Although the coffee is amazing, the customer service from the gentleman behind the counter was not welcoming - there was no smile, or any friendliness whatsoever. I actually felt like I was intruding. For nearly £4 for a coffee, you would expect a friendlier atmosphere. A shame. I don’t want to return after that experience.

Our go to coffee place in Teddington! We tend to pop in and take-away. Service is always good/quick. Excellent coffee and very tasty bites to eat. Nice little place for a quick coffee or a bite to eat. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Really depressing, went in and felt like an airport waiting room. Blaring Italian music playing, couldn't hear myself think let alone speak... Genuinely think it would be a good location for the Apprentice when they've been told they haven't passed Alan Sugar's task. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Fallow Deer

A not friendly environment with a very poor service, extremely expensive for what they offer which is a very simple and ordinary choice.( probably a best choice for the locals)

Another rugby weekend staying overnight in Teddington, another visit to this reliable coffee shop. The flat whites were very good, as were the poached eggs on toast for breakfast. This place is now a fixture on our periodic visits to Twickenham.

This is a smart, clean cafe in the centre of Teddington and the food appears of a high standard. That said, we were really shocked at the portion sizes for the price. A child's £2.50 toastie is literally half a sandwich and laughable. A £6 Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta is literally one thin slice of sourdough and is 75% tomatoes. Its like they don't want to part with their bread! Rather than a good quality mozzarella they've gone for tiny bocconchini balls - it just all feels very paltry. The cakes and biscuits looked lovely and we had all chosen what we were going to order after our sandwiches but ended up not bothering given we felt robbed. There are plenty other cafes up the road offering better value.

The coffee is amazing but the service was very slow. When I was finally served my poached eggs, my latte was already cold, the dish had a hair and it was full of olive oil. Being health concious as I am.. there is no need to have so much olive oil poured into a dish like this. If it wasn't for the service and the food I would have given them 5 stars - the coffee is superb!

Popped in here with my wife, and daughters - including our one year old who has dairy and soy allergies. She gets so upset by seeing others eating and her missing out so her being able to have a slice of orange and polenta cake - all dairy free, made her day. She was also pleased to be a big girl sipping the complementary water from her own glass!

Excellent independent place for coffee or other hot drinks. This time I ordered hot chocolate - excellent and made with 70% chocolate buttons so not at all sickly sweet. Asked for it very hot and it was duly done. Delicious cakes and lots of choice so hard to decide. Tried gluten free salted caramel chocolate brownie - absolutely delicious and nicely served on a wooden platter. They also give a small sampler piece of (another) cake on the side of your hot drink and a glass of cool water (jug had fruit slices in so really pleasant taste).

We came across this place on our latest two trips to Teddington on route for the rugby at Twickenham. Having previously lived in Teddington, the lack of a very good coffee shop had always rankled - and now they have one which will become a regular visiting point for us. The flat white coffee was top notch - perfect temperature and presentation, and served with a smile (plus a small piece of croissant and a glass of water). The food looks good to but is yet to be tested.

The 2 members of staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was quick and professional.

I was feeling travel weary when I saw the sign. It read something along the lines of best coffee in town. The place struck me as a potential hipster magnet but I was not deterred. I needed coffee now. I ordered a straight Americano. The barista asked if I wanted milk. I did. Cold or hot? (more options than I wanted but I was enjoying the attention to detail). As I looked around I noted the stylish but subtle decor. The place was growing on me and I hadn't even tasted the coffee at that point. The coffee: I can only quote Agent Dale Cooper- ' damn fine coffee'. The hot milk was served in a little metal pail which confirmed their attention to detail. I chose a window seat, relaxed and watched the world go by & the world didn't mind.

If you like coffee that is different from the usual chains and like to drink it in a relaxed and welcoming environment, then Woof is the place for you. Their ethos is to source great coffee beans, and prepare their coffee (and other drinks) with exceptional attention to detail (often accompanied with a tasty nibble of cake or pastry). They offer a variety of other drinks, including a range of interesting teas and a very good traditional style Matcha latte (sugar optional), plus a variety of tasty breakfast/brunch/lunch options as well as some lovely cakes (the warm avocado loaf with butter is very moreish)! The furnishing is simple with a contemporary feel and the music a mix of varying genres, but always good to listen to.

We recently had our wedding at Pembroke Lodge, and I cannot say enough good things about the venue manager, Robert. From the moment we started planning to the big day itself, he was absolutely incredible. Robert went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was always available to answer our questions, offer solutions, and provide creative suggestions that enhanced our vision. He coordinated effortlessly with our vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page, which took so much stress off our shoulders. On the day of the wedding, he was a true rockstar! He made sure the timeline flowed perfectly, from setting up the ceremony space to ensuring the reception transitions were seamless. His dedication and hands-on approach allowed us to enjoy every moment without worrying about a single thing. Our wedding was a dream come true, and we owe so much of that to him and his team! Thank you, for everything you did to make our day magical.
