Food here is unreal, and the bar staff are all genuinely friendly and engaged. Got lucky just wandering in but would definitely be back. Great pub

We had an amazing Sunday Roast with all the trimmings. The feel of the pub was warm and welcoming. We were greated by Will and shown to our table where the meal came quickly and was piping hot and delicious. We will definitely be stopping back in the future. Thanks to Will and the rest of the staff for a great experience.

A nice pub in Pimlico. I came here without a reservation on a Sunday evening. It was quite busy so I did not get a table right away. However the wait was worth it. I had a mushroom pie and a glass of wine (£29).

Just had a truely scrum diddly umptious Sunday roast. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and abundant.. Very fair price too. We had roast chicken in lemon and thyme, gorgeous crunchy roast potatoes, carrots and parsnip, served with a Yorkshire pud, greens and cauliflower cheese.. Weldone to all. Thank you

Great place for Sunday lunch (book in advance recommended). Dogs welcome at pub tables downstairs (not the upstairs part), but the pub tables are very comfortable and atmosphere nice and relaxed. Good food and pleasant, helpful staff, recommended

Extremely friendly pub with delicious food in a well adored but not stuffy atmosphere great for young crowd as well as occasional older generation. Rotating selection of draught beer, many served in their specific brand glass. Fish and chips are shareable huge portions but you'll want to eat every bite if you're having it all to yourself. Staff and management attentive and speedy. Stop in for a pint or some great food with the family. Plus great shandy, Damn Lemons (only 3.2 alcohol!) perfect for warm spring and summer days.

We had a lovely dinner tonight. I didn't catch our host's name, but she was super mindful about our kids' allergies. Accommodating and friendly. The steak burger I had was absolutely incredible. Top 5 burger ever. The fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. My daughter's gf fish and chips were perfection. Whoever is working the batter and fryer is an artist. Great spot!

A great place ! We found it by chance, with no idea of how good it would be. We came 2 nights in a row, and the food was always tasty. The waiters were very kind, the music great and the energy amazing. It was a very pleasant time.

My family have been know to pop in for lunch on a Saturday, before they go to football. This Sunday I joined them following the London Landmark Half Marathon. Absolutely brilliant lunch(ish). The Sunday Roast was delicious, tender pork, crispy roast pots & plenty of veg. The beef was perfectly cooked & my daughter enjoyed the Malaysian style curry. We did have room for dessert, all delicious. The staff were friendly & welcoming & we didn't feel rushed. No doubt we'll be back.

Had a wonderful lunch. Highly recommend for gluten free food. On arrival they asked if we had any allergies and were very helpful. Menu clearly labelled with what is and can be made gluten free. There were plenty gluten free options. I had pulled beef brisket croquettes with BBQ sauce and beer battered fish and chips. When they served my food they confirmed it was gluten free. Very generous portions and food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. I’d definitely go back as they had so many good gluten free options.

Oh my lord, I’m so glad I went here. The fish and chips were divine. Finally a perfectly crisp beer batter, salted with delicious cod fish on the inside, lemon and tartare furnishings on the outside. I was in absolute heaven and then the toffee pudding cake with ice-cream was unbelievable. I would highly recommend eating here to anyone!!!

Our first time to London and we were looking for a pub for fish and chips close by the hotel at which we were staying. We decided on The Queens Arms. We were so pleased that we did! The food was…Chefs Kiss! Will was our waiter and he gave great recommendations and superb service. My hubs said it was the BEST fish and chips. Highly recommend!.

I had a very lovely dining experience last night. The food was great, hats off to the chef, and what made it even nicer was the service from a nice young lady called Eliz. She was friendly, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll be be sure to come back.

The Queens Arms is an excellent pub, with a great atmosphere and lots of choice on the menu. I want to give a special thanks to Eliz, who was extremely polite the moment we walked in and was very attentive throughout our visit. Thank you for making our experience very enjoyable, will definitely be back soon!

I was in the Queens Arms with my daughter recently and it was a very pleasant experience. Our server Eliz did a fantastic job, checking on our table regularly to make sure everything was alright. Look forward to coming back soon.

We are visiting from the United States and Eliz and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Eliz was a wonderful waitress and very personable. The food was amazing. The drinks were also delicious. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We reserved a table in the dining room upstairs for a family dinner for 5, and had a fabulous time and the best food we’ve had in England. Will, our server, was excellent all around, and took special care of my food allergies and coeliac/gluten free needs. Between us 5, everyone agreed the food was excellent. Steak frites (w/Parmesan truffle fries), steak burger, the asparagus started, the halloumi fries, then gf. Brownie and the gf sticky toffee pudding were amazing. A great meal and great experience! Highly recommend!

Delicious food (fantastic fish and chips) and drinks, welcome atmosphere and excellent service. Flora provided us with way more than the standard service. She was interested, talkative, and lovely, and she encouraged my daughters to talk in English. :) We visited the pub twice, and both were super nice. We'll definitely come back next time we visit London. If you want to try delicious fish and chips and feel the atmosphere of a traditional British Pub, The Queens Arms is a very good choice. Enjoy!

The only London pub I’ve been to where someone remembers my name - thank you Flora 😊. The welcome is always warm, even when really busy, the service is amazing, and the food is great. And a great atmosphere - truly a lovely place to spend some time. Only 4 stars for food? That’s a great score for a pub, charging pub prices. BTW it’s always delicious. And also BTW my bill was high because I kept ordering more wine. Can’t recommend The Queens Arms highly enough.

Absolutely loved this pub! The food was fantastic—the quiche was top-notch—and the music created such a great vibe. But the real standout of the night was Flora. She was not only incredibly helpful with the beer selection (she let us try several until we found the perfect one) but also sharp and effortlessly funny. If I lived in London, this would be my go-to spot. Can’t wait to visit again!

Food and atmosphere were phenomenal and were very accommodating for food allergies as well as our children. Excellent service and great atmosphere as well, would absolutely return for another meal.

We had lunch at the Queens Arms yesterday and were really impressed with the nenuand the quality of the food. The number of gluten free choices was impressive. I had the chicken and leek pie with mash. It was such a delightful meal for me, as a ceoliac, who is used to have much less choice, let alone a very tasty pie! I will definitely be going back there soon. The hosts were lovely too.

I’ve been staying next door and came in for a drink and some food. Lots of people were there and they got me seated quickly. The people serving and behind the bar are more than kind. I’m on a solo trip and they provided a lovely chat and good service. The menu is full of good food. I had the burger and is was delicious. They god a lot of drinks but I’m a big fan of all the spritz. They got so many. Tried four of them. All amazing. It was great. Would definitely recommend going there. It’s a cozy, good and nice place!!

Lively pub in the heart of Westminster, with great food and friendly service. The cod & chips is famously tasty, one of the best I’ve ever had in the city, their burger is amazing too. 10/10 would go back again

Quick and friendly service, really good food, and a reasonably Britishish environment. It was exactly what we were looking for. As always, order your sticky toffee puddings with an extra scoop of ice cream - nobody ever gets the balance right!

Great Sunday Roast. Thoughtful menu and the gluten free options were abundant. The Mushroom pies for vegetarian option were large and generously filled. It's also bottomless roasties, veg and yorkshires! Good selection of wines and beers, again with GF options too. Service was helpful and friendly, especially when conveying news of running out of certain dishes - victim of it's own success. Book earlier on a Sunday than I did (pre-4pm) but do make a visit.

Really nice traditional pub with LOADS of gluten free options. 5 desserts, 2 beers, lots of main dishes. Sadly, I had already eaten so I only had the pudding. And really nice staff, too. Highly recommend coming here. Edit: came back the next day and had the gluten free fish and chips. Sooo good!!!

This was my first time in the UK and this pub as well, but I can honestly tell you, this is a really great pub! We tried prawns, fish&chips, steak burger and all of it was 10/10. Service was awesome, everyone here is very very kind. 😌 If you visit London, this place is a must go! Come in and eat/drink something. You’ll definietly love it!

Our favorite pub during a stay in London, we were lucky to find a place there, warm near the museum and far from the crowds, the food is delicious, a great way to discover local specialties, and the great choice of beers and cider!

Everything was great, until the bill came where they added a service charge, so the price was not what it said in the menu in the end, so there was no tip for us. Otherwise superb!

This pub is great and for coeliac people it’s an amazing choice. The had candles on each table the atmosphere was good. The have gluten free beer and food. In my case I ordered gluten free fish and chips and honestly it was sooo worth it. Very tasty, big and good price. Highly recommend

A quick casual lunch with a friend, who brought his baby, and the staff were all amazing and so welcoming. The gluten free menu options are clearly marked and then served separately, I felt very reassured they took the allergies seriously. Bonus marks for GF Pillars Pilsner on tap!

I visited twice. The first lunch was very pleasant and efficient and friendly. Most of the tables said "Reserved", but for a few hours later, so the staff invited anyone. Food and service excellent The next day, I was directed to the room upstairs. Slower service, lukewarm food. Friendly service.

We had a wonderful dinner at The Queens Arms. The Fish & Chips were marvelous and the Vegan Moving Burger was delicious! For dessert we had the Triple Chocolate Brownie, which was astounding as well. We also quite loved the atmosphere and the staff was one of the friendliest we ever met. If you’re looking for a good time with tasty food, this is the place.

The fish was delicious! The beetroot hummus was the best we’ve ever eaten. Service was excellent.

We came to watch the six nations and had a fantastic time. Paul and Sophie’s service was exceptional - they looked after us all afternoon and made sure all our needs were catered to. Guinness galore plus scampi fries of course! Couldn’t recommend more! 10/10

Excellent fish and chips - Cod is battered and fried to perfection. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Pub with a relaxing and home-y feel.

Food and drinks were great, they need to work on their online reservation system. We had our reservation confirmed via email two days prior, yet arrived at the pub and they didn't have a record of it and almost turned us away. Highly encouraged to call and verify your reservation before going.

Loved the amazing, friendly service. Food was awesome. Recommend the fish and chips (crispy batter that is one of the best I've come across). Halloumi fries were awesome as well as the Sunday pork roast. I'm not big on pork but tried anothers order and it was better than the Sunday beef roast. Wait staff were so friendly and helpful.

We discovered this Pub not far from our Hotel and we were more than pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed fish and chips and an absolutely delicious pie. The service is fast, very attentive and the atmosphere is friendly. Don't hesitate to go there.

We had a delicious and lovely dinner at the Queens Arms. The upstairs dining room was cozy and warm on a snowy night and our server Flora was absolutely wonderful. She brought us delicious food and drinks, including a taste of a new cocktail they are trying to name and asked our advice. She was especially kind to our son who got a bit upset during the meal because of a tiff with his sisters and she redirected him to help her and even snuck him some extra dessert. It made for a memorable last dinner in London and we will be sure to return on future visits! The fish and chips were the kids’ favorites and they tried many of them during our stay. The menu also has some unusual pub fare that was a nice change and everything we tried was good! Don’t skip out on the puddings!

Delicious food - we had fish and chips, chicken pie, seabass and desserts - and everything was gluten free. Safe to eat for our coeliac daughter. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the meal. We booked for 4-15 but the table was not ready until 4-25. Service was pretty shoddy and the food mediocre. At 5..40 we were told we had to vacate the table … but they had not even delivered the coffee we had just ordered. Shambolic and disappointing.

Great food and very clear gf menu! They also have a really nice option for looking the menu up online to filter out whatever your specific allergens are. Staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions my wife had. She had fish and chips, and the waitress confirmed that they use a GF beer and a separate fryer to make it Gf. We went before seeing a show and it was the perfect way to start the evening!

Nice pub with great food. Just a shame the staff seem to feel the customers are an inconvenience. One of those pubs where they do all the cleaning and tidying on shift for a rapid exit. Candles and plants removed from tables at 8.50pm ffs!

I had the Fish and Chips on a Sunday and I must say it was fantastic. Portion was decent too. Service on the other hand was very slow, it was busy, so I understand staff might have been stretched but need to do better. It did get loud once music kicked in too as everyone was trying to be heard.

Very warm and cozy pub/restaurant. Fantastic for its numerous gluten-free options, including fish & chips and sticky toffee pudding, and the excellent Green’s gluten-free beer on tap! The food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful servers. There is a dining room upstairs, but we sat at a very comfortable table on the bar level. I loved The Queen’s Arms in Pimlico!

I would just say the upstairs room lighting could be a bit dimmer and the room a little warmer but otherwise an amazing experience! I’ll be back

Love the vibe in this place. Love the music...not that loud that you could still carry a conversation. Fish & chips is authentic. Crowd is great, staff are friendly.
