Cannot fault the lovely lady who runs this place or the staff, they were amazing to both my dogs, one of which is a Bullybreed, so can sometimes be a little daunting ,but these ladies had absolutely no problem with my dogs at all., thank you for a lovely experience and great coffee.

Absolutely enjoyed my visit, lovely friendly staff, and so nice that l can get a coffee for £2.45,.Was asked by lovely lady about 'loyalty card' , and she explained rewards,alas l explained due to leave UK for a while, but will certainly seek it out on my return 👍,.Absolute gem and refreshing to know extremely good value and not taking advantage.Thank you and Kind Regards.

La zona de estar no es nada especial, pero te olvidas de eso cuando comienzas a comer. Realmente es increíble comida increíble y mi panadería favorita en Londres. Si no te has perdido... ¡te lo estás perdiendo!

Although the coffee is amazing, the customer service from the gentleman behind the counter was not welcoming - there was no smile, or any friendliness whatsoever. I actually felt like I was intruding. For nearly £4 for a coffee, you would expect a friendlier atmosphere. A shame. I don’t want to return after that experience.

Stumbled upon this place when heading to our hotel. Staff were super friendly and the food lovely. They reserved a table for breakfast the next day for us, being very accomodating. To top it off the food was lovely.

I love this place, the owner is really friendly and the food and hot drinks are good. It was recommended to me when I went to the area & I an glad it was. The paninis are excellent, as are the egg muffins.

Stopped in Richmond to change trains and decided to eat. Spotted this place, just across the road from the station, and pleased that we did. Nice range of freshly prepared brunch items and excellent coffee served by friendly and efficient staff. Really enjoyed and will be back

It s nice chilled place, the price of food is reasonable but we had the impression that the the Lady running it preferred her "locals" over us.

The records are amazing they can get most records in speedy Time I’ve been there multiple times and they have never failed defo recommend
