Lovely ice cream, never had a bad flavour

Nice gelato. We went as a group, even though there were quite a few people initially we managed to get our order relatively quickly. Nice atmosphere, good place to sit or you can eat and walk around too.

Wonderful Gelato, great crepes. The workers are lovely I keep coming back especially on hot summer days for a lovely cool treat

We are local and frequent regulars. The gelati are delicious and servings are generous. There are several interesting Japanese-influenced flavours like Matcha Green Tea, Black Sesame Goma and Yuzu Yoghurt which is my personal favourite.

Stunning ice cream, lovely staff. Perfect for the summer.

Amazing ice cream and frozen yogurt in terms of both quality and selection, with flavours alternating with new options and staple classics. Price is on the higher side but understandably so. The girl working there always has a smile on her face and is lovely to customers. Offers a range of italian and asian grocery products also.

I used to love this place. The staff are really nice and the crepes are ok (they used to be better tho). However the place is run down and the toilet is a health hazard.

One of the best ice cream in East Sheen. We always come here for a vanilla, blue buble gum for kids and black sesame. Delicious.

Recently visited Bella Del Gelato, and was utterly delighted by the entire experience. The variety of ice cream flavors was a treat for my taste buds, ranging from classic favorites to unique and inventive options. Not only did Esther excel in creating a welcoming atmosphere, but her attention to detail and prompt service were commendable. She effortlessly turned a simple ice cream outing into a delightful and personalized experience.

I recently visited the ice cream shop and had an absolutely delightful experience. The variety of flavors available was impressive, and the taste was simply divine. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, making my visit even more enjoyable. The cozy ambiance of your shop added to the overall positive experience.

Quite disappointed by the recent experience here at Bella del Gelato. Their ice cream looks great but they don’t cater at all well for non dairy eaters. Just the odd sorbet reminiscent of when a nut loaf was the vegetarian option in the old days. On this visit we had a pancake and waffle. The pancake was passable but only just. The small waffle was completely underwhelming. The first red flag being a lump of dough being taken out of cling film, pressed and kneaded like a pizza and mashed into the waffle maker. I have never seen this before having only seen fresh liquid being poured into a waffle iron to deliver a light, crisp waffle fluffy on the inside. This was just nasty. Here’s what I liked: • The ice cream display looks inviting as do the various containers of toppings What I didn’t like: • Indifferent welcome like we had disturbed her time on the phone • lack of non dairy options • the waffle (described above) • price point • devoid of atmosphere- no music, dry and dull How places like this get such rave reviews and manage to stay open is beyond me. Do I recommend going? NO Will I go again? NO Was it good value? NO Price point: $$ For a simple pancake/crepe and waffle £15.

This lovely atmosphere ice cream heaven for Tamer and my son which we have been visiting for years. Seems to have gone down hill. Staff are atrocious! Asking them to serve or speak is like we had asked for their first born. Odd and changed, not for better

Not sure if it was on the day I went or the overall daily experience but there was a lack of flavours, and the ice cream was very below par in flavour compared to other places in SW London.

Very bad service. I walked in with my son to get some ice cream. I was rushed and shouted at while trying to get my words together to make my order. My encounter was with the younger man, he's so rude, maybe because we're black. The reason I say this is because the white people in the shop had no problems.

Lovely ice-cream many flavoures

Ice cream was fine but very weird service. The ice cream was nothing special. Had a raspberry one, really nothing to write home about at all. Service was very weird. Not welcoming at all, no smiles, no sense of fun that you would want from an ice cream shop. Basically just silence. Wouldn’t go back.

The taste does not live up to the hiped up "taste" awards desplayed all over the windows and the price tag that goes with it. Both Pistachio and Chocolate were a desapointment and tasted water based rather than cream bases. Unfortunately will not be coming back.

The most fabulous ice cream!!! Me and my kids are regular customers..we can never have enough. Staff are lovely, very generous with their ice-cream, and the variety it's always a bonus. Everyone must try, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely ice cream of many flavours. This is my favourite ice cream parlour in west London. My favourite is matcha which is difficult to find. The crepes are also fabulous. Recommend. Update: 5* love it

they have some nice ice cream with a few vegan options. I took the raspberry and passion fruit which were good and the amount of ice cream you get is huge. I couldn't finish my cone since it was so big

Fabulous range of ice creams. Like so many places, they are being clobbered by ingredients becoming more expensive, but have a clear note explaining their price increases. The portions (pictured - rum and raisin/dark chocolate scoops) are generous and the product is AMAZING. Best I’ve cream I’ve had. Utterly delicious and of course madly indulgent.

Disgusting went there 30 mins before they were closing and they basically was removing the ice cream as myself and my children were still choosing, very rude. Won’t be going back!

Absolutely horrible service, dirty place, not child friendly. They are preparing gigantic scoops. When I asked to make 2 flavors in 1 scoop (because kids wanted to try 2 different flavors) the lady in charge offered to make 2 small scoops but charged as usual. Avoid!

I love coming here, its one of the best places in London for Gelato in my opinion. The staff are so friendly which just makes the occasion so much better. A great range of flavours and very hygienic, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It does get a bit busy when its hot outside but that's all due to it being a very popular place as so many people enjoy coming here. The cakes are also very delicious along with the crepes. Overall, a very nice place.

Very high quality place. Beautifully made and presented ice cream, good hot desserts and strong coffee! Fully 2020 compliant, with a sanitiser station for patrons. Would have liked some of the gelato to be served with the waffles for the price charged, but the portion was good. Thanks!

The best ice cream in London at very reasonable prices. We've tried quite a few ice cream shops in London with our daughter and luckily the best one seems to be on our doorstep. The staff are friendly and they have a great variety of flavours to choose from.

Very nice place and the ice cream is the best value around. Great flavours and the kids love it, so do the adults. All I would say is get some air on for the summer it’s too hot in there.

Some good ice-cream flavours, crepes and waffle

It really was the consistency of real Italian gelato, but I got what was billed as "Swiss chocolate" which looked lovely and dark (I love dark chocolate,). and it didn't have much flavour! Consistency top notch, flavour bottom notch.

Fabulous ice cream and we managed to visit two weeks in a row due to a great piece of road diversion! Delicious cinnamon, milky bar and Salted caramel over the two visits. Good sizer portions and fresh waffle cones and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Superb gelateria with about 20 flavours made on-site. Very smooth and creamy. Reasonable prices - I've paid more for a 99 at an ice cream van. Nice that sprinkles are free too.

I love this chocolate crepe with banana & strawberries, nice balance of topping and crepe base. Not too thin unlikely other crepe shops. Today I treat myself with frozen yogurt ice cream, even morning!!
