A small but very friendly place. I am fussy eater. I have a tuna melt. Perfect .I came back for lunch the whole week. I love my coffee having my own machine and watch people on how they make it. Every step in the process was how I was trained. Beautiful espresso.

Tucked away upstairs in the antique centre this cafe is worth seeking out. Food was lovely. I had the soup which was very tasty, piping hot and a generous portion. Customer service excellent. Shame I am not a local would love to return.

A good bakery to chose for lunch, a good choice of sandwiches, baguettes pies and pasties . A Good service and fairly priced

i have been to many roastery's in the recent years but by far this is my Favorite. Highlights for me, 1. Freshness - flavors and aromas in the bean vouch for this. 2. Roast level - medium light roast, gives it a well rounded flavour and nice nuanced taste of the notes. 3. Fair trade, ethical and organic, not many roasters i know can fit all those categories. 4. very good customer service level, made to order. Reliable 5. Arabica roast meaning these beans are smooth and sweet. The beans make a fabulous espresso or latte, yield a great crema perfect for Latte or Cortado. I tend to go for the Javascript beans, can taste the fruity notes in the espresso with a nuanced hint of chocolate. Thank you

Had a wonderful Valentines Day at the Spring Grove. Great food and service. The live band got the night going and the acoustic set of love songs was just perfect. Highly recommend.

Owner replied to my review asking me to get in touch. I did and didn’t receive the courtesy of a response. Even more disappointing. This could have been a three or four star review: three of the four meals were good (flat iron chicken and burgers nice, flat iron steak was barely warm and chewy). Table was a bit sticky and although the server was friendly and pleasant, service itself wasn’t quick and we saw our food waiting on the pass when they definitely weren’t busy and more staff than customers, drinks arrived after starters. Music choice was a bit odd. So far, a few deductions to the stars. We’d also checked a box when booking confirming this was for a birthday but no acknowledgement. The big minus though is £20.84 service charge on top of a £96.62 bill for food and drink! Yes we knew there was a 12.5% service charge and we used a discount voucher to reduce the overall bill but to add service to bill before discount and still claim it’s 12.5% is dishonest and unacceptable. We wanted to give somewhere different a try but now will be telling anyone who wants to know what a poor choice this restaurant is. Two doors down is Cote Brasserie, better food, better service and priced honestly.

Coin de Paris has been our go to café in Kingston for the last 17 years. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food is great, a good selection of cakes always on offer and the baguettes and salads are always well made and delicious.

Came to get a coffee 30 min before closing time and the two members of staff looked like they couldn't wait to close the shop. Waited long time to be aknowledged, the two members of staff (two man) were busy talking. The coffee was so hot that it was impossible to drink it and it didn't taste as good as usual (probably too hot milk changed the taste). Will not be returning to this shop.

Had such a lovely brunch, was served by james, service 10/10. Thank you for the recomendations, food was amazing, will defo be back and hope james is there to serve us again!!!
