EL&N London in Kensington and Chelsea

Yo y otros 2 de mis amigos queríamos celebrar una ocasión especial en la calle EL&N Lowndes. Queríamos reservar uno de los puestos de flores para un té de la tarde. 3 días antes de nuestra llegada llamé innumerables veces a la sucursal porque tenía algunas preguntas antes de reservar. Nadie contestó el teléfono. Decidí enviar mis preguntas por correo electrónico. Una respuesta vino bastante rápido de Anum, pero no respondió a ninguna de mis preguntas, era como si no leyera mi correo electrónico, simplemente escribió un correo electrónico que no tenía nada que ver con el mío. Respondí y le pedí que respondiera a mis preguntas, pero no he recibido respuesta alguna. El día que llegamos a Londres, fuimos al café con la esperanza de que alguien pudiera responder algunas preguntas, pero nos rechazaron. No está interesado en nuestra costumbre. . No puedo decir lo decepcionados que estábamos. Perdí 3 días solo para que me rechazaran. No recomiendo EL&N café, no están interesados en sus clientes en absoluto. No es de extrañar que hoy en día esté medio vacío, nada como solía ser.

Este es uno de mis cafés favoritos para visitar ya que hay dos mesas que tiene un hermoso interior lleno de flores rosas. Me encanta el té de la tarde y recomendaría venir aquí para hacer algo ya sea para un evento de cumpleaños o Día de la Madre.

La comida, las bebidas y los postres eran absolutamente increíbles, también lo era el servicio, el único problema es que había una hormiga en mi plato.

El servicio fue impactante. ¡El personal no tenía ni idea de qué hacer y estaba por todas partes con pedidos a mesas/clientes equivocados! Hicimos nuestro pedido y esperamos 25 minutos hasta que recibimos nuestra comida y tuvimos que recordar al personal que teníamos 2 x cocas dietéticas pedidas también. Tuvieron la osadía de cobrar un cargo por servicio del 15 % que solicitamos que se eliminara de la factura final. La mala comunicación, el mal servicio y la capacitación en todo el servicio al cliente no vendrían mal

Muy mal servicio. A pesar de que no estaba muy ocupado me hicieron esperar a ser servido, y cuando finalmente me sirvieron, fueron muy lentos para envolver mi pedido. Pagué £ 26 por 3 pequeños trozos de pastel solo para encontrar 2 piezas cuando llegué a casa. Una vendedora tomó el pago mientras que otra preparó el pedido. ¿Cómo es posible equivocarse con un pedido tan simple y por qué se necesitan 2 personas para atender a un cliente? Traté de llamar, pero fui directo a contestar el teléfono toda la noche. No pude volver esa misma noche a reclamar mi tercera pieza y espero que no me den ningún problema cuando vuelva mañana ya que opté por no coger el recibo. Estoy dispuesto a pagar precios extorsivos por un buen pedazo de pastel, pero en nombre del Cielo dame lo que pagué. Espantoso.

Afternoon tea was great. We were taken down stairs to a great booth surrounded by picturesque decor. The food and coffee were great. It was a little shame that my partner couldn't have a lot because she's gluten free (we had that in our booking, which we made well in advance) The price is excellent as well. Afternoon tea for 2, including the service charge was around £50.00

Ms Locardia gave us a 10/10 service. We were first time customers and she made our first time experience very memorable with her charming personality.

terrible service, I never thought I would write a negative review but I was very disappointed. we arrived and were seated, we spent 10 minutes thinking we had to order at the bar but apparently it's table service, it's true that the food and drink was served quickly but the quality was very disappointing. after I received the food, I didn't see the staff again, they weren't asked if we wanted anything else, if everything was okay (salt, pepper, sauces). in the hour we spent there after our food was served, the staff did not appear at all. I had to go and ask for the bill . the table was cleaned when I paid the bill. very disappointed, the coffee shop is nice except for the unprofessional staff (I want to mention that it was not crowded at all) and the quality of the food was very poor , I’m pretty sure it’s just for photo. The manager need to make some serious changes. Start with the personal.

To be honest I just came here for the interior design and the pink theme. It really is instafrienly if you’re doing any content. Staff and coffee/cake wasn’t anything special, barely remember it in fact. I guess this place doesn’t look for return customers as they can survive on tourists and influencers.

If I could I would give this cafe 0 stars. There are serious reasons why which I will delve into within this review. I had visited this cafe expecting a decent standard of bakery selection. I had ordered 1 Oreo cube croissant. The croissant’s initial look was good but when I took my first bite I was struck with not only bitter disappointment but pain to my taste buds. The inside Oreo paste was expired and left a tangy flavour in my mouth. Paying £8 and receiving expired bakery does not suit my idea of visiting a well renowned cafe. If you don’t have money that you would like to burn in such a miserable way. Please, please don’t go to this disgrace of a cafe. Thank you.

This little cafe is perfect if you want to find a good dessert in London! The tarts are so sweet and everything they have to offer is simply beautiful. The setting alone is gorgeous. Everything is so cute and very pink. A very instagrammable restaurant. Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff was so nice. They did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers. I'd say I was an extremely satisfied customer!

Worst service ever! Ask as to pay after bring food. We asked him at 5pm are you closing he told us yes at 11pm. I was eating and he told me I need to clean your table. Horrible avid this place

They are extremely expensive for nothing. I have taken coffee there before and hto chocolate as there are not many coffee shops around,..but they have Increased the price to £6 for a hot chocolate. Just because its located near hotels..I don't think they should be so over priced.

The spot is beautiful for brunch but the chicken burger I ordered was not fresh and was off. The lady who was serving us was a bit stressed and impatient.

Allein beim Vorbeigehen, kann man dieses Schaufenster nicht übersehen. Was da an Köstlichkeiten angeboten wird, ist eine Wucht. Am liebsten würde man vermutlich von jedem eines probieren und am Schluss gäbe es für ein nächstes Mal wiederum mehrere Favoriten. Einfach hineingehen und sich verwöhnen lassen und es geniessen.

I am a Fan of El&N, I visited the harrods branch, but I didn’t want to miss the afternoon tea at the Lowndes street branch. The team is lovely, very helpful. Will definitely visit all the branches slowly slowly.
