Save yourself £4.50 and get a jam doughnut from Sainsbury's which hasn't been spoilt with poppy seeds and pretence. Your jaw will thank you.

Awful doughnuts. We ordered these in as a work celebration. The dougnuts were too chewy and slight stale in places. We also ordered 10 boxes, and 3 of them didnt arrive. We have been chasing on the 3 missing boxes, but they dont seem to answer the phone, email or have a website with a css certificate that we can access from our office. DO NOT BUY.

I like the doughnuts. They were always expensive but they've recently increased in price. I politely declined to pay £5.25 for a jam doughnut in Greenwich today. That's excessive imo and I don't like being ripped off. I'm going to learn to make my own!

Both times I have bought from Crosstown I have been disappointed. Quality is poor and flavours are not balanced. The price is beyond ridiculous. In Central London you can expect to pay £4-£4.50 for a doughnut, but £6 per item is extortionate, particularly considering how poor the product is. Save yourself money and happiness by going to Krispy Kreme or Doughnut Time instead - much better quality at much better prices!

This donut was delicious and so well balanced. Excellent flavors of banana and sea salt and not too sweet or doughy. Pricey, for a donut, but worth the nice indulgence!

Sono venuto qualche mese fa a fare colazione in questo posto. Dalle foto sui social mi ispiravano un sacco tanto doughnuts ma essendo da solo ho dovuto prenderne solo 2, quello al cocco e lime e quello con burro d’arachidi e marmellata (era il best seller). Allora tra i due quello al cocco era meglio però la glassa in superficie rendeva tutto un po’ troppo dolce, mentre quello al burro d’arachidi aveva questa combinazione particolare e sinceramente non era di mio gradimento. Gli impasti non sono nemmeno male ma con gli abbinamenti potrebbero fare un po’ meglio

In Oxford 21/4 This was the worst Americano I have ever ever been served. No flavour and weak as dish water. Instant coffee has more flavour. Server stated it was the best he could do. Didn’t offer to replace. Awful coffee

Went for the baileys and Guinness st Patrick’s day special one day but it was sold out. Went back for the spiced hot cross bun Easter special and successfully got one! Delicious

Vegan donuts in many different flavours! I was impressed with the selection available. These are from the Greenwich branch. I didn't like the chocolate glazed, the chocolate flavour was not that great and I didn't like the strawberry cheesecake. The doughnuts were fresh and rich in flavour and for sharing! The doughnut is from sourdough, but it was not clear if all are or only some. They also have chia seeds, so for those who are particular they may not like that. Presentation is amazing!

Great doughnuts! Love the variety of flavours and vegan options. The pistachio with raspberry was delicious and there was a good amount of filling! Had a tumeric latte that was great. Can't wait to try more.

Volevo fare colazione con qualcosa di diverso, quindi decido di venire qui e prendere una box di 4 donuts. Prendo quello al red velvet, quello al lotus, quello alla cannella e mela e quello al kinder. Allora devo dire che l’impasto in se per se non è male ma purtroppo tutti, e confermo tutti, sono troppo zuccherati, hanno una sorta di copertura di zucchero che li rende stomachevoli e non fanno proprio per me.

Des saveurs originales, un moelleux Huuum ! Mais seulement 4 tabourets, toute petite boutique, donc plutôt pour emporter que pour un tea time ! Surtout que vers 17h la moitié de la carte manquait... Accueil sympa mais oubli d'un café, ça arrive...

I have had the worse experience i have ever had eating from this place, i have almost thrown up from heaving and gagging from the horror i just had to go through! I HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS TAKES THIS EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY!! I just wasted £40 supporting this business and trying it out, i bought 12 super expensive doughnuts, ate one without even noticing the 3 huge daddy long leg spider leg squashed underneath all 6 cinnamon doughnuts! Completely feel to jump off a cliff after knowing i ate a full doughnut with that in the box!!!!!!!! That was found last, what i witnessed first was after i took a bite on a peanut butter doughnut , my intuition told me to look and examine the doughnut as i have a sense for this kind of terror, and wallah there’s a spider leg hanging off my doughnut as if they iced the spider leg to the doughnut, at that point I wanted to vomit and knock myself out from not knowing if i just ate a chunk of spider leg, im going to be writing this review everywhere!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY DONT BYE! I hope karma gets the people making these because that is terribly messed up, completely embarrassed i had to write this. Or even tell my misses what i had went through!

Just picked up a matcha doughnut from the Kings Cross market stall, and disappointed that it’s got a dry texture and just tastes sweet and is coloured green rather than any real flavour of matcha. I’d been wanting to try one for ages but won’t bother again. Waste of £4.50. I may just have got unlucky with an old batch so I’ll try other flavours in the future.

It's so good, one is like a whole meal! I recommend the vegan ones even if you're not vegan! They have my favourite flavours.

First time visiting a Crosstowns. I didn't actually buy from this branch as I was on a mission to try the Raspberry Jam Doughnut and they had ran out for the day (I was a bit late!) But just wanted to give a 5 star to the staff member working this afternoon, he was a massive help and even range the other branches nearby to see if they had the stock we wanted to build our 12 doughnut box. Which we really appreciated and I know for a fact other places wouldn't do that so just wanted to say thanks! Great service!

Can’t remember which location, but I’m sure it was this one. But I ordered on Deliveroo. I had a delicious vegan festive donut. So good! I’ve visited crosstown many times, always good. Had a good time eating my donut and black coffee at my hotel.

Tried the new Cambridge location today and took away two of the milk chocolate glazed doughnut £4.50 each. The substance of the doughnut is very bready as they note here and that style of dough has a very stale/dense quality that I don’t think makes for a very good doughnut and certainly not at that price. A doughnut shop specialising in hot KrispyKreme or New England style apple cider doughnut would make a mint or even Tim Hortons…for a better good quality local bakery product there are far better options.

Crosstown’s donuts are unrealll, definitely some of the best donuts ever, and certainly the best in London. Highly recommend, especially the Chocolate & Honeycomb!

I had 6 vegan donuts delivered for my sons birthday. They reach another stratosphere in taste and quality of any other donut you've ever tasted. Incredible. I'd recommend these as a replacement to any cake. They make the most indulgent dessert especially the chocolate fudge....

Crosstown have in my opinion the best Vegan Doughnut Recipe. Their Doughnuts are fresh, tasty and with unique flavours. I have tried almost all the Vegan Options and they are all really tasty. Recommended 130%.

Lovely small Crosstown doughnut store, staff member was very nice and helpful. We ordered the Cinnamon scroll, Peanut butter & blackcurrant and Chocolate honeycomb, all with varying degrees of success. Definitely pricey but not your average doughnut 😋

No valía la pena ir allí. Solo tenían opciones limitadas en cuanto a diferentes sabores. No tenían un solo sabor estándar y los que tenían eran un poco inusuales, pero no es que no los haya visto antes, no muy frescos (el que probé) y en general nada especial. La tienda es pequeña, las mujeres que trabajan allí luchan por sonreír, realmente me hicieron preguntarme por qué alguien se molestaría en probarlo, especialmente con todas las maravillosas opciones en el área.

Abbiamo cercato le migliori ciambelle di Londra ed è comparso anche questo posto nella lista, ci siamo andati e siamo rimasti super soddisfatti! Ciambelle buonissime, di ogni tipo e per ogni gusto. Ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che ci siamo tornati anche l'ultimo giorno e oltre a farci colazione abbiamo anche comprato una scatola da portare a casa. Personale super gentile e simpatico. Tra l'altro fuori da King's Cross la mattina trovate anche il baracchino sempre loro.

I bought a box of 6 vegan doughnuts - 5/6 doughnuts tasted quite strange, the flavours were so basic and didn't sit well on top of the doughnut. The chocolate one was reasonable. Should have stuck to Doughnut Time - my guests were not happy with the costly dessert I bought.

A pre-theatre treat. Myself and my friend both went for the mini doughnut bites and loved them. The sourdough pastry was light and the burst of flavour from the filling was a lovely surprise.

Por el precio, debería ser celestial, por eso obtienen 1 *. Ahorre su dinero y vaya a krispy kreme o a su cooperativa local, ¡mucho mejor! ! !

El precio es bastante caro para lo que obtienes. Resista ser más barato si compra seis, o cuatro, etc., la crema de la dona es ácida, por lo que si está buscando una natilla genuina, este lugar probablemente no sea para usted. El té con leche matcha y el café que encontré fue el mejor. Definitivamente vale la pena el viaje, si y solo si estás en donas. El resto de la masa regular con relleno no valía la pena.

Doughnuts are my obsession and I make it a point to have a doughnut in every place I go. Without a doubt, the crosstown doughnuts are the best I’ve ever had. If you had to pick one, definitely get the matcha cake doughnut. It does not disappoint.

Definitely among the best doughnuts I’ve tried in London. A nice selection of flavors and a good (and tasty) vegan selection too. Current favorite is the chocolate sourdough with banana cream filling though, utterly scrumptious.

Je ne vais pas parler du goût des Doughnuts mais plutôt de l’accueil très décevant de l’une des 2 serveuses présentes ce jour là. Au prix où l’on paie ces fameux Doughnuts je m’attendais à avoir un minimum d’accueil. Serveuse impatiente et très hautaine.

i don't normally like doughnuts. They normally taste too sweet and make me feel a little sick after the first bite. However crosstown make doughnuts that I can not only eat, but want to come back again. for me the banana or the matcha are my faves. The fact that they do vegan doughnuts is such a plus too! and you wouldn't know the difference whilst eating them

I had their donuts at Camden market. I was particularly impressed with the elderberry, pistachio, orange donut. It was lovely to look at and even better to eat. A really stellar donut.

I’m fairly regular at Crosstown, always have the peanut butter donut with homemade blackcurrant jam and proper roast peanuts. Lovely. Not cheap at £4, but worth it.

Actually compared the doughnut I had here to one I had at doughnut time and found this doughnut to be a lot better and more fairly priced. The consistency of the doughnut was a lot nicer and they didn’t overpower the taste of the actual doughnut with lots of sugar, as they tend to do at other doughnut shops. Really enjoyed this doughnut and would go back again if I got the chance!

We discovered Crosstown donuts at a Market in at Kings Cross Station a few years ago and we have visited many of the brick and mortar stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the donuts are wonderful. They aren't greasy like American donuts and the flavors are like nothing I have had in the US.They have wonderful flavor combinations and they offer a large selection of Vegan donuts. My daughter has been a Vegan for a few years now and she misses a good raised donut. In California many of the donuts are cake donuts if they are vegan but at Crosstown they have a great Vegan raised and their raised filled donuts are out of this world.

Después de leer las críticas, mi marido y yo nos aseguramos de tomar un par de donuts de postre el Soho para la última noche. Después de apenas un bocado de asfixia por cada uno, nos quedamos estupefactos - aquellos donuts asqueroso! ! ! Teníamos el chocolate triple y el cereza cherry, y ambos comestible. Demasiado densa, y los sabores equivocado, eran las peores donuts que he tenido. Terriblemente caro.

También es orgullo fin así que afortunadamente me pilla el especial orgullo la masa picaduras (£2 con £1 ir a una caridad) que era perfecto. Llena de mermelada de frambuesa con trufas de chocolate el otro. Implicaba la oportunidad de probar ambos sin tener que comprar la versión más grande. Dirigido a tomar una foto de la mermelada de frambuesa, pero por desgracia la trufa no sobreviven en la bolsa y la guinda nos secara. Ambos eran igualmente delicioso, así que estoy muy feliz de una donut mascando monstruo. Fui un poco loca y comprar una lima para probar demasiado, y luego hizo un viaje especial a la sucursal para conseguir su tarta de marylebone y Apple nos pillaron a conseguir un coco lima. Ojalá pudiera haber obtenido desde la misma sucursal ya que habría costado más barato comprar una media docena de juntos. Sin duda que cruza de donuts decente. Me alegro de no vivir en Londres otro estaría haciendo de cada excusa para ir una todos los días!

Kurz vor Geschäftsschluss, schnell noch etwas Süßes. Eine große Auswahl, die auch ihren Preis hat. 3,95 GBP als Premium. Leider hat man uns nicht explizit auf den „Deal“ aufmerksam gemacht: 1 Standard plus 1 Premium Donought plus Tee oder Café für 9 GBP, das wäre es gewesen, beim nächsten Mal denken wir dran. Fazit: in einer Gegend wie Soho ist Crosstown Soho etwas Besonderes.

I always visit Crosstown when I'm in Soho. The doughnuts are great, and they have a wide variety, with the occasional seasonal special too. It's a great place to take a break too, if you've been walking a lot. The staff are also really friendly.
