He is not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also truly talented and artistic. Every interaction with him is a pleasure — his positive energy and professionalism genuinely lift the whole atmosphere. If you’re headed there and if Jugin is working, please ask him to make J’s special and he will prepare that for you. Note to Starbucks management - please try and include this on your menu, this drink was really great!

Ordered a pastry which they offered to warm up and an. Americano. The pastry came out a soppy floppy mess, clearly microwaved and the Americano was so boiling hot that it took me 10 minutes before I could sip it, these people do not know how to make coffee!

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever visited! It is quite spacious and I always find a relatively quite corner to work from. What I really like is that it has very big ceiling to floor windows that let the sunshine come in during sunny days so the space is always soaked in sun. I was impressed by a girl with pink hair that served me the other day. She was just very kind and nice to me and when I asked if I could move a table and chairs to a sunny part of the cafe so I can get more sun she die it for me, also chatted a bit about coffees. She was just very pleasant.

Completely ignored my parter and I while we waited patiently at the front for at least 10 minutes. Two employees were just minding their own business and didn’t not even talk to us the whole time.

You have to be very lucky to get Oat milk in this place, one person makes coffee, cleaning and also serving people, management saves money on stuff but I loosing my time in queues.

You charge £4 for a latte but can t afford 2 baristas? Slow service and never oat milk ☹️

Fantastic Starbucks, it is in a great location, next to the park, not too crowded so service is fast, and makes great coffee!!

What a lovely little place, just a short walk from Primrose Hill. Superb staff, very friendly and accommodating. We were even offered to get our almond croissant warmed up together with breakfast choices. Ham & cheese toastie is 10/10, probably the best choice of the menu. The café is very clean and looked after. However, the toilet is scary, cold & smelly. It is crying for a refurbishment! I recommend this establishment, and people working there make your day an even better one!

I ordered online on the Starbucks app specifically what I wanted, arrived at the store, the male barista got both of my orders wrong, I ordered a tall caramel Frappuccino instead he gave me a grande (medium) I explained to him that he got it wrong which he said, “can’t you have a medium” so I took it. Lastly, I ordered Iced Chai Tea Latte for my sister that comes with ice which he got it wrong again, he complained about the situation to a female barista, then he made the correct order for it. I’m just disappointed with the barista’s not listening to what customers asks for.

I was so disappointed when haverstock hill closed but came to England's Lane today, staff were super friendly and helpful as I had young children in tow. Excellent service. Thank you

Driver was rude and said I wasting his time

In past months been all most every day on this place and at all times Baristas been helpful and friendly which it a bit unusual for London, hopefully they keep up the service like this

Coffee was not great and service was okay-ish. Toilets were disgusting.

I expect bad food and coffee when I go to Starbucks, but the saving grace is usually a nice clean environment. This place doesn't have that. Random stuff lying around and tatty seating. In need of a renovation or at least a good cleaning.

I came to have coffee with my baby and the girl who is making the coffees does not announce them clearly and when you ask her she does not answer so I took the only coffee there was and it turned out that it was not mine, I apologised to the person and to her and she hastily tried to take the coffee from me and burnt my hand, not only did she not apologise but with a very bad attitude and a bad face she said something to me, I asked her to repeat it and she just made a very bad face looking at me. I didn't want to make a scene but her attitude is terrible with the customer. I will not come back after what happened.

Starbucks is never great but it is often open on holidays when other places are closed.

If you want to date someone with a macbook it's probably the best place! It's good to. Chill a while. The toilet is comparable to a club toilet at the end of the night.

Awfully rude Barista poor customer service and filthy avoid!!! Surprised it is still open, would have expected this to close down. Described a strawberry Frappuccino, and nasty Barista started arguing with me awful unprofessional and aggressive man avoid!!

Visited on Thursday morning not long after they’d opened. This place is filthy - dirty floors, walls, everything. It clearly isn’t being cleaned properly. Also no recycling for paper cups or anything, and they give you paper cups even if eating in.

Since London has a million coffee houses, the Starbucks tend to not be as crazy as the ones in the US. This particular one is in a quiet neighborhood so it's a pleasant visit especially if you are a tourist wanting a piece of Americana. The staff were very friendly and the food options provided a nice variety (again better than US offerings).

Hi I want to say I paid for caramel syrup separately but I didn't get any in my ice latte I'm disappointed

4 staff doing nothing 2 with masks on probably because of smell and state of toilet unable to take pictures due to Not wanting to go back! Cheese and tomato panini warmed more cheese on a dairylea triangle! Never go back

Took me forever to write this post but it was so wrong that I do have to advise others. Was working in Belsize Park that day (2021) and was carrying my heavy work equipment around when I stopped to grab coffee. The baristas mistook it for a luggage which is normal. Nothing out of the ordinary so far. The blunt question that followed was shocking: ‘Are you going back to your country?’ Was shocked to say the least. In the middle of Hampstead. No airport nearby. They could have asked whether I was going on holiday if they wanted to make conversation.

Same terrible coffee as every other Starbucks. All the Indies on Englands Lane are better. Some people insist on Starbucks.

Coffee delivered but no cling film to stop spillage and upon delivery, bottom fell out of the bag, drinks dropped to the floor and the two iced drinks emptied on to the stairs. Fantastic. don't know if its the vendor or the drivers who take responsibility for spillages but we have paid for drinks that didn't even make it to the front door. Thanks.

Rudest staff I've ever come across, asked if they had a toilet we could use just before we were about to order and they told us no which is fine. Then one member of staff said 'anything else?' bluntly and another joked that there was a toilet in another direction which there wasn't. We actually have a can't wait card that's issued Crohn's and Colitis UK but after how they mocked us, we left. Not even worth one star.

I asked to refill the cup and rinse it off beforehand. The staff refused and argued they are not doing it.

I lost more than half coffee through the hallway until my home, once they didn't close properly the lid, totally disappointed with the service, I wouldn't recommend

Lovely service with amazing coffees

This is my local Starbucks. I don't drink much coffee (once every two to four weeks). My partner loves their dark chocolate bars, so I stop there to buy those while walking the dog. When I do drink coffee I have an iced mocha with no cream and they make it just the way I want it. Mind you this is not true of other Starbucks I have visited. So credit to the staff. Perhaps they recognise my dog (he is a good looking and memorable chap).

Mainly basing this review on the coconut latte I had for first time this morning. Afraid to say it was horrible and poor value for money. Paid an extra 40p for the coconut milk to be put in my medium latte which cost a whopping £3.55! Absolutely dreadful after taste. Avoid this drink at all costs. Going to bring my own coffee machine to work so I can start saving my money and stop making other people richer.

Driver not assigned for 30 mins and arrived 20 mins later than estimated. Finally arrived and drink missing.

Not too happy with the way I received my drink the lid was an open lid and it spilled all over the place the poor drivers bag was full of coffee.

Coffee is good, just like any Starbucks, staff used to be friendlier though.

Staff requires urgent training for anger management. Not seen any signs of orderly cleaning despite covid crisis. Toilet labeled out of use for weeks on just because stuff is not fancy to maintain it. Not the first time me and my friends receiving unwelcoming reception.

Normally not a Starbucks fan but the staff here are so wonderful that its the only one I'd go to.

Relaxing cafe and gives the option for customers to purchase a wide choice of food and drinks. Staff seem kind and helpful, however, when I made my order there was only one cashier who was slightly impatient when I was making my decision on getting a receipt or not.

One of the worst in the chain. It's really dirty, staff are slow, the layout and design is bad. Come here if you're desperate for something you're familiar with, otherwise head to one of the other cafes in the area.
