Una verdadera bendición – maravillosa comida y servicio excepcional! Después de un par de días difíciles luchando contra la gripe y apenas comiendo, nos topamos con Gail, y se sintió como una verdadera bendición. Estábamos agotados y hambrientos, pero desde el momento en que entramos, la calidez del personal y el aroma acogedor de pan y pasteles recién horneados nos levantaron el ánimo. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa, exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Nuestra sopa era reconfortante y sabrosa, pero lo que verdaderamente nos alegró el día fue la amable señora que nos sorprendió con tres trozos extra de su increíble masa madre. Ese pequeño gesto significó el mundo para nosotros. Gracias xxx

Horribles donuts. Pedimos esto como celebración de trabajo. Las rosquillas eran demasiado masticables y ligeramente rancias en algunos lugares. También pedimos 10 cajas, y 3 de ellas no llegaron. Hemos estado persiguiendo las 3 cajas que faltan, pero no parecen contestar el teléfono, correo electrónico o tener una página web con un certificado css al que podamos acceder desde nuestra oficina. NO COMPRAR.

Nice ambiance, clean. "Red lentil" soup with no lentils (just clear warmed up soup). Coffee - sour. Waitress - unattentive and not very customer oriented.

Sadly very unhelpful rude service. This place is sadly struggling with lack of staff. Those that are there are struggling to keep up with the orders. I waited patiently to be served only to be told he was heading to the kitchen to cook and I’d have to wait a further 20 mins before he’d even take my order. I get that he was short staffed and feel very sorry for this , but there is a way to say things and deal with customers. Especially after having stood there for so long and especially locals (as I am). Sadly won’t bother going again. Needs some proper management and a bit of customer service training. Food usually good once you get served though.
