Tagliatelle with chicken. Very Good. However, I ordered a Grilled Chicken Breast as well. Not Received.

Visited this bistro this morning for breakfast both my husband and I had The pomegranate special breakfast which was delicious and really great value as you get toast and a hot drink included in the process Not only did we enjoyed the food but also it was nice to see regular customers who knew the owner and shared lovely friendly banter We also received excellent customer service

What a lovely place. I adore the music, enjoy the food and service very much. So genuinely friendly! The interior is lovely and prices are so reasonable! Must try!

Came here for dinner and the food is exceptional. We had pizza, pasta and salad. Fresh ingredients perfectly cooked and a 5 star service. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered Spanish omelette and chips. Food was good. Didn't take long to bring out. Only one person serving as wasn't busy. Service was relaxed and could do with some music playing in the background to liven the place up. Would recommend as its not a pretentious cafe like the others nearby.

This is a real hidden gem. The breakfast is so tasty. Always greeted by a kind man who is very hospitable! Such good value for money and very flavoursome tasty food!

Wonderful spot with fantastic quality food tucked away in Hampton Wick. You’d be really done a disservice to miss it. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful and we even went back for some live music on another occasion which was also perfect. We’ll be back!

I am in love with this cafe/bistro. I often stop by in the morning for an Americano before work. Then I’m usually tempted to order one of their delicious breakfasts. What amazing value! Nothing is too much trouble for the kind gentleman who works here. I am always made to feel welcome and looked after. Fully recommend this hidden little gem on Hampton Wick high street.

Well worth leaving the centre of Kingston for this little gem. Great service and lovely food at a very reasonable price. The menu has a lot to offer, from small breakfast to main meals.

This is a nice little eatery, close to Kingston bridge (on Thames). The service was very good, however the food was a little bit bland, which we (my wife, son and I) agreed upon. Would I revisit this establishment, yes I would, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go back.

Initially an aggressive attitude from a member of Staff who then turned when he realised i was buying something ???? this was one of the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life and I’m in my 40s, been eating pizza for a long time and jeez it was bad

A cosy restaurant with a friendly atmosphere; excellent service and a delightful place for families. I passed by for a cup of tea and a croissant, which was delicious; my first time in the local area. The gentleman who served us was very attentive and kind. I look forward to stop by again next time. Relaxed mid-mirning coffee with a couple of chapters. Others seemed to be enjoying breakfast. Low level cafe jazz in the background. Polite efficient service.

I order here frequently. Never had any issues when they deliver my food. It always tastes fresh and nice. I like their fries as it’s medium in width and crisp but malleable at the same time. It’s feels light and not oily. Which is what you want, or at least that is what I want. My only criticism is the polystyrene packaging. But this isn’t only reserved to this cafe. But to many restaurants. I feel there has to be a way to cover heated foods without having hot air coming from the meal radiating within, and then causing it to become moist and wet inside (condensation). This can cause particular foods to be soggy like with breads etc. It’s a tough balance. Making sure the food is still hot when it arrives to you or when you take it home, but also delivering the quality as it would be if served there and then. I hope all establishments will be looking at this. I’ve seen the idea of using card or foil for breads - I’ve observed how Subway package their hot sandwiches - while their bread is thicker - which helps. The paper they use and the method they tightly enclose the sub roll I think helps prevent any sogginess. Maybe in particular with my meal that I order they could separate the chips into the polystyrene container and put the toastie wrapped in the way mentioned above. There was a man called Alan Speight who was in charge of making sandwiches in the 80s for Marks and Spencers. He had a problem with trying to create a product where certain wet ingredients like lettuce and tomato would not be absorbed into the bread. He experimented with the dough, the shape and the process of baking - eventually he figured out a type of loaf that could retain its texture and layers for at least 4 or 5 hours. Now, I’m comfortable with the bread they use here, and I do not know their budget - but if Pomegranate can produce a slice that can withstand moisture collection, while keeping its integral taste - then that could work too. To add - I’ve seen what Costa Coffee manufacture and I’m not sure of the material they use. It looks like a hard piece of cardboard with ridges on the outside that help the card form into a solid semi oval shape - where the heated sandwich has room to spread the air outwards and through the bottom corners, along with allowing the bread to keep its core mould. Please see photo of the design that I’ve included with this review. These are possible methods to consider. If it’s financially viable I hope something can be done. All in all - I will continue to order food from here. I recommend anyone interested to give these guys a shot. We must do a lot for local businesses rather than going for the conglomerate choices all the time. Thanks.

I ordered from The Pomegranate Bistro for the first time and I am very disappointed. My club sandwich consisted of 1 rasher of bacon for the whole sandwich and the tiniest scrap if chicken carefully placed in the centre so that it was visible when cut into triangles and saturated with mayonnaise. With that came the smallest handful of chips. The Bistro in Ham is much better value and their club sandwich actually has a decent amount of chicken.

Lovely fresh cooked food with a varied menu. Prices are reasonable. Staff very friendly. We ate here two nights in a row and throughly enjoyed it.

Popped in for a coffee, which was so nice I returned for a full on breakfast (the BIG one not the full one). Staff are are all friendly, the place is clean and the food is very tasty,, ESPECIALLY the sausages! Reasonable prices too!

We visited Hampton Wick recently and made the wise decision to eat at Pomegranate Bistro on a number of occasions. The menu was extensive, the food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the service could not be faulted. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

Absolutely evil and wicked owner or male staff member who ever was working today. My very respectable elderly family member who is 80, struggles to walk, disabled and was not feeling well due to the very hot weather needed to use the bathroom and to buy a bottle of water. We pulled over as soon as we could and went into this restaurant as it was the first place we could see that was open. The restaurant was not busy the owner bluntly refused use of the toilet and said go down the road to a different restaurant. Two other family members had to assist whilst our elderly family member struggled to walk to find a lavatory as we could not go any further by car and had been stuck in terrible traffic. I politely called the restaurant to ask again, i assume it was the owner he said in a very nasty tone he didn't care if he was elderly or disabled when i explained and to go else where. This man has no humanity is absolutely disgusting and wicked, if this is how he treats humans i strongly advise staying away from this restaurant and reading other bad reviews. I will be making great awareness on social media about what happened today at this restaurant. Thank fully the restaurant a bit further down the road towards the round about were extremely nice and helpful unfortunately i didnt catch the name but will post when i get it.

We had delicious lunch with my friends. Good portions, tasty fresh ingredients, good service and nice athmosphere.

Love when I find small places like this. Mid-morning, looking for light brekkie with good flavours and so nicely put together. Not a lot of offerings in Hampton Wick, till I came across this lovely spot. Inviting atmosphere and decor, staff so accommodating and friendly. Now the best part; fresh large croissant stuffed with the perfect melted cheese and ham, with fresh home squeezed orange juice with the perfect pot-of-tea. Could not have asked for anything more. Defo coming back for lunch and if chance provides it an evening meal. This place should be so busy, come on, family business give them your support they deserve it, as the effort and quality is so evident. Loved the touch of the Pomegranates 😃x

We booked as we walked by late afternoon today and had a table for 7.30 tonight. Lovely traditional bistro/ authentic Italian feel with excellent menu choices. Carbonara, lasagne and pomegranate special salad were all fresh and good portion sizes. Wine and beer alongside and such good value. Service with a smile, lovely surroundings and can highly recommend - would definitely visit again if in the area - THANK YOU

I was let down by the hotel I was staying at and ordered a takeaway from Pomegranate Bistro through Just Eat. It was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful treat. I must say I am now pleased the hotel had stopped serving food, as the food delivered was a delight.

Overnight stay locally and did not want to eat at the hotel. Ordered a pizza and salad - freshly cooked and very tasty. Friendly staff and pleasant decor. Ad amazing value for the area - I've had similar simple meals in local pubs for double the prize - I'd go their again when in town.

Only eaten here twice so far, they do have a day time & evening menu but I've only eaten in evening. Both menus are of various continental foods so nice variety. Service & food both been very good when I have been. Very reasonably priced meals too.

Just had an absolutely fantastic meal at the Pomegranate Bistro, wow it was delicious we had starters, mains and pudding it was, sooo good.. Get yourself there honestly if I lived in this area I would definitely be a regular...nothing was to much trouble, service with a friendly smile spot on.

Visited mid-afternoon on a Sunday. The place was fairly quiet but had a nice atmosphere. Really friendly welcoming staff and service was tiptop. Paninis and a side of chips, perfect to tide us over till dinner time. We'll be back when we're next in the area!

First visit hopefully not the last shame not more people in the restaurant, as the food and service is first class, you don't know what you are missing, excellent value for the price. Chicken and ham arrabiata and spaghetti carbonara , with garlic bread and a glass or two of Malbec.

I am fuming!!!!!!!!! They said they delivered it and they haven’t! This is my second order with just eat tonight that hasn’t turned up!!!!!!!! I have just sent another 30 minutes on the phone and have been told I can’t get a refund before investigation. I made the first order at 6.30 and now it’s 10pm. It’s too late to get food. I will never order with just eat again and have made a formal complaint.

Nice cafe/bistro just off the beaten track over the river from Kingston. Relaxed, friendly, we regularly go for coffee and pastries, which are cheap and very good. They do more restaurant-y food and music in the evenings, which we have yet to try.

Ordered for the first time and oh I’m perfectly satisfied, taste, portion, speed and price the carbonara was perfectly creamy and a lovely bold taste deffo enjoyed and the mozzarella sticks was just a great top off will deffo order from here again

This was genuinely great food and obviously prepared with care. I wouldn't have turned down another slice of mozzarella on the salad but this was a 9.99 out of 10 meal!

Found by accident. Nicely decorated with a cozy vibe, great service and food. Wide variety on the menu from pizzas, burgers, salads, ciabattas. Coffee was excellent and very large. Great value for money.

Quiet little place a stone's throw from busy Kingston. Not expensive.

poor cannelone, more like a lasagne variation in plastic tubs, no tubes in sight. £3.30 for one relatively small garlic bread, which was nicer than the cannelone.

Went here for lunch whilst staying at a nearby Hotel. Good choice of menu and the food when it came was of good quality, reasonably priced, and was very tasty.The service was very good also . Yes the place has a retro feel to it, the music is good and it is very quirky. In a world of "same old, same old" eateries, this is a shining example of something different, which is worth supporting and cherishing.
