Excellent hotel with great service at the central London. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the most kind and friendly staff, Aadlin. He made our trip more interesting with his advices and tips about the city. Would definitely recommend this Bar. Aadlin is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Aadlin for going just that little step extra for us.

Exceptional service from our barman Angelos! Not only did he craft delicious cocktails with precision and flair, but his warm personality truly enhanced our experience. He took the time to recommend drinks based on our preferences and even shared interesting stories about the origins of each cocktail. A definite highlight of our visit. Highly recommend!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the red bar The atmosphere was very peaceful , with its vibrant red decor creating a lively and inviting ambiance. It provided the perfect backdrop for a great evening also was very happy to have Aadlin as my bartender. From the moment I sat down, Aadlin greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel incredibly welcome.He ensured that I never had to wait long for service, and his cheerful demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to my experience.highly recommend paying a visit and experiencing it for yourself at least once.

The RedBar was a nice ending to my 50th birthday. After dinner at Sexy Fish, we decided to go for a night cap at the RedBar. Joachim was our bartender. He was very friendly and up for trying a cocktail he had never made before for my husband. He mastered it. We appreciated his warm and friendly demeanor during our time at the bar.

I was staying at the Grovensor House for around 3 days. Felt like having a few drinks and luckily I went in into the Red Bar. More than what the bar and it’s ambience served, the bartender who served me was just splendid. Joachim you are just amazing with your work. We've visited just for drinks with our friends from abroad and we hated it. We love our cocktails and have tried many places in the town but this one wasn't the nice one. We have been told it was a pre-mix and they just shake it. We have paid £203 for 10 drinks!! Ambiance is good but very disappointed with the cocktails.

My wife, Anne, and I loved this place during our stay at the JW Marriot Grosvenor. Wonderful ambience with the red motif. Great selection of single malt scotches.

Always a little moody in its dark tones of red, but always very relaxing. Not cheap but nothing in the area is. Polite service.

This is a very nice bar in the hotel. Iknow it is London, but my firends and I had only three drinks and over $60.00 for the tab. Good drinks, but bad pricing.

We haven’t had the chance to sample the red bar for some time as the last 2 visits found it closed. However, we would recommend a visit as the service, ambience and quality drinks make it worthwhile. And the nibbles are good too.

Popped in to the red bar during my star and found it to be nothing excpetional - just a small bar tucked away in a huge hotel - certainly not somewhere you'd make a point of going looking for on a visit to London.

We went to the Red Room for drinks after an amazing dinner at JW Steakhouse and it was worth every penny.The dinner was lovely and the cocktails in the Red Room were the same.It got pretty busy later in the evening so we had to leave as it became very crowded but the service was great and the drinks very tasty.Good recommendation on their own beer!!

What an unusual and creative design for a bar. The drink choices varied and even some unusual cocktail choices. I had "the cow jumped over the moon"...wow!We even tried their bar menu including both prawns and cheese puffs...wow. The taste was spectacular. This is a "must do" if you are in the Mayfair section of London.

Great place to unwind after dinner or to just blow some steam. Music is loud but appropriate for the atmosphere.

We are fairly regular visitors to this bar and like nothing more than just sitting at the bar, chatting with the friendly staff and enjoying the live music. Fabio and the team are highly knowledgeable and make drink suggestions if asked.A new addition to the team, Keiron makes a lovely Espresso Martini, so good that I felt I had to have "just one more", He also gets extra marks for noticing when customers' drinks are low and offering another, I realise this is all part of the service but I'm pleased to say he gets it.There is also nice selection of bar food to choose from, all delicious.

Very charming bar for casual drinks. Met up with a friend here before heading out and we enjoyed ourselves in the cosy atmosphere so much we stayed a lot longer than expected chatting. Very comfortable and welcoming. Table service was attentive without being intrusive although drinks prices were somewhat expensive - to be expected in a Mayfair hotel I guess! Okay for a one off before heading out.

We had a great time here after our High Tea in the Park Room we moved to the Red Bar for more cocktails and Champagne. The staff here are Wonderful, they keep you in good regard and safety allowing you to have fun and feel safe and secure. I rate this Bar within the Marriott Hotel Park Lane quite Highly. I was lucky enough to be invited to an awards dinner last night at The Grosvenor. The meal itself was great and the staff serving were fantastic. This experience was ruined by the attitude of the Red Bar Manager and the night manager. We had purchased a bottle of vodka and some mixers in the grand ballroom at a cost of nearly £150 and wanted to take this to drink in the Red Bar as the awards dinner had finished and staff were asking us to move on up. The staff at the ballroom informed us this would be fine. Upon arriving at the bar in the same building operated by the same employees we were told we could not drink the vodka in this area. I asked to see the manager and showed him my receipt and asked why we couldn't continue drinking the drink we had purchased. The arrogance and unprofessional behavior of the night manager and red bar manager was unbelievable. I was told that they don't need to explain to me why I can't drink it and if I didn't like it I could leave. So we take the decision to leave and are then told by the same manager that we can't take the vodka out of the hotel! Ended up leaving the bottle in the bar and leaving having had our whole night ruined by something so trivial. If there is a policy or valid reason just explain it politely. No need to treat us like 2nd class citizens! NEVER AGAIN.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel and visited the Red Bar for a quick drink and ended up staying for most of the evening due to the lively atmosphere and great staff. The bar is popular and plays some great music. Once settled at the bar we were immediately welcomed and thoroughly entertained by Inessa and Ali, both of whom spent time to get to know us and making sure we enjoyed ourselvesIt was a great, fun evening that we won't forget and I can't wait to visit again.

Quite a surprise as the decor is all truly red! A gorgeous bar, lovely service, delicious drinks! We found it to be very inviting and comfortable. We visited in the early evening so it was not crowded at all.

To use the term "bar food' would be a severe injustice. Some of the delicious and visually appealing sandwiches I had there may be the best I've ever had. Not to mention, you get to enjoy it while chatting with some of the most friendly, personable, and professional staff I've ever seen. Roman Kern and Karina Elias (bar mgmt.) are some of the best I've ever seen! While you're there, try Head Barman, Roman Kern's signature drink, the Strawberry Basil Martini. They are true Mixoligists and it takes 5-10 minutes for them to create this masterpiece in front of you. They look like mad scientists in a lab with their beakers, test tubes, and precise measuring. This bar ( I hate to call it that since it's more of an environment) is the crown jewel of the Grosvenor House and the staff is the reason. Aside from Roman and Karina, say hello to Natasha, Jelbert, and Nuria.

Trendy, modern bar decorated beautifully in all red. Extensive cocktail menu. Thumping, electronic, dance music for the younger crowd!

Visited the bar on Tuesday 10th December, very crowded, however, spotted an empty table and sat in a comfortable chair awaiting service............after over 40 minutes of being ignored I left.

We attended an awards dinner last night at the Grosvenor, it was a great event and the service was good. I always expect to pay more at nice hotels but beware at this one 2 Vodkas £35.00 G&T £13.50 a bottle of average wine £55.00So great place to stay but my tip is drink elsewhere
