Cheap and cheerful place that’s packed alway so don’t expect to be treated like royalty! Staff are just way to busy and only time you will see them is if you got to the bar or they are bringing the food over . We left and empty plates still hadn’t been collected Food was ok , nothing special, the bacon used for my salad was not nice and tasteless Due to the location and amount of people inside this place it was very messy

I use this ‘spoon regularly for a meeting point with friends. I’ve always found the service good and the atmosphere very pleasant. We tend to sit outside other than when it is very cold as these areas are covered. Unfortunately the kitchen is small which limits the food quality. I left my glass in there yesterday and I phoned and the member of staff was most helpful and when I picked them up they were labeled with the table number and date of me leaving them. I highly recommended this pub as a place to relax while waiting for your train or as a convenient place to meet friends.

The breakfast food is passable...it's edible but tasteless even for the price. However, nice to have unlimited hot drinks (which are quality this time) and sauces available

I much prefer the Willow Walk just outside the station but still a reasonable Spoons. Casta and Madge keeping watch on the departure board. About 50p a pint station premium over said Willow Walk. Had an Oakham Jeffrey Hudson bitter at 3.8% £4.79 but used 50p off CAMRA voucher. Excellent. A Cask Marque pub. Bigger than I remember. Balconies either side give great concourse views. 5 real ales. Escalators take you up above the throng.

Uncooked pizzas, terrible service and didn't refund me due to miscommunication and I guess they think I was happy to pay for an uncooked pizza that was sent back after a bite. Was only offered an 8" replacement after the 11" I ordered was almost completely raw. Ultimately only refunded 9.30 even though they couldn't serve a cooked 11" pizza. Asked for drinks instead and the manager said that won't be convenient for him

A lovely quiet morning arrived very early in London and of course first order of the day, tackle a spoons breakfast. On point and as expected and still reasonably well priced. Unlimited lavazza coffee refills, sausage egg tomatoes mushroom beans mountain of toast - all under £12. Sercice zippy, atmosphere nice relaxing and quiet. I'd you're stuck in Victoria Station there's not many better options.

My recent visit to this place wasn't the most pleasant one I have had within the franchise, and believe me that I visit one every other week. Let's start with what concerned me the most, and it is that they have a CCTV inside the toilet. For someone who has a reasonable expectation of privacy, I just hope they have a justification for installing a CCTV inside that room. Secondly, the quality of the food served to us last night not only wasn't fresh enough, but the veggie was tired, the pasta was plain and boring, the pizza was burned, super suit, and the mushrooms were raw. Last and most important, I noticed a female staff looking at a southeastern asian colleague in a very despective, arrogant, and not very friendly way. I am not sure if that was a real situation, but it got me very upset seeing her body language towards him. I'll think it twice before choosing to grab another drink or bite there.

Tasty, quick breakfast at a good price

Lunch Experience at Wetherspoons I suggested to my sister and cousin from the States to have lunch at Wetherspoons due to my previous positive experiences there. I ordered sausage, beans, and chips, while my sister chose boneless chicken bites, and my cousin went for a Mediterranean salad. We placed our order at the bar, which included glasses of juice with all three meals. Shortly after, a bar staff member came to our table with one glass of orange juice, and another glass of orange and lemonade, claiming that we had left them at the bar. When my sister pointed out that he was one orange juice short and that she and her cousin didn’t want ice in their drinks, he insisted there were only two drinks on the order and that we should have mentioned our preference regarding ice at the time of ordering. Despite this, he said he would check the receipt to confirm if all orders included a drink. He returned with the third glass of orange juice and placed it on the table. Unfortunately, this staff member’s attitude put a damper on what had been a wonderful day. It was my cousin’s first trip to the UK, and this experience did not reflect well on British hospitality. If it weren't for this staff member's demeanor, I would have given a 5-star rating, as I enjoyed my lunch and had good interactions with the other staff.

We were ready for breakfast after our overnight coach journey from Newcastle. Couple of minutes from coach station. Friendly staff, everything clean and great food and drink- plenty of coffee!!!

if you could give 0 stars or even less to this pub I would do it, a shame the only wetherspoon where I happened not to be able to enter with a kitten inside the pub, despite having it in the carrier and despite it is the first time that I happen that they do not let me in for such a thing, and I also asked where you could read that a kitten in a transport can not enter, chased out without even the possibility of sitting outside, shameful

Great food, low prices and cheap beer!!! Even when the place is on a station, it has lovely atmosphere. You also have a board of when do trains departure. I suggest visiting westherspoon not only here but anywhere across the UK, especially when you are a tourist.

Considering the pub was rammed with football fans and St Patrick's day crowds, the staff didn't lose their customer service skills or smiles! Every member of staff was constantly on the go, and although service was slower than usual - not surprisingly with how busy it was - the food was great! Shout out to the staff who worked on 16/3, you smashed it 💪🏼

If I could give zero stars, I would! For a pub in a major train station with seating outside, they wouldn't even allow us to have a drink in the deserted outside seating area with our dog! Poor show as every other pub we have been to in London has been delighted to seat us. Won't be coming here with or without our doggo!

It's a great chain of pubs in the country. Always when you get delayed trains or something goes wrong, a pint will solve everything!! They renew the place and it looks great, the staff are very friendly! 🙂

You wouldn't believe you were in a railway station after you've entered, great food and for a London station the prices for drinks and food is the same as the high streets, absolutely spot on

Questionable if your cutlery has been cleaned properly. Been here on numerous occasions and many of them I've had dirty cutlery given to me with bits of food still on them. Sent them back and sometimes it takes several attempts before I get a clean set. Also had lipstick on a few of the cups given to me too. Not good wetherspoons need to up your hygiene.

Appatently, the staff recognise male customers only as I not been served at all, but all three men who arrived after me. I might grown taller or less woman.

I had the chicken masala and it was average. However the nan bread was like rubber and the popadoms were stale. Pretty pricey considering the poor quality!

Was there today, food was ok and place looks clean but the guy at the bar was not friendly and accommodating as he should be. No politeness nor any pleasantries. Not even a please. He just said I need a table number. Not even a smile or thank you after I ordered. He needs more training on customer services.

Got there, ordered my food. Which was just a bowl of chips. Waited a total of 40 mins and then went to the kitchen for them to then chuck some into a bowl and hand it over. Chips were Luke warm, near enough cardboard and some even burnt... crazy.

We had a decent evening until the "manager" got his teeth into making sure our party had physical ID after 9pm. He singled out one lady in particular, who unfortunately had no physical ID but did on her phone, which didn't count. She was pushing 30 but whatever. When i asked that the official under 21 policy didn't apply as the manager thought she was under 25 (Managers discretion, even though none of this was on display) reeked of bullying & clearly had a problem with the individual. Totally unprofessional & disrespectful. We we were just about to order £50+ of food for dinner but the manager's discretion meant we had to leave the premises based on his opinion. I truly hope the hierarchy at Wetherspoons looks upon this with the greatest importance as the manager is clearly incapable of running such a fine establishment.

Not even the chips taste good... Almost £5 for a chisp full of oil and burn

Bar staff are friendly, but the food is terrible and the pricing is even worse. Some items being double what they cost in other spoons. Talked to the staff and was told I wasn't allowed a partial refund on the chips, and that the reason the food was terrible was because they had no access to gas.

What a fantastic gaff ! Quick service a nice pint and food top notch.

Food was measly almost a child's portion. Menu is limited. Ended up with ham egg and chips. Ham was so thin you could see the blue of the plate through it. Eggs were overcooked and so was the chips. Very disappointed. If you need to kill time waiting for a train. Have a beer. Sweet. If your hungry.. find somewhere else..

I was actually pleasantly surprised at how quiet and clean this Wetherspoons was. We went early on the weekend and there was barely anyone, it was peaceful, it was tidy and the staff was very nice and friendly. I ordered my veggie breakfast, it came quickly and there's nothing much to say about the food, it was the usual Wetherspoon quality but it was what I needed that day.

The space is too crowded for my taste - to sit just inches from someone I dont know and to dine with him - BIG NO NO. Ordering system - DISASTER!! It looks easy, scan QR code on the tabel, order and pay but: half of the items are not available. Waiters are not taking orders at all… if you vannot order via app, you need to order at the bar. And at the end, carry your own drink to your table. Talking about waiters - I guess they are just taking things off of tables, what cleaning is they have no idea….

wetherspoons is always a nice and cheap place to go for food & drinks , had a nice time with my friend - we both really enjoyed our food. service was nice and the place was kept clean ! would definitely recommend the new korean BBQ chicken :)

Unfortunately, this is not a place I'd recommend going. The food was very bad, the worst I've had at a spoons. The beer selection wasn't great but more importantly the beer itself was not good, tasting off. The manager was unnecessarily rude, but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is another spoons very close to Victoria station that I would highly recommend going to instead.

I ordered a burger with a friend. Serving staff gives my friend my burger by mistake even tho they said my friends order. 10 minutes later they bring out another order i say its wrong they get lippy with me. Manager comes along and says your mate was given your burger and not my problem get the difference from him. He also threatened to chuck us out because we stood up for our rights to get what we paid for. Avoid

Ask for your Ice in a separate glass. I ordered a pint of orange juice took out the ice and it was half a pint.

Nice food, every interaction I personally had was fine, however unfortunately one of the senior staff members decided to have a go and shout at a young employee and then go and talk about her behind her back to other staff members. Was nothing short of bullying and public humiliation. Unbelievable.

What an disappointment at this place I understand that leaving your bike at the fire exit door is a no but the staff where completely rude about it there was no need for it and if this Richard bloke is reading this you should be very disappointed in yourself very rude staff and clearly not trained oh well maybe a another Weatherspoons will be a bit nicer

Easy to find and really nice inside. Great place to meet up with friends and family. Drinks were inexpensive for the area. Would definitely visit again.

Everything out of stock pretty much and staff that don’t even acknowledge you. Worse spoons I’ve been to. (Coming from an ex spoons worker)

Order via QR code at the table, then waited 45 minutes. I was ignored by the service staff and when I managed to make myself noticed, I had to prove my order (show confirmation email). Very unfriendly.

Had an unpleasant experience with a homeless gentleman who decided to help himself to my partner's drink. After raising the issue with the staff, both Justin and Ryan where amazing and came to help no questions asked. I believe the management lady also helped out. I can safely say the staff are lovely I found the place clean and well kept. Thank you for helping us :)

Located inside Victoria Train station it's ok for a drink and something to eat before catching a train. Prices are reasonable

Had a homeless man run up and steal my beer and the staff handled it beautifully by escorting him off the property and de-escalating in a very professional manner. Homeless individual was deffinatey a downer but the service and staffs professionalism made up for it ten fold. Big props to Justin and Ryan and the manager at the time of 29/09/24 @ 22:30

Great price/performance ratio! We really enjoy eating here. There are curries, burgers, pizza and and and. You can order online at the table or directly at the counter. The special offers are awesome! We had Chikka Tikka Masala with rice and naan bread and 1 included Coke

As soon as we came in, we were waiting to be approached and to be seated by someone. 2 ladies were by the counter standing still, looked at us and carried on chatting and just ignoring us. We waited for a bit and moved to the other room to speak to someone, there was another guy staff member who was tidying the hot drinks area and again, looked at us and walked off. Again being ignored ! Inside this place there were 4 people in total as customers so is not like it was super busy to act like that ! We decided ok let's get a table and do all by ourselves, so scanned qr code and placed order. Thought we might have to go to the kitchen and get our plates ourselves too probably considering how it all started. Food arrived, absolutely terrible. Bacon super old and eggs over cooked and everything taste horribly. Out all the english breakfast I've ever eaten this was the worse one I've ever got. Will never come back to this place and clearly service goes along with the food, so not surprised at all. If it wasn't that we just came back from a long trip and long flight, we wouldn't definetely remain in such a place, we just wanted to eat something as soon as possible and starving too. that's why we decided to stay anyway otherwise we would run to another place. If they don't want you there how they showed you, you better go :)

Worst wetherspoon pizza I've had, and I've tried alot..... around the country...... and now I'm questioning my life choices.

Nice to see a Wetherspoon keeping its tradition of a dirty, untidy, table littered, abrupt service and generally unkept pub alive. Want to experience all this and re-live what made Wetherspoon a household name for grubby run down pubs, look no further. Most Wetherspoons have improved, this one is in tradition and history, all for the wrong reasons.

A pleasant surprise on a trip to London. In the city center for 2 people £23.57. Decent selection of homemade food, fast service, enough types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It was a Saturday night, so the place was full and a little noisier, but like a classic pub. You order from the table in front of the QR code, you pay straight away, you have a drink in 5-10 minutes and food in another 10 minutes. I can definitely recommend it, great price/performance balance

For a spoons, most if not all of the vegetarian options are unavailable which, given that it's such a busy and prime location for a mix of people is appalling. On top of that some of the best drinks are also out of stock. A high traffic location should have better management of their drink and food levels with the best, THE BEST dish of chicken wings not even being available as an option let alone in stock. Final point is that the food portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gotten higher. Which happens everywhere now but still. Also compared to other spoons locations the chips were burnt and not on any level of good with a large portion of them being left from tasting like coal. There's also like 2 desserts which is disgusting given that other locations have so much more. There is such a higher expectation from a central wetherspoons of a prime location.

Have visited a number of spoons in the past and this rates along with Gatwick as the worst rude staff dirty tables .and service was shocking even though it was quite,plenty of other pubs close so avoid

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE FOOD MADE MY PARTNER AND I ILL Probably the worst Spoons in the Country. It only got one star as I didn't have an option to rate it lower. The diabolical experience started almost immediately and I would have walked out if My partner and I didn't need to get food as we had an hour before a 4hr coach trip. We walked in and approached the bar which had 3 people at it. The bar staff served them and then proceeded to serve people who had come in after us as they happened to be in front of him. When we tried to attract the staffs attention and explain that we were first, we were met with looks of contempt and then apathy. Once the food was ordered it was bought out and was frankly disgusting. It made McDonald's look like a Michelin Restaurant. I ordered a double cheeseburger and chips and my partner a jacket potato. The burger was dry as was the Bun and as for the chips they were cold and rock hard (as if they had been precooked then Microwaved). The jacket potato had a nasty after taste, the salad was wilted and the garlic sauce was split. When I went to leave feedback, I was told it was because they were short staffed in the kitchen.

Yet another Wetherspoons I've previously visited but not reviewed. A fair sized branch situated on a menazene level within Victoria Station concourse. This branch appears to have been expanded substantially since my last visit. With more seating now available in the pub. Seating also exists on the balcony on both sides of the pub, overlooking the station concourse areas. On this occasion I ordered a Sticky Korean Fried Chicken Bowl, plus a pint of Ramsgate Dark Conspiracy Beer. The chicken bowl is essentially a boneless basket with spicy sauce added. Total cost was £12.11. (The price of this item, in my local branch is £10.02. So this is a reasonable uplift in price for Central London). The prices are the same as the nearby Willow Walk pub, just outside Victoria Station, in which both are slightly more expensive than other central London Wetherspoons branches. Despite this, Wetherspoons still offers good value for money compared to other pubs in the nearby area. Food and drink both arrived in about six minutes after ordering. There were no issues with either fhe food, or pint when it arrived. Worth a visit if you are passing through Victoria Station and require reasonably priced food and drink.

Unprofessional! I have visited this restaurant today for breakfast just after work 6:20 am. There were nobody at the bar expect delivery people around. Eventually I was greeted by a male staff member who did not seemed to be too happy to see me. Oh well it ok. I tried to place an order of Eggs Bendict and asked if I could get eggs well done and the answer I got was a full lecture why they can not as its come already made this way. I mean I am not asking much and I am sure there is an option of the way you prefer your breakfast eggs done. Purely rude. I left . Thanks
