Costa Coffee in City of London, Westminster

One of the better Costa coffees around.

Staff were brilliant!!! So attentive to my little girl, just great customer service

Quick enough service but a very confusing layout... Normally coffee shops like this have one end of the counter where you give your order and pay, then the other end is where you pick up your prepared drinks. However this seems to have a payment till at both ends, so it's very confusing where you're supposed to order. I went from one end of the counter to the other three times before I figured it out...

This is a small Costa outlet opposite the Gherkin, mostly for take away though there are some chairs and tables outside it which are pleasant to sit at in good weather. There were three staff there when I visited and service was friendly snd efficient. I visited at the end of October 2022 and there was a notice that it would soon close temporarily for a refurbishment.

La cola está bien gestionada, así que no se desanime por su longitud. El servicio es muy bueno y el mocha medio es imprescindible. Con o sin crema! Yo tomo el mio sin. ¡No olvides usar tu tarjeta de fidelidad!

Quick service, good selection of drinks and snacks on offering even although a kiosk style Costa. Close to the Gherkin and Leadenhall building and good spot to grab a hot drink on the go if your passing through the City on your daily commute/visit.

Esta franquicia no tiene nada que envidiar a otras similares. Con una decoración propia e identificativa, sirven excelentes infusiones y bocadillos, bollería o pasteles para un tentempié al paso. Buena atención, rápida y cordial. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable para ir en familia, en pareja o en solitario.

La prima tappa di ogni viaggio londinese, fermarsi da Costa per bere un caffè (non l'espresso italiano ma meglio di altri bar londinesi) ma soprattutto i loro buonissimi muffin. Lo consiglio per chi è appena arrivato o per chi deve partire.

Costa coffee within Liverpool Street station was a great find! Hungry & weary , we ordered hot drinks & 2 paninis. Fairly standard for Costa coffee - same recipes but what stood out today was the polite, helpful & overwhelmingly cheerful service we received! If you’re at Liverpool Street station& you want decent fast food & drinks - this is the place !!

Never realised there was a Costa here at Liverpool street station! It just so happened that our boarding was moved and this little Costa caught my eye tucked away by the esculator at platform 15. Quick, efficient friendly staff. Very handy for grabbing a nice hot drink before getting a train. Will definitely be visiting here each time we're at Liverpool st station. Maybe more advertisement will boast this little gem.

This Costa is great and handy. The staff are efficient which is great when you're rushing to get your train but you need your caffeine fix.

Located centrally and great for some quick eats and a hot drink either alone or with friends/family. Courteous service.

Used to be a nice seating area here with good quality coffee and usual Costa Coffee extras. Now, no china cups at all only takeaway stuff (because they are too lazy to wash up presumably) and some of the most insipid coffee I have ever had in a Costa Coffee. Seating area scruffy, dirty and mostly replaced with uncomfortable low stools. Avoid and go next door to Bar and Kitchen which is very much nicer.
