Love this place. Excellent coffee and atmosphere, I come here with my wife and daughter regularly and also had some of my art on the walls courtesy of Paolo. I enjoy coming back here to chill and work, staff are really great accomodating

Lovely space, but unfortunately the staff made you feel quite unwelcome. Asking for water or to use the toilet when they announced they were closed with no warning seemed like a real imposition to them. Add to this there was a big 'vegan tax' there - the vegan lunch is nearly £2 more than a regular sandwich and to use oat milk instead of cow's milk in a hot drink they added £1. A real shame as otherwise a lovely space to bring a laptop and work. I want to support independent business, but it's hard when the staff at Starbucks down the road were really lovely and accommodating in comparison...

Such wonderful customer service! ✨ Their coffee is superb and their pastries are on another level also. My partner and I love spending our mornings here.

Our 10 year old recently said "there must be something wrong with my legs, I put one foot in front of the other and I always seem to end up at The Press Room" - which appears to be the case for all of the family - even the dog (he only shows up for the treats!) Thanks for the best coffee in Twickenham and a staffing team who always seem to be pleased to see you.

What a great place, needed a little breakfast before heading to watch a rugby match and this was the perfect stop. Great service with a bustling feel about the place, modern design inside and excellent food and the coffee was first class. Will go again.

Fairly quiet coffee bar, fairly limited door selection but good quality

Delicious vegan flapjack and cappuccino with oat milk. The place was buzzing! Staff explained that there would be a 5 min wait, serving coffee and it was served sooner than that.

I used to stop by here 3, 4 sometimes even 5 times a week for their coffee. Unfortunately the quality of their coffee has gone downhill as of recent and can't justify this anymore now that they've raised their prices to £3.50 for a flat white. This is the same price as Bones Espresso now but their coffee is far superior and they have a loyalty program, which The Press Room could highly benefit from. Food is average. I will say that the staff is very friendly and the space is nice for working, but I will be frequenting Bones Espresso much more often in the future.

I've walked past The Press Room several times until one day when I was in a rush to get the train I stopped and bought a coffee. Can't comment on the food they serve, however that salted caramel brownie has my name on it and I'll be back for it. Great to see a independent coffe shop that not only serve good coffe but also support the local community.

A great spot for a coffee and watching the world go by, great selection of cakes and coffees, it has outside seating for about 12 covers

This place is in Twickenham .It has wonderful atmosphere and coffees are so delicious. I likeed them so much. I recommend all of you to go there an drink something.if you had diffuculties during the day, you could forget easily what the problem was.you and your friend can find yourself as sharing your secrets or coffees:)) the press room you deserve ten points!

Probably right now this is our favourite coffee shop in Twickenham. Friendly service, nice interior and lovely coffees.

I have been here lots of times, the food is good and the coffee is excellent. However the service is a bit hit and miss. For example, I got to the Press Room shortly before opening this morning, probably walking faster due to the cold weather. It has been miserably cold this week. Asked if I could wait inside out of the cold for a few minutes until they officially opened and was told no, that was not possible. So went across the road to Costa where I was able to get out of the cold and have a warm coffee.

It's sort of a blend of traditional American diner and modern British coffee shop. Outstanding large breakfast bap and pancakes. A bit pricey, but also a cut above the usual. Nice people too.

We hired a space for our post-wedding brunch with family and friends and Reema and her team couldn't have been more helpful. It was perfect - I highly recommend for a group event, or just for a delicious coffee/cake as you're passing by!

Visited as part of a group booking. All round great service. Space was marked out for our group booking, ready for our arrival. Staff really helpful, service quick and everywhere clean and tidy. Good selection of food and drink choices for all our party including those with allergies. All round very satisfied - would highly recommend

I really want to like this place I've been in a few times before and always found the food and coffee good. But in general the service seems to be lacking something. Most recently my business was turned away because I wanted to pay using cash. I know of may other great coffee shops/cafes in Twickenham who do take cash and that's where my business will go now whether I'm using a card or cash to pay.

Went on a Tuesday morning. Great atmosphere. Cappuccinos were superb. Music soundtrack was also great. Will definitely be back. Nice set up with good tables and chairs. All very important for a great coffee shop atmosphere. - Update - I've since been back on 3 different occassions and had unsatisfactory experiences. The last time we ordered coffees for inside and the staff misheard so just poured them into different cups...cappuccinos. cappuccinos poured out into a different cup. Definitely didn meet the standard of the initial visit. And the spoons have been dirty on each occassion.

I bought 4 coffees in Weymouth yesterday to get a coffee like this! Had to come back to The Press Room in Twickenham ❤️

Black coffee and latte aren't too bad but not the best, friendly and talented staff slightly over priced whereas we can get the organic coffee for reasonable price in Twickenham

Great little cafe just down the road from Twickenham station. Tables too if you need to park up for work. Cakes, pastries too. Doing a brunch menu too now, sausage roll is amazing… need to try the Breakfast Bap next 🤤

Lovely vegan options and great coffee

We came in for coffees. This a very pleasant, friendly and pleasant cafe. I had a Cortado which was very nice quality with a double shot of espresso.

Great origin coffee, roasted in Cornwall. Lovely cakes & pastries. Friendly staff.

Fabulous coffee delivered to your table - don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out! almond croissants however maybe need a rethink I’ve seen people leave them half eaten and wondered why- well the answer is they’re hard not flaky and have far too much filling which makes them a bit sweet.

Trendy place, but staffing clearly an issue. At £6.50 a sandwich, the fillings provided in both were exceptionally mean. If I’d been by myself, I would have returned mine. Maybe an off day?

Every time we have come here (weekends) around 1pm or 12.30pm we have always been told they only sandwiches, so basically we have never seen them do a brunch or breakfast menu ever. So confused about the reviews and what they offer as it seems to be sandwiches and coffees mostly!

The cafe and staff are lovely and they serve yummy juices, coffees and hot chocolates. They have great sandwiches and pastries too, most of which are vegan and absolutely delicious! And the cherry on the top: they are dog friendly. I love this place and always try to go when I find myself in the area.

Walked down the main road looking for the non generic coffee shop and found The Press Room. Great flat white, smooth with a great test served quickly. Nice surroundings and “vibes”. If I lived or worked near it would be my go to coffee house.

Update: the coffee is still good but they refused to take cash. Unfortunately, I forgot my card and they refused to serve me at all. That is not right.

Delicious coffee, beautiful cafe and the most wonderful baristas! Zaynab is always such a friendly face, makes my day! A great atmosphere to catch a serene break from work - surrounded by plants and an industrial/modern decorating style. And dog friendly is always a plus for seeing the sweetest pups!

Lack of customer service/focus, far too slow even with multiple staff and less than 10 people in the cafe. A shame.

Just had a coffee & a Danish here. Thought I’d try it compared to the Costa opposite as it seems quite popular. Coffee was luke warm, albeit nice blend, & the Danish pastry was chewy. Clearly not fresh, & all more expensive. Shame. I guess it’s Costa’s next time!

Decent coffee, but let down by bad service!

The staff here is so lovely. The drinks are good (love the smoothies) and the atmosphere is great to hangout (I particularly like coming on my own to do some work). Highly recommended!

The coffee is brilliant every time! Love these guys. Alas they no longer do brunch at weekends but they have numerous delicious gluten-free options in the bakes section ! Don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out, 😄

This place is fine if you want your lunch before 1230, otherwise they will have sold the six sandwiches made that day. Good coffee though.

The coffee beans must have been burnt during roasting as the espresso was very bitter. Might not be so obvious in milky coffees but I couldn't finish the espresso, sorry

A delightful little cafe in an excellent location in Twickenham, close to the train station and a good spot to have a drink and snack before watching a match at Twickenham Stadium. The milkshake was delicious and the service was great, all of the staff were really friendly and drinks were served very efficiently.

Nice coffee and vibe but would be great if they played less overtly Christian music. Was working in there for a number of hours and the whole time they played loud worship music. Sorry to be a spoil sport but not entirely sure it's the appropriate setting, not very inclusive

Nice coffee, good avocado s/w, helpful service. quite a bustling place. Plenty of parking available around walking distance. Would be 5 star but our experience got sullied (no fault of cafe) by a middle aged couple who came and sat next to our family of 4 + dog (6 month old lab). The lady commented “how unpleasant” and gave a horrified reaction when Vincent barked once. We felt rushed to leave and got uncomfortable but made sure that the couple got told in no uncertain terms how shameful their behaviour and uncalled for their comment was. I sincerely hope they introspect a little. And thank you to the two ladies who praised Vincent on how well behaved he was while we walked out.

They saved a damsel in distress who couldn’t leave her house. I rang to get my mate Clare a delivery of her fave hot chocolate, she raves about them (slightly obsessed). But to be fair - Probly best hot choc I’ve ever had - anyway they don’t deliver but remembered her - she’s VERY chatty - refused to take payment, asked her address and dropped one round. She was so happy (see the bit about obsession). Well done Pressters, very classy

Great place for Sunday brunch with friends. Mr Benedict with crispy bacon was delicious. And fab tea too. Very relaxed and warm environment.

A great place for any coffee lover. Their cold brew is a great addition given the recent heat wave, but their coffee is amazing in its self. I only recently discovered them but the staff are more than happy to make sure the coffee is made to your liking which is a massive plus for someone like myself who is used to making their own. In any case, they are absolutely worth a visit whether it's a pick me up before work or a coffee with a friend.

In a world of coffee shops this is THE place for a proper cuppa. Always friendly, decent snackage and I'm informed they do decent coffee too (I only drink tea)

Great coffee shop, 5-6 minutes walking distance from Twickenham station. The coffee shop itself is quite spacious and has lots of indoor seating but also has outdoor seating. The menu offers a wide variety of hot and cold drinks along with bakery items. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambience of the coffee shop is also quite nice.
