Made coffee fairly quickly. Made it delicious and just what I wanted. The service is good. The only disadvantage is that there is not much space. So it's all good.

Always a mess! I’ve placed an order trough the app twice, and had to tell them it was there otherwise my order wouldn’t be made 👌🏻 two different episodes, failed on both. When we order online it means we are in a rush. The cafe was empty both times, with the staff chitchatting, absolutely joke.

THE WORST HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE AN ORDER CORRECTLY? Blonde roast latter and flat white latter are TWO different types of coffee I want my TWO DRINK REFUND GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP!

The coffee shop was very small no space at all between tables ,no toilet, staff was not very helpful,the hot chocolate was so mild and not at all frothy even so was quite expensive, I was not happy all together

Useless. Never get mobile orders correct. Had yet another one today that was missing customised bits. What's the pount of ordering via an app and putting everything in there when it just turns out to be qrong every time?

스타벅스야 어느나라를 가든 음료나 음식 차이는 없다고 생각하는데 직원 차이는 확실히 느껴지네요. 모든 직원들이 그런건 아니지만 나이가 좀 있으신 여자분은 굉장히 무례하다는 느낌을 받았고 심지어 인종차별정도까지 느꼈습니다. 음료를 주문할때 이름을 물어보지도 않는것은 물론이고 여기서 먹을거냐 테이크아웃이냐도 묻지도 않고 빵을 시켰는데 그냥 식은 빵을 떡하니 줘서 데워달라고 부탁하니까 고개를 절레절레 하면서 오븐문을 보란듯이 쌔게 닫드라구요. 큰기대 하진 않았지만 딱 영국이란 나라에 인상을 깊게 새겨주는 경험이었네요. 당연히 제 영국인 친구들은 전혀 안그렇지만 이런 사람들 때문에 영국이란 나라에 이미지가 안좋게 굳혀질까 한편으론 안타깝네요. 이 리뷰를 번역해서 볼 진 모르겠지만 꼭 보고 다시금 생각하는 계기가 되었음 합니다!

Lovely coffee, great atmosphere and very nice staff - they work very quick and are very experienced. Toffee nut soya latte with vegan cream is a game changer

I wanted to order a latte for my mother, but then when I had just finished saying it my mother told me that I had misunderstood and that she wanted an Americano so I asked the courtesy of canceling the latte from the order and replacing it with an Americano. In the end, the Americano arrived with a latte, and we discovered that the clerk had charged us double, despite having asked to remove it from the order. We went to tell him about the mistake but in a rude way he said that he doesn't care. Also, we asked if there was a bathroom, and he told us that if we had to go to the bathroom, we had to go somewhere else

We go there almost every Saturday and sundays , Very good coffees and friendly atmosphere, Lina makes us very very nice coffees everytime and she is so respectful and professional on what she doing. 👍👍👍

Another new branch to visit, this one was near the jazz cafe, we turned up early for a gig and were a bit early so went for a cuppa which was very enjoyable, good location, nice friendly helpful staff.

The older barista at 10-ish on 12th Mar sun, When my coffee are ready, didn't call my name, not so busy time, they didn't write my name on the cup. When I asked at the counter, "Is this my coffee?" The barista said, why do you ask it? How can I know that's my coffee, also It's rude just to pick a coffee not written your name. So Rude attitude, uneducated.

Ordered a brownie and two cups of tea, served in. We were given it all as take away. The so called “English tea” was merely a milky water, no taste to it watsoever. There were 4 people behind the till, looking miserable and not bothered. No smile, no courtesy, no effort. No cheap products either. And obviously not recommending this shop.

To have only one barista serving at 12.30pm lunchtime meant service was slow

Standard Starbucks affair in terms of food, hit and miss coffee depending on the barrista. However not overly impressed with Camden Starbucks because they had no idea what they were talking about in terms of the coffee, milk and syrup I requested, tried to tell me neither oat milk or a particular syrup was standard then went on to tell me that I was mistaken by saying said syrup was in stock when an almost full bottle was next to the checkout. Always quiet busy and noisy here too

the shop was nice however one of the baristas was horrible. i got given the wrong drink size and asked politely if i could have a medium like i ordered. the one making my drink didn’t but take my order but decided to inform me that i was wrong and that i’d payed for a small and was getting a small and that i should order correctly. luckily the other barista came over and corrected him, the guy then decided he wasn't going to make my drink. so i had to wait 20 minutes for my drink while others were being served who had come in after me. thankfully the other barista came to my rescue and gave me a large drink to say sorry for the wait. the other guy was unnecessarily rude and nasty.

This Starbucks is right next to Camden Town station - I went to do some work and have a mocha. The store wasn’t too clean, there was no toilet, on the expensive side and was quite small with broken, unstable tables but the upside was the staff seemed extremely nice and the coffee was well made! 😊

Definitely one of my favorite branches in the area. All baristas are so friendly, especially Klara and Rodrigo <3 always happy to visit!

Fairly standard Starbucks. Pretty small, not a lot of seating room.

Really disappointed. Was just at this location on Parkway Starbucks in the last few moments and witnessing the two white women bully their black coworker. The women were rolling their eyes and isolating the gentleman. It was awful to experience. They were very dismissive of his concerns and one visibly rolled her eyes out of his view. I bear witness and whistleblow for him.

Terrible. This coffee shop has no toilet, yet it is a starbucks. They should focus on making provisions of a toilet as this is a necessity in any coffee shop nowadays. Very bad, as this is a branded coffee shop, not just a normal random coffee shop. I had to visit another restaurant just to use the toilet

The barista was amazing. On a busy day the was quickly producing the orders!

Done coming to this location, they cant get anything right. You order an iced coffee and sit there staring at a hot one on the counter for 10 minutes and nobody says anything. Get down the street and have to go back because you realize this isn't what you ordered. I just threw away an americano at the bus stop because it didnt taste right, no idea how you mess that up. I know its england and service is meant to be bad but come on.

Slowest service ever experienced. Near empty but waited 10 minutes to even place an order, staff more interested in talking with each other -12pm

i tried their oat brown sugar espresso and it was good, had the amount of sweetness. they put a lot of ice tho.

Horrible experience. Guy that served us got our order wrong. When we said this was a different drink they looked at us and continued to serve other people. They didn’t end up making our drink at all even after explaining our order. Avoid at all costs. Horrific service.

No toilets and filled with chavs

One star dropped because first staff member was too busy having a chat with friend leaving another colleague further back at the counter to call us over to serve us.

Coffee shop needs a clean, staff have no engagement with customers, but this is a tourist trap, so I don't think staff really care OK for a coffee pick up but would not want to sit with friends, check out Costa by Camden Overground Station much nicer

For Camden Town this branch is too small and no toilets available. Very basic.

Really convenient, nice clean Starbucks, staff was great and did well with our biggest order as there were 7 drinks to take away, love the americano with coconut milk.

Door was locked at 4pm for some reason.. there were staff inside just ignoring customers outside the door.

Not a big starbucks but didn't have to wait long at all. Nice seating on the right. I wouldn't spent hrs in this one. I think it's set up more for in and out. Staff were friendly. Also very close to the tube station and start of Camden if you're in a rush. Very clean to.

Every time I am going there i have to pay more than 4 £ to get a large cup of coffee. And the employee ask me to wear my mask properly and some of them that didn't wear their's. But they still be polite and do their best.

Staff are snarky and pedantic. I inadvertently said small and medium and they tried to offer me two coffees and got snarky because my tired coffee deprived brain wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend £4:10 or £5+ for **1** hot drink. The coffee had a bitter taste after the top layer of syrup ran out, so my alert brain could really savour the daylight robbery that just occurred - £4.10 for a small coffee with oat milk! 🧐

Staff not listening to simple orders. Ordered 2 coffees and was given one.

My partner and I are here now! We have had a horrible morning.. until we got here and met Darren. This morning we were freezing and not in the best mood... but DARREN was so kind to us, he gave us so many options and he adapted to our needs. We told him we were very cold so he offered to make our coffees extra hot! He also made some changes in our coffees (we wanted the pumpking spiced latte but we don't like too sweet, so he offered to put less syrup in our coffees). And them my partner told him we are going to the London zoo, and Darren asked us if we know how to go (we said no) and he gave us directions! Lovely person, very polite, kind, efficient and useful!! This is the kind of people who should be always in customer service! Thank you Darren, and congratulations Starbucks Camden Park Way for your team!!

I'm really regular customer there but because the Starbucks app technical problems and cause my balance,stars and gold member all gone. And also I'm very disappointed about the lady staff who was so rude even I told her because Starbucks app technical problems so I need to pay by debit card and she still want to charge me the syrup that's I'm never need to be charged because I'm always stay in gold member. And I won't go back again this branch if the lady still there,will think about maybe to leave Starbucks brand even I'm with them more than 15 years,their own technical problems cause customer loss. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I always forget about this little Starbucks hidden on Parkway. I visited this afternoon and there where two male staff working and they where very polite and welcoming. The store was clean and not packed at all considering its in Camden, I'm surprised it was clean. I had the new marshmallow frapp and it was delicious 😋 I recommend this Starbucks.

I've been all over the world. Never ever in my life have paid more than £5 for a coffee even when I had coffee next to Niagara falls or in luxurious cafes. And these guys charged me £5.80 for a coffee with a bit of whipped cream and cookies. Never going there again!

The tea I ordered was ok. However, this place shouldn't be called a café. Rude staff. There are no toilets (not sure why they even charge extra for sitting in) and the few tables you can work at don't have plugs nearby. There's only two in the bar stools. The space is too crowded. Never coming back.

I have been here often but they never have any filter coffee. 3 times it has been cold. 2 times it's warm. This time I had to buy an Americano because I learned my lesson. Please. When the filter is cold just make a new one. It's Starbucks.

There was a time I loved Starbucks. But I feel it's going downhill with the use of products I haven't heard of, okay fair enough theses product maybe sourced to the company for a reason but it tastes so different. I'm trying to avoid milk so I always buy either a coconut cappuccino or a coconut latte. I bought a coconut latte and seriously it felt like I was drinking a cheaper make of coconut milk as Starbucks don't use Alpro. I had a few sips and it tasted of chemical and was really sweet. I forced a few more sips down as I didn't want to waste it, but I couldn't finish it. Won't be buying again from there. Probably stick to an Americano if I do.

Starbucks are getting so much better again. Since the new CEO everything about this chain has got better. Definitely much better than other competition in the UK

Ho provato molti Starbucks in giro, questo mi ha deluso completamente. La Carrot Cake era vecchia e non doveva essere venduta, il caffè era bruciato. In altri Starbucks mi sono trovato molto meglio.
