Rude customer service. Turned up to the counter to have the cashier oblivious to waiting customers as he was preoccupied with his phone. I asked him to change one of the doughnuts and he huffed and puffed. Made to feel like a nuisance.

I frequently shop at the Liverpool Street Station branch and they have a wonderful selection. I have just one moan about this company and it drives me nuts - for some reason their labels do not name the cheese. Many times I've bought something wonderful home and been asked what it is and can't for the life of me remember. Surely it's no great technical feat to print out the name of the cheese on the label or receipt?

Grubby and filthy smelly toilet only one in use

Delicious food (fantastic fish and chips) and drinks, welcome atmosphere and excellent service. Flora provided us with way more than the standard service. She was interested, talkative, and lovely, and she encouraged my daughters to talk in English. :) We visited the pub twice, and both were super nice. We'll definitely come back next time we visit London. If you want to try delicious fish and chips and feel the atmosphere of a traditional British Pub, The Queens Arms is a very good choice. Enjoy!

My friend and I visited this Starbucks at 7:30 AM on New Year's Day before a very-long bus tour. I ordered a croissant and they offered to heat it for me, and our drinks were perfect. This was the best Starbucks experience I've had in a long time. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Be sure to stop in!

Great local pub in Pimlico. It gets busy. Good fish & chips. Excellent Sunday roast upstairs.

Highly recommeded this place for coffee/tea and salty snacks. We took quiches and they were fresh and very tasty. The decoration of the place was cosy.

Lunch Experience at Wetherspoons I suggested to my sister and cousin from the States to have lunch at Wetherspoons due to my previous positive experiences there. I ordered sausage, beans, and chips, while my sister chose boneless chicken bites, and my cousin went for a Mediterranean salad. We placed our order at the bar, which included glasses of juice with all three meals. Shortly after, a bar staff member came to our table with one glass of orange juice, and another glass of orange and lemonade, claiming that we had left them at the bar. When my sister pointed out that he was one orange juice short and that she and her cousin didn’t want ice in their drinks, he insisted there were only two drinks on the order and that we should have mentioned our preference regarding ice at the time of ordering. Despite this, he said he would check the receipt to confirm if all orders included a drink. He returned with the third glass of orange juice and placed it on the table. Unfortunately, this staff member’s attitude put a damper on what had been a wonderful day. It was my cousin’s first trip to the UK, and this experience did not reflect well on British hospitality. If it weren't for this staff member's demeanor, I would have given a 5-star rating, as I enjoyed my lunch and had good interactions with the other staff.

Desperate for a warm drink after a charity walk through London. My friend and I had spent 8 hours walking 30 miles. We were cold, exhausted and in need of warmth. This unit was grubby, at best. The staff entirely lacklustre, no sense of urgency or anything remotely resembling customer service. In fact it felt our order (at 6:45pm?) was a huge inconvenience to them. No eye contact, no engagement, our drinks were just plonked in front of us, without a word uttered. Our hot drinks were OK, nothing remarkable but the sweet warmth was very welcome

Unsure why the reviews are so bad, I think the coffee is great, the pastries are some of the best and the staff seemed very friendly. It was also very busy when I was in the shop.

We were disappointed by the coffee and food offering at the nearby Tate so were pleased to chance upon this cafe not far away. We enjoyed a very nice coffee. The sandwiches looked very good but we didn't try them this time. We would definitely return.

This is my first review on tripadvisor, and well needed as the service is atrocious. I ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks ago, choosing a delivery slot of 8-12. While on the school run, I receive a 15min warning that the delivery will be attempted. We of course cannot make our way back so quickly and end up missing the driver. Now I have paid for the cake and have a zoom birthday planned, but no cake. Thank you Cutter and Squidge for ruining my husband’s birthday. DO NOT ORDER!
