Netter Pub mit gutem Essen. Der Beef Burger war sehr lecker. Preis Leistung stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir sind ohne Reservierung hingegangen und hatten Glück einen Tisch mitten im Trubel zu bekommen. Gerne wieder.

Visited as research revealed they served GF beer on tap, and they did. 2 very decent IPAs which unfortunately were very similar, but still great to see and obviously no problems if one runs out. Inside decor and ambiance was nice but we sat outside and watched part of London the tourists don’t see. Would quite happily return.

Top quality service from the staff, efficient, attentive and on point. Sadly the pork roasts for me and my friends were slightly over done which was disappointing but everything else was great.

My wife and myself paid our first visit earlier today to the Queens Arms in Pimlico/Victoria - 10 minute walk from Victoria Station. We were there on the recommendation of my brother to have lunch with some old friends visiting from Thailand. Amazingly enough our friends had lunched there with other friends the previous week and had clearly been very happy with their previous visit! As the upstairs Dining Room was not operating, I had booked a nice corner table downstairs which worked very well for the four of us to have a good catch up. Service was most user-friendly from start to finish and I much enjoyed my Chicken Liver Pate followed by Fish & Chips. All in all, a most enjoyable lunch and one we hope to repeat in the not too distant future.

Pub with very good food, good beer and good service

Great food, very allergy aware and lots of Gluten Free options (Coeliac UK accredited) The staff were friendly and helpful, it was quite busy when I went, so not as fast service as it could have been, but it wasn't slow either. They could do with having a second waiter on at peak times. Definitely recommend a visit.

Great spot for lunch. You can make a meal with a few of their delicious starters. Excellent cocktails…(loved the chocolate espresso martini.)

We ordered the fish and chips and schnitzel. Both were good but there was a bit too much breading on the fish and the schnitzel while good was not a schnitzel in the traditional sense. The highlight of the meal was the sticky toffee pudding. It was divine. Most everything on the menu was gluten free including the pudding. We enjoyed the meal and the ambiance of the restaurant.

Came on a busy and loud night (my fault), and all tables were reserved already. Recommend to reserve one if you go. One staff member blew me off, but another made up for him. Ordered gluten-free fish & chips. Delicious! Great batter/fish ratio and perfectly crispy. Thick chips with mushy peas were also good.

Nice place to have something to eat before the journey home. It was busy but they still found a spot for me. Good meal with a nice glass of wine.

I loved the pub. All tables were reserved, but I was allowed to sit at the bar. Took fish and chips and a glass of great stout. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cheerful team & decent decor. Watch out for the wobbly tall dining table. Quite expensive for what you get but the food is going in the right direction. Just needs a few tweaks to move up a notch. My lamb pie looked the business - however the pastry was flavourless and detracted from the well cooker lamb (hard to tell if it was lamb or not). Potatoes needed seasoning. The cabbage was good - bit more was needed and again…butter & pepper?? The gravy was the biggest let down - commercial gloopy hot brown sauce without any body. Pity. Hefty enough bill for a lunch visit. I’d go back for the buzz of the place.

Unfortunately, when we entered the pub we were not informed that it was about to close. So we ordered our drinks and were rudely thrown out shortly afterwards. Within a few minutes we were informed several times that the pub was now closing. The lights were then immediately turned on, the music was turned off and we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not recommended!

Came here by chance while looking for a place to eat. Welcoming and friendly place. Like the staff. Very good food even if the service is rather long. Don't forget that in the UK tips are added at the end of the final payment. And if it's more than 12%. Which is a little expensive.

Go for all the gluten free options. Most the menu is gluten free. I had the batterred gluten free fish and chips with a side of onion rings. Will definitely go again. They also had gluten free desserts, yum!

Great place to stop and get some beers and lunch

So, you buy drinks and sit outside and you are not allowed your own sandwich? I ate food at this place many times, but to be told off for a sandwich at lunch time. Miserable Also good here is at best mediocre. Not blaming the staff, they are just doing their job, but, the place is practically empty, it is not like we are deterring any clients!

Great British food in a traditional pub. Our server Sophie was so accommodating and found us a table despite the pub being full. The roasts were amazing, we can’t wait to come back and try more!

Cozy pub. Service was excellent with friendly staff but not the best roast I've had. Portions were small. The sticky toffee pudding was good though.

Service is probably very good, but we were there on a very busy evening. It was hard to get a table, but after 10 minutes of waiting we got one. I thoroughly enjoyed my pint of cider and beef burger. When given the chance, I will certainly return here.

I'd Googled 'the best Sunday roast in Pimlico' and the Queen's Arms popped up. The food was spectacular and we had a lovely Sunday roast with a good friend. The roast beef was wonderful and the company was fabulous. Great service and made us feel very special.

It's probably my favourite in Pimlico, though U do confess, I haven't been to too many. I liked the atmosphere, not too rowdy. A good crowd. The prices are good as is the service. It's small, so it can be a struggle to get seating at a desired spot.

A wonderful warm and welcoming pub. The ambiance is lovely and the friendly staff really care about your experience. Wish I lived nearer, it would be my favourite local.

🚇 Pimlico 🍺 £5.30 Estrella ❤️ An inviting beautiful little pub opposite popular Tachbrook Street market. . I stumbled across this fine establishment on a crawl from Pimlico to Victoria. The pub sits opposite Tachbrook Street Market which makes for a great setting. This traditional market is open air and has stalls selling meat, fish and fruit and veg which was great to see in this day and age. I visited here late afternoon on a Friday and the pub was busy and had a vibrant buzz about the place. The decor here is a mix of strong bold colours and some ornate detailed fixtures and fittings, there are also some prints dedicated to the Pimlico area. There is a dining area upstairs with a mixed seasonal menu which isn’t overly priced. . The one thing I will take away from this Pimlico boozer is the welcoming atmosphere, this is a great place to spend time in. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 21/05/21

Had researched this pub previously and had good reviews for Sunday lunch. Were passing by on the way home and thought we would try the food on a Weds night. Nice decor, friendly staff and the food was good. Nothing to complain about; so well done I say.

This a great spot! The food is really awesome and the staff is just as awesome. I've been twice with friends, once with a party of 6 and another time with a party of 4. Both times everyone enjoyed their meal. The only 2 notes I will add: there was a Mediterranean dish that my friend liked but was really small for the cost. The other was the steak sandwich which they said was good but not great. I've had the burger and the fish and chips which were both great. I had the parmesan truffle fries the second time I was there and I will 100% go back for them!!

We hired the private dining room for a Christmas party and had a wonderful evening. The Queens Arms team were cheerful, nothing was too much trouble, and the food was excellent. Strongly recommend.

Bizarre pretentious host (male with glasses) just really didn’t want us to eat there and gave no reason why. Told us they were booked up when there were 5 open tables with reservation signs for several hours later. He had no issue seating the girls in front of us, who didn’t have a resi either. I don’t understand the pompous attitude at such a run-of-the-mill chain restaurant worker.

It was windy, rainy and cold, so we entered this "normal" pub. We found a warm welcome, a service caring for our needs and checking for further time to time. Food was not standard and furthermore well presented and cooked. The soundtrack was well selected, not too loud, perfect for chilling and relaxing while chatting.

Our last hurrah during a trip to the UK was well-worth it! Fish & Chips were amazing and portions were huge! Quintessential pub atmosphere-very cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive staff made this enjoyable and memorable for a few visiting Yanks! :)

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here before heading over to the Victoria Apollo to see Wicked. The team were so helpful and friendly. The food was great with some nice kids options. They even brought over a piece of brownie with a candle in it for her to celebrate her birthday. Thank you!

Had such a lovely time here for our works Christmas lunch yesterday! Fantastic service, delicious food - we had all sorts! Steak sandwiches, burgers, lamb, fish and chips etc. Followed by the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had! We were even brought crackers at the table- Highly recommend, lovely pub!

Hotel was down the street and went looking for dinner our first night. Despite being near kitchen closing they accommodated us and excellent, friendly service. Quieter and not jammed. Great cask ale selection.

The staff, despite their best efforts, were let down by the kitchen. Items were unavailable from the menu and some dishes were of very low quality. The pub was very crowded due to RAH event. I am sure this helps bar takings but it totally jeopardises the food and service offering. The pub is a great location and has been good in the past. We will likely return and give the place another chance but if our experience is repeated we will take our business elsewhere.

We chose the Queen's Arms because we wanted to have an intimate dinner with old friends in a relaxed environment and we thought the reputation for good food combined with the lively atmosphere would be suitable for three old friends catching up of Christmas. We booked in advance because we only meet up very rarely and wanted our dinner to go smoothly. We did not have to select our dishes in advance comma according to what was written on the website, but the Christmas menu was open to us as a group of that size. Our experience on the evening was very disappointing. We arrived and it was clear that no table had been reserved for us. We were told we would be sat in one area of the pub, but then that changed and we were told we would be sat somewhere else. We were the only available table which was not big enough for three people to eat at. We could tell by looking at other people at another table of the same size where two people were eating and could tell that this would not accommodate three. It was also next to the door which made it cold and uncomfortable.not what we expected from the location of our 2023 Christmas get-together. We were given the regular menu but not the Christmas menu. We were told this was only available to people who booked in advance. This was a further disappointment from the Queen's Arms. The final straw was the attitude of the staff who were unwilling to meet our modest expectations in any way. They presented the issues about the table and the menu as a fait accompli and had no appreciation for the significance of our Christmas get together. We went here on a Saturday night and I must say it’s probably one of the best gastro pubs I’ve ever eaten in. The menu is full of gems and 80% of the menu is gluten free and another 10% can be adjusted to suit coeliacs. Both my son( who chose the pub) and my wife are coeliacs so they were in heaven. The 3 starters we selected were chicken wings, baked Brie and chicken and duck liver parfait. Good size portions and extremely tasty. For our mains we had the fish and chips(gf), venison pie (gf pastry) and burger. All if them were excellent, with the stand out being the venison pie. They have a dessert menu but we had no room for anymore food. The bar has a wide selection of ales, lagers and spirits with a large wine list to boot. I would highly recommend this place for coeliacs if visiting the area. I would also advise a trip here even if it means a little bit of travelling you won’t be disappointed.

I came in here this evening for a pint and some food. I sat at the only table without a reserved sign. I was about to order my meal when a member of staff appeared and placed a reserved sign on the table. He told me I had to leave in an hour. I questioned the fairness of that and he simply said it was the system. What a joke, I was there, spending money but told I had to leave. It was a table for two, I will never spend money in this pub again

Positive points: Nice ambience, drinks good, they take cash payments. Unfortunately the food is average at best. Cauliflower fritters were disappointing, onion rings were extremely greasy leaving a lot of oil in the bowl they were served in. The vegan burger was acceptable but average. The chunky chips were very good (& hot). Mandatory table service incurred a 12.5% charge which added almost £10 to a bill of 4 people. This seemed a lot just to have our order taken at our table. Especially as the food was somewhat overpriced already. Nothing else constituted 'table service' - waiting staff were rather distracted & hard to attract. Receipt put directly on the table & my change dropped directly into my hand, which lacked a certain finesse. No hospitality was received as we left. The Queen's Arms clearly aspire to be something a bit special but unfortunately don't have the finer details covered. Ok for a pint, but there are better places to eat.

Great staff, there was a funny girl by the bar, and I hadn’t seen a black lager before, an unexpected but welcomed surprise. We sat outside, and the heaters did the job, it’s a decent place to stop off.

Food was ok, but service was lacking. Quite pricey even for pimlico. Interior is nice enough, toilets were unpleasant.

Fantastic Homemade food. I took the scotch Egg and the pie which were both excellent, fresh and tasty. Good beer selection as well. The team was super accommodating as we did not book a table. They kept us updated to help locate tables that were leaving soon.

Gluten free heaven. I had a PIE. In a pub. In London. Not something I’ve ever been able to do before! I also had onion rings and a sticky toffee pudding - having options like this rather than the dreaded “we have salad” is sadly quite rare. As well as having all this choice, the quality of the food was absolutely top notch. Service was fab too! Will definitely be back.

My experience today at The Queens Arms was awful. Having taken part in advocating for basic human rights in the Ceasefire March today - these guys lacked any empathy and showed that they are incapable of thinking of other people right now during this tough time and were refusing customers the loo without a pre-purchase. Which may I add - I had full intention on buying a drink before seeing the manager rudely turn multiple people away with his unnecessary and disrespectful micro-aggressions. Safe to say I won’t ever be returning to this pub as the general consensus here seems to be money first - customer second. 0/5.

In London for vacation and stopped by here for a quick bite on our way back to our Airbnb. Great service, great food, fun pub!

Whilst people are giving their time to support a peaceful protest, The Queens Arms are angrily guarding their toilet doors (no literally he was stood there, arms crossed, in front of the toilet door practically asking to see receipts) to anyone who dare use their toilet for a quick wee. I understand ‘you’re a business’ and having more than usual non-paying customers using your loo might be inconvenient (full disclosure I work in a pub, I get it) but a little perspective is maybe required here when children are literally being bombed in Palestine. The bare minimum you could do in support as a business is open your toilet doors for a few hours. If I’m ever in Pimlico again, rest assured, I won’t be visiting this pub.

Was sat at the table with drinks and ready to order food / settle in for the evening after a tough week. One of the staff came over and put a reserved sign on our table out of the blue for someone who had just booked the table! So we were forced to leave, with no attempt to apologise or help - just blaming the "booking system" and then blaming us for not telling him that we'd be there for longer (after having JUST asked for a menu from the same person!!). News to me that we need to inform staff of our arrival and departure time every time we go to a pub haha! Never happened before anywhere!! We live locally so a shame that we won't go there again.

El personal súper amable, nos aconsejaron sobre la cerveza que probar que fue deliciosa y que decir del Fish&Chips: otro rollo, nada aceitoso, sabor riquísimo, un gran acierto. También probamos unas salchichas deliciosas. Y el ambiente de pub, muy auténtico. Muuuy recomendable.

Good spot. Everything was very good, the fish and chips were "good." Nothing special, not as good as most fish & chip stands. The fish pate was really good.

Really enjoyed a moderately buzzy Monday evening in the Queens. Enough beer variety for everyone, ipas, helles, erdinger and more besides. Plenty of space to enjoy a drink without feeling like last people on earth. Friendly, competent staff always a bonus! And the windows are still gorgeous.
