Delicious food (fantastic fish and chips) and drinks, welcome atmosphere and excellent service. Flora provided us with way more than the standard service. She was interested, talkative, and lovely, and she encouraged my daughters to talk in English. :) We visited the pub twice, and both were super nice. We'll definitely come back next time we visit London. If you want to try delicious fish and chips and feel the atmosphere of a traditional British Pub, The Queens Arms is a very good choice. Enjoy!

The only London pub I’ve been to where someone remembers my name - thank you Flora 😊. The welcome is always warm, even when really busy, the service is amazing, and the food is great. And a great atmosphere - truly a lovely place to spend some time. Only 4 stars for food? That’s a great score for a pub, charging pub prices. BTW it’s always delicious. And also BTW my bill was high because I kept ordering more wine. Can’t recommend The Queens Arms highly enough.

Absolutely loved this pub! The food was fantastic—the quiche was top-notch—and the music created such a great vibe. But the real standout of the night was Flora. She was not only incredibly helpful with the beer selection (she let us try several until we found the perfect one) but also sharp and effortlessly funny. If I lived in London, this would be my go-to spot. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had an amazing time at this pub! The atmosphere was super chill and fun, with great music that set the perfect vibe. The food was excellent—especially the fish and chips—but the real highlight of our visit was Flora. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and quick-witted, making the experience even better. She went above and beyond to help with the beer selection, bringing multiple tasting options until I found the perfect one. If I lived in London, this would definitely be my go-to spot. An essential stop for my next visit!

Food and atmosphere were phenomenal and were very accommodating for food allergies as well as our children. Excellent service and great atmosphere as well, would absolutely return for another meal.

We had lunch at the Queens Arms yesterday and were really impressed with the nenuand the quality of the food. The number of gluten free choices was impressive. I had the chicken and leek pie with mash. It was such a delightful meal for me, as a ceoliac, who is used to have much less choice, let alone a very tasty pie! I will definitely be going back there soon. The hosts were lovely too.

Lively pub in the heart of Westminster, with great food and friendly service. The cod & chips is famously tasty, one of the best I’ve ever had in the city, their burger is amazing too. 10/10 would go back again

I’ve been staying next door and came in for a drink and some food. Lots of people were there and they got me seated quickly. The people serving and behind the bar are more than kind. I’m on a solo trip and they provided a lovely chat and good service. The menu is full of good food. I had the burger and is was delicious. They god a lot of drinks but I’m a big fan of all the spritz. They got so many. Tried four of them. All amazing. It was great. Would definitely recommend going there. It’s a cozy, good and nice place!!

Quick and friendly service, really good food, and a reasonably Britishish environment. It was exactly what we were looking for. As always, order your sticky toffee puddings with an extra scoop of ice cream - nobody ever gets the balance right!

Great Sunday Roast. Thoughtful menu and the gluten free options were abundant. The Mushroom pies for vegetarian option were large and generously filled. It's also bottomless roasties, veg and yorkshires! Good selection of wines and beers, again with GF options too. Service was helpful and friendly, especially when conveying news of running out of certain dishes - victim of it's own success. Book earlier on a Sunday than I did (pre-4pm) but do make a visit.

Really nice traditional pub with LOADS of gluten free options. 5 desserts, 2 beers, lots of main dishes. Sadly, I had already eaten so I only had the pudding. And really nice staff, too. Highly recommend coming here. Edit: came back the next day and had the gluten free fish and chips. Sooo good!!!

This was my first time in the UK and this pub as well, but I can honestly tell you, this is a really great pub! We tried prawns, fish&chips, steak burger and all of it was 10/10. Service was awesome, everyone here is very very kind. 😌 If you visit London, this place is a must go! Come in and eat/drink something. You’ll definietly love it!

Our favorite pub during a stay in London, we were lucky to find a place there, warm near the museum and far from the crowds, the food is delicious, a great way to discover local specialties, and the great choice of beers and cider!

Everything was great, until the bill came where they added a service charge, so the price was not what it said in the menu in the end, so there was no tip for us. Otherwise superb!

This pub is great and for coeliac people it’s an amazing choice. The had candles on each table the atmosphere was good. The have gluten free beer and food. In my case I ordered gluten free fish and chips and honestly it was sooo worth it. Very tasty, big and good price. Highly recommend

A quick casual lunch with a friend, who brought his baby, and the staff were all amazing and so welcoming. The gluten free menu options are clearly marked and then served separately, I felt very reassured they took the allergies seriously. Bonus marks for GF Pillars Pilsner on tap!

Food and service made our valentines evening special, food was beautiful

I visited twice. The first lunch was very pleasant and efficient and friendly. Most of the tables said "Reserved", but for a few hours later, so the staff invited anyone. Food and service excellent The next day, I was directed to the room upstairs. Slower service, lukewarm food. Friendly service.

We had a wonderful dinner at The Queens Arms. The Fish & Chips were marvelous and the Vegan Moving Burger was delicious! For dessert we had the Triple Chocolate Brownie, which was astounding as well. We also quite loved the atmosphere and the staff was one of the friendliest we ever met. If you’re looking for a good time with tasty food, this is the place.

The fish was delicious! The beetroot hummus was the best we’ve ever eaten. Service was excellent.

We came to watch the six nations and had a fantastic time. Paul and Sophie’s service was exceptional - they looked after us all afternoon and made sure all our needs were catered to. Guinness galore plus scampi fries of course! Couldn’t recommend more! 10/10

Cozy pub atmosphere, food was excellent - we enjoyed the Sunday roast beef dinner, highly recommend reserving a table ahead of time to be sure you get to experience this space.

Excellent fish and chips - Cod is battered and fried to perfection. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Pub with a relaxing and home-y feel.

Food and drinks were great, they need to work on their online reservation system. We had our reservation confirmed via email two days prior, yet arrived at the pub and they didn't have a record of it and almost turned us away. Highly encouraged to call and verify your reservation before going.

Loved the amazing, friendly service. Food was awesome. Recommend the fish and chips (crispy batter that is one of the best I've come across). Halloumi fries were awesome as well as the Sunday pork roast. I'm not big on pork but tried anothers order and it was better than the Sunday beef roast. Wait staff were so friendly and helpful.

We discovered this Pub not far from our Hotel and we were more than pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed fish and chips and an absolutely delicious pie. The service is fast, very attentive and the atmosphere is friendly. Don't hesitate to go there.

Great gluten free options. The GF sticky toffee pudding is what clinched it for us. Did get noisy but we enjoyed the atmosphere.

We had a delicious and lovely dinner at the Queens Arms. The upstairs dining room was cozy and warm on a snowy night and our server Flora was absolutely wonderful. She brought us delicious food and drinks, including a taste of a new cocktail they are trying to name and asked our advice. She was especially kind to our son who got a bit upset during the meal because of a tiff with his sisters and she redirected him to help her and even snuck him some extra dessert. It made for a memorable last dinner in London and we will be sure to return on future visits! The fish and chips were the kids’ favorites and they tried many of them during our stay. The menu also has some unusual pub fare that was a nice change and everything we tried was good! Don’t skip out on the puddings!

Delicious food - we had fish and chips, chicken pie, seabass and desserts - and everything was gluten free. Safe to eat for our coeliac daughter. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the meal. We booked for 4-15 but the table was not ready until 4-25. Service was pretty shoddy and the food mediocre. At 5..40 we were told we had to vacate the table … but they had not even delivered the coffee we had just ordered. Shambolic and disappointing.

Great food and very clear gf menu! They also have a really nice option for looking the menu up online to filter out whatever your specific allergens are. Staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions my wife had. She had fish and chips, and the waitress confirmed that they use a GF beer and a separate fryer to make it Gf. We went before seeing a show and it was the perfect way to start the evening!

Nice pub with great food. Just a shame the staff seem to feel the customers are an inconvenience. One of those pubs where they do all the cleaning and tidying on shift for a rapid exit. Candles and plants removed from tables at 8.50pm ffs!

I had the Fish and Chips on a Sunday and I must say it was fantastic. Portion was decent too. Service on the other hand was very slow, it was busy, so I understand staff might have been stretched but need to do better. It did get loud once music kicked in too as everyone was trying to be heard.

Very warm and cozy pub/restaurant. Fantastic for its numerous gluten-free options, including fish & chips and sticky toffee pudding, and the excellent Green’s gluten-free beer on tap! The food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful servers. There is a dining room upstairs, but we sat at a very comfortable table on the bar level. I loved The Queen’s Arms in Pimlico!

First time dining there - as recommended by coeliac friends. The food and service was awesome. And attention to gluten free. Reasonably priced. Great wine. The bang bang cauliflower and fish and chips were superb, and gluten free! I would just say the upstairs room lighting could be a bit dimmer and the room a little warmer but otherwise an amazing experience! I’ll be back

Terrific potato-leek soup, fish and chips, and toffee pudding. Accommodating, friendly staff. Charming, quiet dining room upstairs (not open every day); downstairs can be raucous.

Mi hermana y yo vinimos aquí nuestra última noche en Londres con la esperanza de obtener una experiencia de pub y Queen’s Arm no nos decepcionó! Flora nos consiguió una mesa (a pesar de ser muy ocupado! ) a los 2 minutos de nosotros caminando en sans reserva y fue increíblemente servicial cuando se trataba del menú. Ella alertó a mi hermana sobre la presencia de queso azul en un plato y se aseguró de que la cocina supiera de mi intolerancia al gluten. La comida también era fantástica! No he comido pescado con papas fritas antes y mientras me quedé sorprendido con el tamaño del pescado (legítimamente un pie de largo) ¡lo disfruté! A mi hermana le dieron los ñoquis castaños y no dejó migas : ) también nos dieron el pegajoso pudín de toffee que estaba tan delicioso y rico —y sabía “como a Navidad” También me sorprendió lo razonables que eran los precios— cuando llegó la factura, pensé que habría sido un 30 % más. Gran relación calidad-precio y experiencia en general! Sin duda recomendaría!

Had a lovely meal after work on a Friday night with a friend. We were looked after by Sam who was really awesome and knowledgeable about the gluten free options on the menu. I had the vegan sausages, the meal was delicious and I will definitely be going back again.

Personal amable, comida terrible. Pedí el schnitzel de pollo, £ 18. Básicamente una hamburguesa de pollo congelada con papas fritas y un chorrito de saurkraut barato. Terrible. Parecía algo del comedor de una escuela. Una pena ya que el pescado con patatas fritas se ven bien. Bonito pub. Pero la comida no es buena relación calidad-precio y no pida el pollo schnitzel.

Disappointed with the food and service. Good atmosphere. This place has pretty good reviews so we tried it out. It was Saturday night, but we were let down. We ordered our food and drinks at the bar - no problem. The starter, a liquid baked cambazola, arrived and we had to ask for the table to be wiped down as it was sticky and crumby from the previous group. I had to go up and grab spoons myself as there's no way you can eat this with the knifes provided. Then the main courses arrived and one was not what we ordered. Hold onto your receipt as the person delivering the food did not agree they had it wrong. The bar person we ordered from (Sophie) then came and also disagreed with us until I pulled out the receipt. The word "sorry" was never used. I ate my meal alone while my date waited.. Again, no apology or anything when hers turned up. The food itself was below average and not "gastro". My chips were stone cold. The sauerkraut is more of a garnish and no more than a teaspoonfull. It should not be listed in the menu as it's just a garnish. The chicken schnitzel was overdone in the deep fat fryer. For this, we paid a 12.5% service charge..... At 19 a main and 6.50 a beer, plus 12.5%, go somewhere else.

This was a great place to enjoy an afternoon pint, or two, on a weekday visit. There was plenty of choice for places to sit, and a table next to a large window provided an excellent place to watch the outside world go past.

The food was excellent. We had the fish and chips, highly recommended. Crispy batter, fresh fish, very large portions. The thing that really stood out was the service. The pub was packed when we arrived for dinner. Realising that we wanted to eat, the manager opened the upstairs dining room for us. Thats real service for you. Other establishments would have just told us they were too busy. Once opened up, the overall service was fast and very friendly. The beer’s good too!

Iba al Royal Albert Hall y buscaba un pub tradicional no muy lejos. Esto fue perfecto. El lugar era muy agradable música de buen ambiente y personal amable. Tuvimos entrantes y cena que eran muy agradables. El spritz de limoncello fue increíble. A mi pareja le gusta la cerveza no artesanal y tenían una buena selección. Los buenos precios tampoco son baratos pero no estafar precios como algunos pueden ser en las ciudades. Bien vale la pena visitar a pocos pasos de Victoria.

Here is the king of the pubs. So generous and kind. Best onion rings ever tasted. Beer is of course good. Next time, maybe after one year I will try main menus with my family. Perfect ending of my holliday.

Had one of the best Sunday Roasts here that I've had ever (please don't tell my mum). Great location just 5 mins from Victoria Station. Could not fault it in any way, loads of gorgeous gravy (I'm Northern and I'm particular about my gravy). I didn't get the name of our server, but she was exemplary. Perfect place to dine in London.

The Queens Arms is located in a central area of ​​the city (slightly north of the Thames), in Pimlico. The space is very pleasant (it has a very high ceiling), large areas for light, and the decoration is simple and beautiful. The people who served us were "warm and friendly", and the food was good. There is a selection of half a dozen beers to choose from.

Went as two celiacs and one non-celiac for Sunday lunch. Pub was busy but not overly loud which was lovely. We all had the gluten free fish and chips and onion rings it was very tasty! Fish was cooked perfectly and the batter was lovely. We would absolutely return when we’re in London.

We had dinner and drinks here. Ambience is great, food delicious, and service wonderful. They are a coeliac friendly place too. The staff were fully informed about coeliac disease and knew all the answers before I asked the questions. I would definitely recommend this place to any gluten free person wanting some posh pub food.

The Queens Arms staff and food are so good we ate dinner there twice in one week. Fish and Chips (and mushy peas!) were the best we had in London (try the Gorgonzola starter-delish!) We sat downstairs and Flora made it a very special dinner experience for us. Next visit we sat upstairs and Sofie was an amazing server, so friendly and fast too! The “deconstructed” vegetable curry main dish was also fantastic! We can’t wait to return.

I stumbled across this place by chance - and I’m so glad I did. Firstly, really decent real ales on tap (box ticked). Secondly, a great atmosphere (box ticked). Next absolutely spot on meal of sea bass followed by the waffle (3rd box ticked). Last but by no means least, what a smashing bunch of people who were running it. Many thanks to Flora and the rest of the Team, your customer service is exemplar. In the words of Arnie himself, “I’ll be back!”.

We absolutely loved this place. I can’t say enough about how good the food was except to say we went twice in two days! Delicious lamb leg and Thai beef salad. I didn’t need a knife to eat the lamb it was so tender. Flora was wonderful! She took great care of us!

It was our first visit, the effort the staff put in was exemplary. My wife is quite a fussy eater, in that she likes her food done to perfection. The staff quality of service in ensuring everything was satisfactory was the best part of the visit.

Loved this place! Fantastic Gluten free options - including safe options for those with Celiac! They have many options- including an incredible dessert (STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING!) the Fish and Chips are gluten free and amazing- just the right amount of “fluff” to make you forget it’s gluten free! Close to Westminster Cathedral (not the Abby) and a perfectly drawn proper pint for my hubby! Flora was a joy serving us!

The manager is rude. They gave away our table. They blamed us for being 10 minutes late despite advising that this may be the case as one of our party ran the marathon. They would not move the group seated at our table despite them just being seated. The manager was patronising and disrespectful. Avoid.

Fish cake was awesome as was the liver pate! Place got real busy real fast but service stayed on point.
