No vi una falta de buen servicio o personal antipático. Estaba lleno de un montón de gente, siempre es una buena señal. Era más agradable sentarse fuera que dentro.

I was very disappointed with this bar. The service was extremely slow we waited for table service for about 20 minutes so I decided to order at the bar. We ordered cocktails and the bar server had to check the ingredients on his phone needless to say the cocktails were not what they should have been. This was our first visit and last visit to Louche. It was a bad experience.

First visit and it's tucked away in a quaint little back street alleyway with a few tables outside. Great selection of wines by the glass and a small choice of cheeses/charcuterie to order as well. We sat outside in mid December with a small heater overhead and it was fine. Staff were a little pushy on the food menu but overall a good experience and will probably go back.

The Lime Cooler and Pink coconut refreshers should be reported to the trades description act. Both were watered down expensive drinks that bore little resemblance to their titles. Seating area was not particularly clean and looking tired.

Looks great on Instagram, but unfortunately not that great in person! The matcha was quite poor quality and absolutely extortionate and the staff weren’t very friendly.

Visiting Mayfair on Friday evening for a Halloween party, we discovered The Footman pub. Truly blown away by the exceptional experience we had. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in 3 guests in fancy dress. The server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on his face. There are lots of great choices on the menu. The fish and chips were a standout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable pub experience.

Música loca y alta, café vibrante, pasteles se veían increíbles, café encantador, personal amable, pero no aceptaban efectivo, lo que es una pena para lo que parece un café progresivo para alienar a los pagadores de efectivo.

Lovely staff and the food is really good. I’m vegetarian and gluten free so find it quite hard to find decent lunch spots in London but this was ideal! Deffo go for the falafel bagel sandwhixh if ur getting a bagel as the plain avo ones you could easily make at home. Also gave us free cookies and smoothie samples so overall very pleased!!!

Such an iconic pub which has retained its character by leaving the decor in situ. Good service and a friendly atmosphere.

First time in this branch Probably it is meant for “take away” only = tinny seating area and regrettably no toilets !! Enjoying my delicious Almond croissant and the very hot café latte ( with some hot milk on the side ) Staff are good

Their grocery store on the lower ground floor is excellent. They have a surprisingly wide variety of produces and other kitchen staples given this central location.

I wanted to commend Rejaul for his outstanding service during my visit yesterday. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. His professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. Thank you, Rejaul, for making our meal memorable!

Shocked at the price. Underwhelmed by the juice. The service was OK, but the push to load up the app was unnecessary. I see no reason to come back.

Terrible servicio, pedí Prosecco/Cava que se servía caliente y plana y no barato cuando me quejé camarera me dio otro a cabo la misma botella que estaba caliente y plana! Le pedí otro de una botella nueva y luego tuvo un berrinche golpeó el vaso nuevo en la barra tan fuerte que se rompió en pedazos. ¡Muchacha encantadora, un mérito para tu bar!
