The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Brompton Kensington and Chelsea London

Harrods tea room very disappointing and hugely overpriced. 4 small finger sandwiches, 4 small finger deserts and 2 scones with a pot of tea. When I went to pay I mentioned the lack of sandwiches and was promptly told you should have asked for more. Actually we should have been offered more. Would rather pay Ritz prices

Good Food, Ambience is very nice and the staff is polite and humble.

Excellent coffee, cakes, and sandwiches. Nice little cafe, busy with the locals, must be good. Great service from staff.

fake sushi. this is not japanese Sushi, chinese or US sushi. not worth eating. 昔は寿司職人が握る本格寿司がHarrodsに入っていたのですが、今は中韓が経営する「典型的なFAKE SUSHI店」に変わってしまい残念。食べる価値ゼロ。

Not good quality gelato more of a copy of the actual gelato, staff are rude and can’t serve properly by letting people jump the queue and not even apologise when a customer points it out , bad service bad ice cream I wouldn’t waste my time or money not worth it unfortunately

Carolina is a lovely staff member at the cafè. Food could have more variety, but good quality. Clean, quiet environment, but not much character. All-in-all serves the intended purpose.

Vinimos aquí para mi almuerzo de cumpleaños, así que estaba deseando. Tenía grandes expectativas, pero me quedé abrumado. El personal era muy amable, pero tomó siglos para que tomaran nuestro pedido cuando el restaurante no estaba muy ocupado. Pedimos dos hamburguesas. No nos preguntaron cómo queríamos que se cocinara. Supusimos que como la mayoría de los restaurantes de hamburguesas vendrían bien hechos al menos. Sin embargo estaban crudos y la carne estaba muy roja (foto adjunta). Las patatas estaban frías, sin condimentos en la mesa. Nos quejamos cuando la camarera finalmente vino a preguntar cómo estaba nuestra comida, sin embargo, para entonces solo queríamos irnos. Muy decepcionante. Gordon Ramsey necesitas mejorar tu juego, especialmente en un establecimiento tan alto como Harrods.

Exceptional crepes for breakfast. Discovered at random walking around the neighborhood before going to the museum. Amazing !!

Very bad service. Even though it was not very busy I was kept waiting to be served, and when I was finally served, they were very slow to wrap my order. I paid £26 for 3 small pieces of cake only to find 2 pieces when I got home. One salesgirl took the payment whilst another got the order ready. How is it possible to get such a simple order wrong and why does it take 2 people to see to one customer? Tried calling but went straight through to answerphone all evening. Couldn’t go back the same night to claim my third piece and hope they don’t give me any issues when I go back tomorrow as I chose not to take the receipt. I’m prepared to pay extortionate prices for a nice piece of cake - but in Heaven’s name give me what I paid for. Appalling.

Had a great time being served by Dennis and lovely coffee and eggs 🫶 Lovely quiet surroundings to enjoy before heading into Harrods - recommend!

Fui a desayunar antes de ir al V & A. Un entorno muy agradable y un personal amable. La comida era buena (envoltura y champiñones en tostadas) pero me decepcionó bastante descubrir que cuando pedí no tener el huevo anunciado en mis hongos, me dijeron que estaba bien, pero no pudieron proporcionar un sustituto; ¡aunque podría comprar un 'lado' de salchicha! Vamos gente, no está más allá de las capacidades del hombre ser un poco flexible, especialmente cuando se cargan precios más altos que el promedio: (luego noté que había una selección de té Earl Grey y French Earl Grey, al preguntar la diferencia que me dijeron) "Google it", ¡no es exactamente la respuesta que esperaba ni esperaría de ningún establecimiento de catering!

For many years I used Greenfields where I received consistently outstanding courteous, friendly, and swift service. Now where are they? Food quality was always the highest and prices reasonable but creeping up forced upon them by rapacious landlord happy to cede their territory to the growing French / Belgian community. Was it not Bonaparte who referred to the English as a "nation of shopkeepers"? Is it not ironic, therefore, that where he could not win at Waterloo his descendants could in South Ken....

I took my family here for lunch today (March 2024) and can’t believe the disgusting treatment we received from staff here. We bought lunch and all had food from the cafe except my 9 year old autistic son who has to have his own specially prepared food. The staff member (a middle aged woman with dark hair) came over to our table and asked us to leave because my son was eating a sandwich he had not purchased in the cafe. Considering we had spent £40 already on food and another £30 in the gift shop that day I was horrified we wet being asked to leave by this woman because my autistic son needed to eat. I’ve travelled with my family all over the world and never ever had an issue like this so didn’t expect it here. What a disgrace your staff are. We left the food we’d paid for and got up, walked out and will never return.

As long as you have an eternity to send here you should be golden. The service is there, but cannot really see it, food is a lot faster than expected considering it took 30mins to order and only 20mins to get the food. And if you forget to order something you might as well make peace with the fact you won’t get it. Staff is nice, but for some reason four floor staff and two in the kitchen Chen struggled to serve five tables with 20 people in total and quite a few people waiting to be seated had to leave.
