Caffe Nero - Brewer Street in City of London, Westminster

So, on an impromptu visit during lockdown, it took a while for our order to be prepared. Further, whilst the shortbread was passable, the coffee (americano) was very weak and barely drinkable. Next time, I will stick to some of the better coffee venues near by.

No hay hielo en una calurosa tarde a las 5 de la tarde. Sólo un baño y el inodoro estaba roto. Un desastre. Personal inútil.

Vill du vila benen en stund och ta en lätt lunch ska du besöka Vaffe Nero. Det finns många i London. Vi kom till den strax norr om Piccadilly Circus. Servitörerna har tröjor med texten Best coffe outside Milan. Och det stämmer. Ta en panini till kaffet.

No es el más grande de las ramas. Las colas son largas y parece ser porque el personal no puede priorizar los pedidos y tiene un sistema deficiente. Muy lento y aprecio que haya un miembro en formación de esto, es por eso que tienen que esforzarse más. El personal es muy lento y parece que prefiere chatear para trabajar. No hay mucha multitarea en marcha. He visitado sucursales mucho mejores, así que no estoy seguro de lo que está pasando aquí. Odiaría volver a esta rama.

Es una gran opción en el Soho, en la planta baja, puedes tener la oportunidad de usar el sofá (¡si tienes suerte!) Y descansar un poco mientras disfrutas de un café. Personal amigable. ¿Cosa mala? Toilette, 1 no es suficiente

We decided we need a drink after we had just seen "Strictly Ballroom" before heading home by train. Its a small place with table & bar stools upstairs & table & chairs downstairs with a toilet, but sadly dirty, but I cleaned it up before I used it. Only 2 staff upstairs & seem busy when we arrived & left. The cold drinks did the trick. We had a Coconut Iced Latte & Caramel milkshake. We both sat downstairs on the comfy chairs Don't forget to use your reward card. Thank you to Maria M & the guy who made the drinks. Would recommend.

We walked into the Caffe Nero after Dinner and wanted to drink a coffee before heading back into the Hotel. As we wanted to order 2 coffees, the "Barista" behind the Counter answered that he will only be open for another 30minutes. So if you don't want customers to enter your shop - don't open it!!

A small Nero, pleasant staff. Downstairs there are a few tables and soft chairs. It can get quite packed and when busy not always able to be cleaned so well. There is one toilet which is small but when kept tidy useful. It's nice having somewhere to work but it could not with brightening up and a deep clean!

Received a boiling hot cup of tea filled to the brim which was handed to me with a breaking lid which proceeded to spill all over my hands when I was removing the teabag complained to the staff member and she didn't say anything finished serving the customer then replaced the lid without so much of an apology or refund. Worst customer service experience ever. Highly upset as this was on my break from work when I wanted to relax but ended up throwing the tea and not enjoying the rest of my break at all!

Arrived to dirty tables, full of dirty cups, saucers, used napkins, when asked a member of staff for a cloth, to clean the table , i was told we are shutting soon , this was 6.20pm. To sum my experience up, poor service, unclean,unfriendly staff , and to busy.

Simple, clean, homely... I think every main street in London, has a Caffe Nero ! Very convenient , pleasant stop when in a hurry..

カフェネロはとても安く雰囲気がよいカフェです。人気なので、時々混んでる時もありますが、おいしいコーヒーが飲めます。

Expresso is good. Staff is friendly. Good place near Picadilly to take a break with a muffin or a carrot cake.

Another good Caffe Nero with friendly staff and good Ambiance. Loo downstairs where there is extra seating.

Popped in for a break on a busy Saturday. The place was obviously quite crowded given its location and the weekday, but even with that taken into account we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The staff's attitude wasn't as nice as you'd expect either.

wat een fijne keten is Caffe Nero! Heerlijke cappucino en latte machiato maar ook de Chai tea is een aanrader!

Esta rama se encuentra a pocas puertas de distancia de una de las oficinas de trabajo en periódicamente y yo parado en el camino al trabajo para tomar un café para llevar y de avena.

very nice staff and secluded location for a peaceful break out of a frantic shopping session in regent street.

All coffee shop chain are rubbish!! Quality of coffee is very ordinary and nothing special. Popped in as emergency coffee but I have wasted my money here. Will never have any coffee in places like this again.

I have often popped in here en-route to an evening event. The staff often appear to be uninterested in customers. Given I go in early evening there is often only one person in the queue in front of me or sometimes no one, but I find the staff slow and in need of prompting to give me my panini. They don't communicate with you either whilst they stand around, not like in other branches. I cannot fault the panini and cakes which are always good. The cappuccino making skills do need improving though, perhaps they could be re-trained in other branches.I always have take out from here, but wouldn't want to sit in if I did have the time. The décor does need brightening up as it is very dark in this branch and uninviting. Even a brighter light bulb would help.All in all if you want to have a drink and something to eat sitting down then don't go here. Or if you are in a hurry. If you have the time to be able to prompt the staff to get your order completed then you could take a chance to pop in en-route to wherever you are going. I wouldn't go in with small children or a pram/pushchair as there is no room, and steps for them to fall over on.

Muy buen café con muchas opciones y buena panadería. Está por todos lados en Londres. Mi favorito es el de Uxbridge. Recomendado el comlombiano

ottimo servizio gentile e curato, ma i prodotti di questo cafe sono estremamente nella media, niente di che insomma.

The staff must hate working here because they didn't smile at us or any guests coming in to the cafe on the day we were there. I used the (single) toilet in the basement and it was absolutely disgusting. This wasn't a 'just not looked at today' problem but grime built up over a period of time.the coffee wasn't great - not very hot - and all in all this is one cafe that I will be avoiding.

I used this shop every day for four years. I cannot remember last time I have walked trought and the staff ask me for my selection. I always feld as I was on my local Italian Bar. Superb staff and fantastic location
