download the app to order as there was no table service outside. I said I’d left my phone and could I not just go to the bar was told no one can go to the bar due to covid although I did have a mask with me and the place was almost empty and staff were not wearing masks but understand rules are there for the good of everyone. So I said can I not order from you? Was told no table service outside only inside. But also told no dogs inside only outside. And when I asked how we were were going to resolve it she replied get the app. So basically to make it work I had to get the app on a phone which I didn’t have with me download their app and then they would bring me my order but wouldn’t take the order verbally outside or at the door or at the bar. But would bring the order to you once you’d ordered it on the app. Rules for the sake of rules in my opinion. We went somewhere a bit more friendly

A very hot day, so a cold beer with a friend was very agreeable. Staff very friendly, beer very cool, and a simple burger meal very pleasant. Service a little slow, but I wasn't in a rush. The JD Wetherspoons opposite may be cheaper, but lacks the atmosphere of All Bar One. Opt for quality rather than simple saving a few pennies.

My son and I visited this venue today and we where pleased to see the door precautions due the the corona 19 situation.BUT after we where seated everything changed.The staff aren't wearing any protection ( face masks etc. ) and spent a lot of time in very close proximity socialising with the clients.We felt very vonerable and uncomfortable.Actions are totaly iresponsable!

First time out after lockdown, made a reservation to attend what previously was one of our favourite bars in Sutton. After several days of making an online reservation no confirmation had been received, made a second booking which did acknowledge our intended attendance. On arrival we were shown a table and sat down at 7:30. Looking around social distancing between our table and others meant we sat within a metre of another person....not overly impressed, After 10 minutes our drinks orders were taken although the ice machine was faulty therefore cocktails were unavailable, Waitress gave us a couple of minutes to rethink, another choice for a glass of Rose was made, only to be greeted with the message that they were out of Rose, by this time 25 minutes had passed without a drop of drink passing our lips. What a great way to start a long overdue evening out. With this pathetic news we got up and left and currently won’t be returning anytime soon....you couldn’t order by an app, couldn’t go to the bar and only appeared to be 2 staff members serving. Conscious of the social distancing and hygiene I didn’t witness the table from a couple leaving from their meal being wiped down, sanitised etc so have my doubts.....Thanks guys for a poor start to the evening........

Tapas Tuesday is such a brilliant deal. The house white is really good and the tapas food is gorgeous. Always really enjoy coming as service is really friendly. We were informed as we sat down food will take 20 mins, then a few mins later told by another waitress it will take 45 mins instead. However as we were told this straight away and provided our drinks quickly the time went really quick. Theres always a great atmosphere here!

Went here today for lunch and were served by a very friendly waitress who was a real credit to the place. We had the Grazing Board, which is one of their sharing platters. It was a lovely selection of calamari, mini sausages, breaded fish, sausages, chorizo and halloumi skewers and nachos with lots of dips and sauces. Absolutely delicious! Would definitely order again and would recommend.

A recent visit to this unit was sadly not as expected,due to the lack of staff and poor quality of food,and rude management who think it's acceptable to allow drunk regulars to be obnoxious to others guests.The food served was poor and lacked basic presentation skills.....!!!!

We have been visiting this bar for many years. It has a great atmosphere and the service is excellent. Often the same long standing members of staff who work very hard. Often they are a little thin on the ground and have to cover a large area but I can never fault their customer service. A very friendly team. The drinks and food menu is good and they cater for vegans and vegetarians well. It would be nice to see it changed more often or to add some specials on a regular basis. My only complaint is that the decor really needs some updating and freshening up. The toilets are really in need of some TLC and often do not work properly. They are very shabby. Other than that we love the bar and the staff and hopefully the decorating team will move in soon. :-)

It just seems to have gone down hill a bit... When you go on a Sunday it's like a creche. There's families feeding babies from their own tuppaware tubs. I appreciate that babies have to go somewhere but when does a pub stop being a pub...? The table we sat at had pen marks on it and the menus had food stains on them.The staff are excellent with the exception of the bearded bartender who serves pints with a Mr Whippy topping...

Every time when i go the staff is always there to help you with what you need , even when they are very busy, so another nice experience ! Well done guys

The service was quick to start with but once we had out main course the service slowed right down with no staff around. For pudding asked for the chocolate brownie to be told they don't do it even though it's on the menu, so I had the biscoff cheesecake which had a stodgy texture to it, not a great trip

Normally enjoy the service of the friendly staff at this branch when going for drinks in the evening so decided to try out lunch there having enjoyed some smaller plates before. My other half is a vegetarian and decided do go for tapas options. Was disappointed at first to find they didn’t have any vegetable tempura which was surprising. We then enquired as to why the halloumi fries were not vegetarian. Neither the waiters or the kitchen staff could answer this question, offering suggestions such as ‘maybe a cow died making it’ or ‘maybe they’re fried in the same oil as the meat’. The first suggestion is obviously absurd and not helpful and the second one if true needs to be changed, although I wonder what they do with the tempura if this is the case. I ordered the meatball wrap. Unfortunately the waiter pushed the wrong button, when the food came they offered me the wrong food, trying to guilt trip me into having the wrong meal to save them time and effort. I rejected this and had to wait another 20 minutes after everyone else had finished before my food arrived. Food was alright but the terrible service means we will not be coming back.

All Bar One in Sutton is a decent pub, and has a good cocktail menu and also a great vegan selection of food. The food is very well presented, and the staff are knowledgeable. Thank you for another fab dining experience!

It was busy however we were lucky to get a table. We were served by Sarah and she always came to our table to take our order and looked after us. Nice vibe, wasnt packed. Looking forward to another visit.

I hadn't been to All Bar One in Sutton for a while due to busy work commitments. However I went twice last week and both times enjoyed the Vegetarian breakfast, it was really delicious and filling

Just popped in for lunch. Good, hot food served with lovely piping hot tea with a shot glass full of mini smarties, nice touch. The service was friendly, helpful and with a smile. No waiting time at all considering it was quite a busy lunch time. Good varied menu something for everyone at a reasonable price.

Went there with fiancee for valentines drinks. Lovely place, very nice staff and happy hour is always a bonus.

The worst Deliveroo I have ever received and absolutely insulting at the price they charged. Deliveroo issued a full refund.

Lovely venue, very accommodating staff, great service and wide variety of drinks. We also ordered a selection of bar snacks which went down a treat 👍.

Staff very friendly and waitress service is available. ( sorry about being specific but that night there was only a waitress no waiter ). We reserved a space and we were all happy with our food and the price of a bottle of wine. Can get very noisy later in the evening as loud music and chattering but early evening is fine and so is lunch.

My friends and I frequently visit this bar/restaurant in Sutton and are never disappointed. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the food is reliably good. The cocktails are delicious and they have some good offers such as prosecco on Friday and tapas on Tuesday.
