Poor. The restaurant was physically cold on entry. Everyone wearing coats! The staff had no solution for this so I had to explain that the door needed to be shut. Food was under sized and very over priced. Steak was cold. Truffle burger had no truffle taste whatsoever. Tiny fries portion. Waiter took ages even to take a drinks order, and didn't even pour our wine. Ambience ruined by the constant stream of delivery drivers coming in to pick up. Then we were questioned why we had 'only' paid for food and drinks and not the ridiculous automatic 12.5% service charge.

Great staff, food was tasty, birthday celebration, manager kindly gave cake and a shot for myself and dinner guest. Waitress efficient, friendly, and attentive.

My fiance and I had a lovely dinner here. We had delicious espresso martinis, arancini with parmesan and truffle dust on aioli sauce, and buffalo cauliflower bites (with the Roquefort dip). Then we finished with the Steak Canadian and the Steak Truffle Fume burgers. We loved everything, overall it was really delicious and very satisfying. The service was astonishingly good (especially thanks to Laura, who served us). A very enjoyable night, we highly recommend it!

I'd never visited Hachè before the beginning of the year and I've now been 4 times, most recently for a family meal to celebrate my birthday. The food and drink was amazing as always; the Steak Canadien burger is especially a hit with my family and the blueberry and lavender lemonade is my personal favourite. The fries are always perfectly crispy and the steaks are always cooked just how you ask. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful regardless of whether it's busy or quiet and the staff are always very welcoming. A special shout out to Ashley, who made my birthday meal so effortless, she's amazing!

Nice food and steaks. Strange exchange with a waiter - they served the wrong sauce with my steak but rather than apologise or offer to replace (quick apology would have done the trick) he insisted I was wrong and they 'don't make the sauces on site'. And that was that. Not sure I'll go back.

Popped in for an early lunch on Mother's Day and were lucky enough to get a table. Food was excellent and the service was simply perfect. Well done to staff and management alike. You have secured new regulars. Highly recommended.

Ashley was an absolute delight and the food was excellent.

We came here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. The coffee, milkshake and Parisian breakfast were 5*! The food and staff were great! So glad we decided to come here - we will definitely be back for dinner.

We arrived at 7pm on Sunday and the manager asked if we had a reservation. We said no and she turned us away, however the restaurant had about 85% empty tables. When i politely questioned her that there were plenty tables available, she snapped and said they are booked for later! So we walked out somewhat shocked and decided to book online and returned with our reservation 2 minutes later. When she saw us, she was fuming and said no table available, in a very angry tone. We then showed her the reservation and she said we dont have the staff and we cannot take any more reservations. Totally rude, disrespectful and uncompromising. Will never be returning again.

We went to Cote Kingston for brunch today. The food was excellent although the front of house was unsmiling and unwelcoming. Also, the waitress struggled to take our order on her electronic device. Oh for the days of pen and paper ordering and being able to pay in cash!

This restaurant and its team made a birthday dinner for my partner and family so incredibly special. The service and professionalism was of the highest standard 5* in every detail. We celebrated our daughter 2 years old birthday. Although at the time was not very busy, amd the staff could have been too relaxed, Ashley and Vicky were very attentive, professional and they went above and beyond to create the best experience for our daughter. A great start to a Saturday evening, with tasty and amazingly good value cocktails, yummy food (deep fried calamari), in a great lounge atmosphere with the right kind of music played not too loud. And on top of that, cheerful and efficient service provided by Alex A. Haché is a truly cool place!

Went here with my girlfriend last Saturday after not being able to get into other restaurants and I’m so glad we ended up here. She had a chicken burger and I had the Canadian burger and both were incredible. Genuinely the best restaurant burger I’ve had in about five years! The fries are also very good. The service we received from Roberto and then Ashley was the perfect balance of professional and friendly. They were polite, attentive but also great fun, so we managed to have a laugh with them. Ashley in particular was really enjoyable. She even humoured me and brought me some ketchup over without judgement, which is always appreciated by uncultured people like myself. All in all, a brilliant experience and we will be back again very soon! Thanks to the team at Hache!

I visited this restaurant on the 3rd of December. Came it with my family to spend some Time together. Service was fine, not fine tuned like in other restaurants on the themes, but ok. Food was a disaster. Rice with 5 pieces of prawns with astonishing price tag next to it was hardly edible. My kids pasta tasted like make with a tinned tomato’s that has been just heated up. Burger was super bad- dry and with no flavour. In general not great. So many better places along river themes to eat in, this one - avoid. It’s a shame cos location is amazing. I am sure people will be visiting due to that. I miss COW’s burgers- at least they knew how to cook. In a sum up- better to go to Cote -at least it’s consistent

We have eaten here number of times now and visited again before xmas , Found they have changed the menu and reduced the burgers on offer , which is an disappointment as this were come for burgers , they did have a great selection , but not so much now , down to a 2 or 3 for meat and the same for veg/vg ... however the burgers were still good , service was excellent by young Alex who is chatty and friendly .. well done young man ..the rest is what you would expect ..

When we arrived at the restaurant with our very young baby and toddler the staff (particularly the manager) went above and beyond to settle us in - they could not have been more accommodating! We all had the most brilliant time - amazing service, ambiance and food. Highly recommended and very family friendly too.

We visit Côte Kingston regularly and always receive excellent service. The staff is really professional, polite and friendly and the food excellent. The menus are really good value. Today we came for my little one’s birthday and the staff brought his cake and sang to him, which he really enjoys. They deserve 5 stars!

Great service by Ashley - HACHE KT1

Food and service were good despite the fries have no Rosemary on it as ordered. My issue is with Haché Society app and the knowledge of staff about. I’m a regular at Haché and have the app for a couple years and use it often. I was told today I could not claim £10 or £5 from the stamps I had as it is weekend neither I was offered to collected stamps on our bill which was over £50.

Booked in advance for my wife's birthday (1pm on a Friday) and glad we did as it was packed. Wonderful service from our server Niamh who was attentive, charming, and didn't keep us waiting. We went for the 4 courses for £38.95 which included a glass of excellent champagne. The food was superb, bread and olives were pre-starter, calamari was crispy and plenty of it, while crab pate was also delicious. For the mains we both had steak with the best little fries, very well cooked. The sauces are extra though and the steak is an extra £3.50 on top of the set price, so about another £6 if you have the steak. For desert I have the most delicious chocolate mousse, while the better half had a cheese board which she enjoyed. Niamh bought us some ice cream with a biscoff biscuit and a candle, as it was my wife's birthday which was lovely (top tip - combine the mousse with the ice cream!) We were there about 1 1/2 hours . Cannot fault the service or the food. You do get what you pay for and it is worth it.

First time dining at a Haché restaurant didn’t disappoint, perfect place for brunch with a few friends and service was great. Ashley and Co were great hosts and made sure we had a great experience.

This restaurant it’s been unreasonable expensive, for home orders always is missing something, the quality is very poor and very rude staff on the phone. As always, when the restaurant is new and just opened everything is perfect but then is just worst and worst. Don’t recommend, very annoying to call every time and asking for missing items or ingredients.

Went for lunch. It was freezing inside. The eggs were undercooked. The burger was average at best. The chips tasted like old oil. Would not recommend.
