Came for a quick pit stop to grab a coffee and change my baby. Waited a long time for my coffee and turned out they'd forgotten it on the side. Then discovered the baby change facilities were out of order... Not a successful visit!

Helpful & friendly staff. Good Guinness. Sadly they no longer serve food (we were here on a Friday evening). They had a live band playing music though, which was great.

Service is always good here, drinks are always fresh. It's always nice and calm inside too, it can be busy at times. I tried the mixed berry cooler. And it has been the best drink I've had from costa, so refreshing

We planned to meet here but took us all a while to find it. It’s not at ground level, you need to go up to first floor and it’s exactly where the trains come to a stop. But once we found it we were very satisfied. It has a good vegan menu and very friendly helpful and understanding staff. It was quiet and comfortable

Amazing! Fast delivery and hot coffee

A smallish pub in a great location being close to Warren Street tube (they do have a small exterior seating area). I was here at 3.30 on a Monday afternoon and it was quiet. They had a limited selection on offer, for example just four whiskies. They had just one cask bitter, a Guardsman at £6.30 (which I had). The service was good and they had some nice traditional blues music playing. They do offer discounts to NHS staff and students. They do have a special offer at selected times of a pizza and a pint for £15, not bad for the area. An OK pub, for me it lacks product range but it was nice to check it out.

Loved the peach matcha spritz! The service was super fast and friendly.

Fantastic steak sandwich with delicious mustard mayo and very accommodating staff as I preferred my sandwich well done (Yes, I am that person!) I would happily return for the food and, to try other items on the menu as it was delicious and relaxed but efficient atmosphere. Loved the function room they had downstairs.

No sé lo que habían hecho... los dejaron fuera... mucho tiempo después de su vida útil. ¿Los cocinaste demasiado tiempo? Color oscuro, seco y casi no comestible! Se fue sintiéndose bastante enfermo. ¡Los aros de cebolla fueron lo más destacado! Mencioné al personal y eran muy buenos y disculpados, y ofreció una bebida gratis que rechazamos. . . Al salir, notó otra mesa que había pedido y dejado sus hamburguesas de pollo cortadas y a un lado. Un vistazo rápido a las reseñas dice la misma historia. . . Un correo electrónico a su servicio al cliente rápidamente resolvió el problema, pero debe mejorar en su cocina, especialmente por el costo! He estado en otro perro cervecero y no he experimentado esto. . .

Conocí amigos aquí el año pasado y fue genial, pero hoy fue una experiencia ‘nunca más’. £ 5 para una botella de coca caliente. £ 8 para queso rancio y sándwiches de encurtido (sin guarnición, solo dos rebanadas de pan una rebanada de cheddar y un poco de encurtido). La camarera dijo que guardan el pan en la nevera - creo que la realidad es que hacen sándwiches con días de anticipación y los guardan hasta que estén viciados. Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso que tomó 20 minutos de llenado de formularios y un viaje a la recepción del hotel para que pasaran siglos en el ordenador. Mi recomendación es la fantástica cafetería italiana en el jardín Russell Square donde fuimos después - debería haber ido allí primero!

Of all buffet style lunch places in the area definitely best food, however portion sizes vary greatly. The takeaway box has the potential to contain a sufficient amount, however staff has been getting more modest with the portions scooped when picking the food and the last few times it had not been filled up properly. Requests to add some extra salad when the box is not full yet are received with reluctance and have resulted in the past with 2 extra cucumber slices rather than a sufficient add on. It’s a shame as the food itself is great and they have a very decent stamp card system, but for the £8.45 paid I do regret it when I have to go out for a snack after lunch as it has not been filling.
