Muy lento. Pasas horas viendo a clientes frustrados mirando a uno de los dos monitores. Entonces tienes que soportar la prueba de pasar por ello tú mismo. Si auditas el tiempo que tarda un paseo promedio en pedir dos cafés y dos pasteles en comparación con el tiempo que tarda un miembro del personal en hacerlo, estoy seguro de que te darás cuenta de por qué está vacío aquí. Pobre.

Servicio extremadamente pobre, después de pedir casi 10 minutos antes de que nos dieron nuestro café... Y no era tan ocupado, también la gente recibiendo sus órdenes antes que nosotros que llegaron más tarde que nosotros

Visitó la cafetería Victoria el 28 de junio. El personal es el más desagradable que he experimentado. Al llegar dije “buenos días” y me encontré con silencio (no hay otros clientes en la tienda). Cuando pedí un café con leche de avena, el hombre del personal señaló a la mujer del personal. La funcionaria no hizo contacto visual ni me habló ni una sola vez, ni siquiera cuando tuvo que pagar. Mi café se puso a un lado cuando estaba listo y ni siquiera fue informado. El café en sí era tibio en el mejor de los casos y no vale más de £ 4. Me comuniqué y envié un correo electrónico a la administración ya que esta no es la primera vez que he tenido un servicio terrible de esta tienda, pero recibí el mismo nivel de respuesta y ni siquiera una disculpa emitida. Solo puedo pensar que el mal servicio al cliente viene directamente desde arriba. Nunca más volveré y malgastaré mi dinero.

Las primeras impresiones fueron que es un bar de café de moda tipo "hipster" y práctico para la estación de autobuses. El personal era encantador, pero no hay señalización clara en cuanto a cómo pedir solo un menú electrónico aleatorio en el medio. El sándwich de tocino apenas tenía tocino, pero los pasteles eran enormes. Batidos agradables pero por £ 20 para 2 batidos más pequeños un sándwich y un croissant esperábamos más. Además nadie limpia y limpia mesas. Espero que funcione para los muchachos, ya que se apresuraron a salir de sus pies y hacer lo mejor que pudieron

Expected more from a new kid on the block. Prices are expensive. Expected to use self service rather than pay at counter. Seating seemed random. Not an experience for families. Staff are rude.

Embarrassingly poor service. I visited black sheep cafe in Chelmsford for the first time with my friend on the weekend. We checked online opening times for Sunday and it stated open untill 20:00. It was just before 6pm when we arrived and I paid for a Pistachio latte £4.59 using one of the kiosks. Payment was accepted. At the counter the barista or manager was very blunt saying we are closing and said nothing else. I was left to say …”but I have already paid for my coffee.” He then said we will refund your card. I have since been charged on my account with no refund pending. As a coffee house supposedly selling “speciality” coffee at higher prices than Costa- I would expect better service. They should not be accepting payment if they cannot provide a service. The payment kiosks should be closed before they stop making coffee. Anyway I have contacted them and heard nothing in response so far. Unacceptable experience and I will be pursuing further action. AVOID!!

Trendy coffee shop in the middle of Windsor main shopping street. Great hot chocolate. Would recommend rather than the large national chains.

Excellent coffee, hot chocolate and toasties. First class service, dog friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. Toilet facilities, ample seating. A great customer experience whilst exploring London. Well done Black Sheep. Keep up the good work.

The only thing that made up for today’s fiasco is that the shop has air conditioning Why insist on self service when it is not updated and the two things we ordered were out of stock No refund just find something else to order Anyway black sheep is my favourite coffee place so we will let this one slide

One of the best cups of coffee ever - mellow, hot and delicious. Hubby had a waffle as well which he enjoyed. Left early as train strike so had plenty of time waiting to catch a bus for a day tour to Bath and Stonehenge. This cafe is opposite Victoria coach station and lovely spot to spend a half hour. Thanks Emily, Ben and Zak!

Luke warm coffee, improperly mixed drinks and random raisin found in a sausage sandwich? Avoid at all costs, better off going to the Starbucks in the train station.

Bought three coffees and sat outside for around half an hour. Before we left we asked if we could have some hot water to make my babies milk but was told that they couldn’t give it to us for health and safety reasons. I was however told that I could buy a cup of tea and not put the tea bag in for £3. The woman was quite dismissive about it as well. Didn’t catch her name but she was quite chubby with straight parted hair. I think this a huge shame.

It was ok for a quick bite - the cheese toastie was quite nice and so too was the coffee. However, probably an error on my part in getting the smoked salmon and cream cheese toasted which was not nice at all!

Have used this place regularly for the last year or so as a client has offices close by - the coffee was ok and they serve those lovely Portuguese custard tarts. But yesterday was the last time - coffee was scalding hot and burnt, and custard tart likewise. I mentioned this to the team on my way out - politely and not asking for a refund, just that the custard in particular was dangerously hot - and was completely blanked by one and sneered and muttered at by the other. There are other places to go, so will from now on.

Siamo una famiglia italiana in vacanza e siamo venuti qui per fare colazione. Ben oltre le nostre aspettative, cibo molto buono e ci sono scelte per i vegani, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Expensive coffee which is bitter and tastes like stewed American coffee which is not nice. The pla ce which used to be very cosy when it was Nero is now very cold and the staff say heating is kaput and owners wo nt fix it. I am never coming back Pret opposite in the coach station is MUCH BETTER a more rounded coffee organic milk and warmer!!!

This place is like a hidden heaven. It’s situated right outside the coach station and just what is needed after a long journey. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and their ability to make an amazing coffee is something to be marvelled. I never new the difference between a good coffee and a great coffee until I came here - definitely my new favourite.

After passing the Black Sheep Coffee shop many times it was only recently that I decided to go in to try a drink. Now I'm not a coffee connoisseur or even much of a coffee nerd, but I do get through a few cups a day. Usually these are home brewed or, if out and about, one of the 'big chains'. I have been to a few coffee places in London that have been labelled some of the best in town and had coffee so bad I threw it away (Monmouth Coffee Borough Market comes to mind for this) so am weary of any food/drink place with lots of raving reviews. Black Sheep Coffee is 360 degrees away from these bad experiences, and they do, 110%, provide a product that justifies the rave reviews. The flat white I got from Black Sheep Coffee blew any other flat white (or any other coffee for that matter) from any of these other coffee places completely away. Very smooth, very tasty, strong but not overpowering and well priced. What more could you ask for in a coffee? The lady who was serving was really nice as well. I'm already planning to go back soon, I have my eye on the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The food looks tasty as well. 5/5 stars.

Super coffee and tea. Reasonably priced. Comfortable and welcoming. In my opinion much better than the busy eateries in the coach station

We had a small decaf americano with hot milk which was very nice with quite a delicate flavour. There are a couple of tables outside if you don't mind the traffic.

When this place is right next to Victoria coach station, there’s no excuse for going to Pret! Seriously though, do always support the independent coffee houses :) great matcha latte, excellent service, prices about average, cool artwork inside.

This is a comfortable place to sit and enjoy some very nice coffee. The only problem was that the service was so so slow. I’m not sure if I just hit a bad time but it took ages to get my first cup of coffee...

Nice coffee but staff are rude and not helpful, you will get lucky if you get a smile from a staff member, Tuesday the 23rd early morning in Victoria, I asked a staff member if they have any sugar, the answer was loud NO use...

This coffee shop is very conveniently located for Victoria tube station and we hadn't noticed it before. They didn't have a Cortado on the menu but they did me one which was excellent.

There are a number Black Sheep coffee around London now and it is quite nice coffee and you can select you beans to suit your palate. I would recommend trying if you are nearby. They of course have tea and hot chocolate available as well...
