Granier bakery-cafe in Kingston upon Thames

A good bakery to chose for lunch, a good choice of sandwiches, baguettes pies and pasties . A Good service and fairly priced

Was drawn in to this place as the focaccia and pastries in the window looked great. Happily they tasted as good as they looked and as it’s a bakery too we could buy some bread and focaccia to take home. The coffee was also very good, as was the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Good choice of savoury croissants, sandwiches, pizzas, etc and sweet pastries, donuts and others. The best coffee in the area and good prices. Friendly staff.

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat lunch when we came across this small cafe. The display of breads and cakes was the reason we went in and were glad we did. Coffee, cakes, breads and sandwiches for toasting. The coffee was excellent as was the toasted ham and cheese toastie, and almond slice. Very reasonable for 2 coffees, shared toastie and almond slice all for a price of £9:80 in very pleasant surroundings albeit small and friendly staff.

Walking past, my wife and I were instantly impressed with the shop window of bread, pizza and sandwiches. Having never been to pan Granier before, we were impressed. My wife had a focaccia and I an olive pizza slice. The pizza dough was amazing - (light and crusty)and we also bought some custard/coconut donut type dessert. We were so pleased, we will visit again. Highly recommend popping by for a coffee, or getting bread or some brunch!

Frequentiamo Kingson da anni per motivi di famiglia. L'ultima volta che siamo stati là, siamo passati una mattina di fronte a questo locale proprio il giorno dell'inaugurazione. Incuriositi ci siamo fermati per la colazione e, con enorme piacere, abbiamo bevuto il miglior cappuccino mai trovato in Inghilterra, e non esagero. Anche in catene che sostengono di essere italiane abbiamo sempre trovato caffè, e quindi cappuccino assolutamente pessimi e , come si può leggere nelle tante mie recensioni di questi anni, talvolta ho dato punteggi abbastanza buoni (di rado) solo per aver trovato caffè semplicemente bevibili. Quindi ....in questo locale, caffè morbido, dolce, pastoso, cremoso, per niente amaro e bruciato come è normale trovarlo altrove. Ma poi pani accattivanti, prodotti dolciari buonissimi,servizio veloce e gentile,e tanto altro ancora. Ci siamo tornati tutte le altre mattine che siamo stati in loco ed è stata sempre una picevole conferma. Quindi, straordinariamente, do 5 punti, quindi l'eccellenza, con la speranza che continuino così. Ho inserito io sul sito questo locale, proprio perchè volevo segnalare questa eccellenza
