Una verdadera bendición – maravillosa comida y servicio excepcional! Después de un par de días difíciles luchando contra la gripe y apenas comiendo, nos topamos con Gail, y se sintió como una verdadera bendición. Estábamos agotados y hambrientos, pero desde el momento en que entramos, la calidez del personal y el aroma acogedor de pan y pasteles recién horneados nos levantaron el ánimo. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa, exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Nuestra sopa era reconfortante y sabrosa, pero lo que verdaderamente nos alegró el día fue la amable señora que nos sorprendió con tres trozos extra de su increíble masa madre. Ese pequeño gesto significó el mundo para nosotros. Gracias xxx

Had a good experience here—service was great, with polite staff who brought the food out quickly. The menu is well-priced, and my small breakfast at £9 felt like decent value. The coffee was good, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the toast, and there were too many beans for my liking. Eggs were just okay, but everything else was solid. Overall, a decent spot for breakfast and worth a visit!

Ah, strange vibes. A woman who seemed to be having a sad day (I get it, it happens to all of us) took photos of cookies and pastries behind the till/counter for at least 40 minutes, rearranging and looking at them sadly. She then moved slowly around the small café taking photos through the windows. The girls behind the till shared secretive smiles and stared into space, until they were bothered by people asking where their food was. They then had more little smiles that were meant to explain something, but you kinda had to just guess the food was just coming when it was coming - which, you know, is chill - but yeah. I bought a quinoa salad with apparently a dressing of balsamic, olive oil, lemon juice and mustard (sounds great). There was no dressing, unfortunately - but I'm sure it would be great with it in. My boyfriend enjoyed his beef/horseradish sandwich though, and the coffees were genuinely really nice!

Stunning coffees and pastry while waiting for train. Friendly staff. All the food available looked amazing. Will return on next London trip.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. The staff at this café were incredibly unprofessional—rude, disinterested, and more focused on chatting among themselves than serving customers. I waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and when I finally was, the attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. The lack of basic customer service is shocking, especially in such a competitive area. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant café experience in N4.

Unique food and great staff. We booked using the Fork 50% discount on the food and to be honest would say the wool be worth full price. Had a selection of 6 small dishes and a carafe of the sustainable white wine which was a Sauvignon Blanc that worked well with the rich and layered flavours of the ‘tapas’ . Stand out dishes being the lamb houmous , calamari and aubergine. with it all coming in at less than 90 for two people. Only slight gripe is a structural one in that the main door opens straight into the open restaurant so on a cold night can be a bit chilly, not sure if the management can do anything about this

Extraño restaurante: sí, su carta evoluciona con las estaciones! ¡Qué raro! ¿Cuántos establecimientos de 3 * han congelado / establecido - en - menús de mármol que no cambian durante el año? ¿No me crees? Tuve un pre-postre de frambuesa en febrero en un restaurante 3 * en Londres dirigido por un famoso chef inglés. Eso sí, en otra, puedo comer guisantes verdes casi todo el año. Aquí no. Probado la mayoría de los nuevos platos y lo que caracteriza a esta cocina es su finura. Es delicado y refinado. Pero no todos los platos me funcionaron. En general, excelente comida, entre los mejores restaurantes de todo Londres. El servicio es excelente: gran sumiller. Aquí es típicamente donde los restaurantes tratan de joder a los clientes. Aquí no. El sumiller trata de encontrar botellas interesantes para usted y no solo empujar los vinos clásicos caros. Y la carta de vinos no es una copia, pega de lo que ves en todas partes. Esta es una situación rara en restaurantes de alta gama. Espero que los contadores no se hagan cargo pronto y destruyan este buen trabajo. Si lo hacen, entonces, se llevarán una razón clave para volver aquí. ¿Alguien de Brooks/Claridges? Sólo para citar un ejemplo. Difícil de elegir entre el almuerzo y la cena como por una vez, la habitación y la iluminación son agradables de cualquier manera (recuerde que está en el 8o piso con una vista sobre Londres). Sirven cafés bien hechos, buenos pasteles y aperitivos y el servicio es excelente. Es solo pequeño, pero esto crea un ambiente agradable. Estuvimos allí hace un par de semanas y Jude Law entró con su esposa. !

Excellent service at the Hampshire Lounge Bar. Magan took very good care of us and made it a very pleasant experience!
