Been a few times for breakfast and lunch. Staff are always friendly and the food comes quick.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. 25 minute wait for coffee and over an hour waiting for a burger

Looking forward to visiting this great boozer again. Fab.

If you like something different, the ideal place

I always see a long queue for fortitude so I keep trying new things hoping that each time it’ll be better quality but every time I tried the sandwiches it was too salty (the chicken Caesar and the focaccia) and their sweets are too sweet (beignet, buns, etc.). Look at the amount of salt on the focaccia i bought. I literally had to throw it in the bin midway. I’ve always been disappointed all the 6-7 times i got something from there. But the smell is definitely great.

Absolutely disgusting. One absolute Rude and abusive member staff who was off shift getting in womens faces. Turned it on the customers.

It can get very busy during the weekends so it's helpful to have a reservation! Food is fresh and very tasty, desserts are worth trying!Had the fish tacos and were delicious! Staff were very friendly, love the interior, and the seed cards are a cute touch!

Took my aunty there just for a little beer or something,ended up having haddock goujons and chips to share as a snack Absolutely delicious the fish batter was so crispy and the fish fresh.

Angus our server was charming, and despite the busyness of Mother’s Day was fantastic. Food was great. A lovely night.

I made a point of phoning and checking if Dottys was open on easter Monday knowing it fell on a bank holiday. I was assured it was open and I made a booking for my 11 year old daughters birthday which I was made to pay for at the time of booking. Only to be phoned up 2 weeks later to be told oh no we're closed and trying to blame the booking system for letting me book..although I actually spoke to someone to place the booking, and I have photographic evidence that it was open. Anyway I moved the booking to yesterday, was promised prosecco for the adults upon arrival and extra goodies for the kids due to the mistake with the initial booking. I also had to add another child on as my friend had no childcare for him. Now the food was lovely as expected but the customer service not so good. Knowing it was a birthday treat for my daughter I had expected a bit of acknowledgement it was her birthday..but no nothing. I had to ask for the prosecco twice which they then tried to charge us for until we had to point out it was complementary, to which the response was oh yeah i remember now. There's was no extras and no acknowledgement that there had been a problem. Just brushed under the carpet and forgotten about. Having worked in customer service myself I definitely know that if something has gone wrong, you go above and beyond to make it right. This didn't happen at Dottys and I left with a very sour taste in my mouth.

I am wondering if this is my McGlynn Family that owned it im to late to find out now looked like a nice place.

My friends and I are visiting the London area and stumbled upon this absolutely perfect spot. The food was beyond incredible, I am so inspired by the flavors and depth and the service was so lovely, thank you to the owner who took such beautiful care of us. ¡Gracias!

Great reasturant, always a pleasant experience. The staff can not do enough for you, and the food speaks for itself.
