Costa Coffee in Sutton

A convenient Costa on the west side of Central Road (the other chains Caffe Nero and Starbucks are on the other quieter east side). Quick service, but they had run out of cake at lunch time today, so only had various slices and muffins left.

Great Costa coffee, really polite and friendly to new customers. 👍👍

the staff did not put the plastic on top of cup before they put the lid on so coffee spilt at over the place had to report

My local Costa, preferred to the Cafe Nero and Starbucks both within 100yds, mainly because I started as soon as Costa opened and I’m used to the taste. Apparently their flat white is the strongest on the High Street. It does me!

The staff are amazing: so lovely, patient and careful when preparing orders and serving customers, and overall this cafe is a very clean and well-maintained space. I really recommend if you are around in Worcester Park.

The service and drink were both good, aside from some of the tables looking like they needed cleaning. However, I was informed that the plug sockets were not working at the time due to a problem, so I was unable to plug in my laptop while visiting the branch.

Lovely clean shop, happy smiley staff, they are very welcoming and always put the customer first, the manager is always smiling too and very charming. The best coffee and coffee bar in W. Park.

I was customer for many years but very disappointed with Costa recently. Was charged for soya milk and staff member didn't know how to toast my mini panettone. Disappointed

We tried ordering our drinks via the app to get the discount, it worked well the first time and it was easy to pick up our drinks at the Click & Collect station. Then later we felt like getting another 50p drink... though the app was playing up a lot.... It was frustrating for us and the staff that the software app wasn't working, though the staff were still fairly patient with us. (This was a few weeks ago when you could only take away and not sit in a coffee shop)

While I understand there is an offer on drinks at the moment I cannot understand why orders cannot be served in the order of customers entering the store. I waited ages and people behind me were getting drinks served. When I queried was told they serve in order. No, actually you dont! Seems like anyone known to them gets served first. Store very crowded, no control on people entering or distancing. Why do whole families have to go in together? Staff running round like headless chickens. The staff in this store used to be fantastic but seems like all has changed over the past months. I wont be returning. There is a much more organised coffee shop across the road.

Nothing too special, your typical Costa Coffee. Service is somewhat slow but in the end you will receive a coffee that is of suitable standard.

I'm a bit biased in this review. Costa is my favourite chain coffee. This place is in high demand locally. Very important hangout for coffees and general catchups with local friends and family. It can get a bit hectic inside with little children but there is enough space to hide out in and have a deep chat with a good friend in there.

Unfriendly staff and the place is a mess. Dirt everywhere, floors and tables are a disgusting. Toilets mostly out of order. Avoid unless you are desperate!

If you a running a coffee shop ... The minimum requirement is really to have coffee and milk. So having no skimmed milk available means I couldn't have my normal order. They could have nipped to Waitrose and bought some retail. So pretty disappointing really.

Normally the visit to Costa coffee is good, but the last visit was not and not sure I will be going back in a rush. The coffee was not good and the service was not great either. They were not busy at the time so it is disappointing.

Not busy. Sunday 3pm. Argued with me that fruit toast was really a teacake despite the huge sign above their head,they denied doing fruit toast. One coffee was not what was ordered, the other was half full of foam. Appalling customer service.

Only problem I find is that at times one thought Hurricane Irma had arrived inside the coffee cafe, because the ceiling units were blowing hard on customers and on a cold day too. This is dangerous for customers who have had a stroke, plus bells palsy can strike from the consistent blowing. Visiting hot countries such as Singapore, Taiwan and Australia their induction units do not release heavy blowing and instead keep the rooms cool. These ceiling units need replacing .

My last visit to Costa was satisfying, the staffs were friendly and I really enjoyed the drinks. Good coffee!

Aparecimos por un café y un chocolate caliente justo después de las 5 pm El martes pasado. A pesar del hecho de que no cierran hasta las 7 de la tarde encontramos dos tercios de las áreas de estar bloqueadas a los clientes. Llevamos nuestras bebidas y como no había asientos disponibles en la pequeña porción del lugar que era "abrir" nos trasladamos a sentarse en una "zona cerrada". Después de que gritó por el personal nos permite de mala gana a sentarse en una de las zonas bloqueadas cuando fueron obligados a reconocer que no había otro lugar para sentarse. Después de unos minutos nos pidieron que nos cambiáramos de personal, cuando Rechazamos cortésmente la señorita flouncing protestó igualmente con nosotros antes de saber apagar y exigentes como esperábamos que limpia. No hace falta decir que nos sentimos muy incómodos y a partir de ahora estará disfrutando de mi café y periódico gratuito a la vuelta de la esquina en Waitrose donde el personal es educado y servicial y orientado al cliente.

A pesar del hecho de que no cierran hasta las 7 de la tarde, llegamos justo después de las 5 de la tarde para encontrar las dos terceras partes de la zona de estar bloqueadas a los clientes. Después de comprar las bebidas nos berated por personal para tratar de usar una de las zonas de estar cerradas. Sólo nos permite de mala gana a sentarse cuando fueron obligados a admitir que no había otros asientos disponibles en lo que era la izquierda de la pequeña cantidad de asientos disponibles.
