Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

The Lime Cooler and Pink coconut refreshers should be reported to the trades description act. Both were watered down expensive drinks that bore little resemblance to their titles. Seating area was not particularly clean and looking tired.

Today I dropped in to grab an early evening coffee and was served by the lovely Megan and Niki. My drink was made to the same great standard but what was the best part of my visit was how Niki dealt with an altercation between herself a group of customers. The customers had ordered their drinks and were served, one of the customers became rather rude and said her drink was incorrect, and she would know as it didn’t look as it usually did. Niki said she made the drink according to the specifics of the customer and would be happy to correct any mistakes to the drinks, the customer has already given a drink to her friend who was drinking it, quite contently, and when asked if the other drink was okay or needed changing the customer shouted at Niki and told her to “fix the drink” Niki dealt with the incident very professionally and calmly even though being faced with an intimidating amount of people who were with the customer. Well done Niki and the team at Wardour Street/Brewer Street
