Good Food, Ambience is very nice and the staff is polite and humble.

Vinimos por un pequeño café viennois que es básicamente un pequeño capuchino con crema batida de buena calidad en la parte superior. Es muy agradable ya que el café en sí es bastante fuerte aunque un solo golpe creo, y la crema es un contraste perfecto dulce ligero.

fake sushi. this is not japanese Sushi, chinese or US sushi. not worth eating. 昔は寿司職人が握る本格寿司がHarrodsに入っていたのですが、今は中韓が経営する「典型的なFAKE SUSHI店」に変わってしまい残念。食べる価値ゼロ。

イギリスらしいカフェはとてもモダンで素晴らしかったです。店内は落ち着いた空間、すばらしい紅茶がいただけ印象がとても良かった

Very professional, good food and good service

Harrods tea room very disappointing and hugely overpriced. 4 small finger sandwiches, 4 small finger deserts and 2 scones with a pot of tea. When I went to pay I mentioned the lack of sandwiches and was promptly told you should have asked for more. Actually we should have been offered more. Would rather pay Ritz prices

No es gelato de buena calidad más de una copia del gelato real, el personal es grosero y no puede servir correctamente dejando que la gente salte la cola y ni siquiera pedir disculpas cuando un cliente lo señala , mal servicio helado malo no perdería mi tiempo o dinero no vale la pena lamentablemente

En el piso 4 dentro de Harrod’s está GRB. Pedí la hamburguesa de 1849, apilada con trozos de Wagyu A 5 beef. ¡Tan tierno y sabroso! Un montón de hongos y cohetes en un bollo brioche lo distingue. El plato incluía papas fritas cubiertas con trufa negra y parmigiana. ¡Derroche!

Fui a desayunar antes de ir al V & A. Un entorno muy agradable y un personal amable. La comida era buena (envoltura y champiñones en tostadas) pero me decepcionó bastante descubrir que cuando pedí no tener el huevo anunciado en mis hongos, me dijeron que estaba bien, pero no pudieron proporcionar un sustituto; ¡aunque podría comprar un 'lado' de salchicha! Vamos gente, no está más allá de las capacidades del hombre ser un poco flexible, especialmente cuando se cargan precios más altos que el promedio: (luego noté que había una selección de té Earl Grey y French Earl Grey, al preguntar la diferencia que me dijeron) "Google it", ¡no es exactamente la respuesta que esperaba ni esperaría de ningún establecimiento de catering!

For many years I used Greenfields where I received consistently outstanding courteous, friendly, and swift service. Now where are they? Food quality was always the highest and prices reasonable but creeping up forced upon them by rapacious landlord happy to cede their territory to the growing French / Belgian community. I took my family here for lunch today (March 2024) and can’t believe the disgusting treatment we received from staff here. We bought lunch and all had food from the cafe except my 9 year old autistic son who has to have his own specially prepared food. The staff member (a middle aged woman with dark hair) came over to our table and asked us to leave because my son was eating a sandwich he had not purchased in the cafe. Considering we had spent £40 already on food and another £30 in the gift shop that day I was horrified we wet being asked to leave by this woman because my autistic son needed to eat. I’ve travelled with my family all over the world and never ever had an issue like this so didn’t expect it here. What a disgrace your staff are. We left the food we’d paid for and got up, walked out and will never return.

Very poor service and disagreeable staff: you wait for ever to be seated, to order, to be served. As a customer, you constantly have to attract the attention of staff to get anything, otherwise such staff will ignore you. The food is good but the portions are minuscule and the prices exorbitant. I will only, if ever, use the members’ room at the V&A for tea, if I really have to, from now on.
