Short line with a 5 minute wait for a take out coffee. Plenty of seating available and staff were pleasant. There is also nice terrace seating but it was raining and the seats had been moved inside.

Nice vibe and the staff are lovely but they are consistently understaffed, sometimes with just one person on, so the queues can be long and slow moving.

Price wise you can't beat them, but you have to queue to get in, it moves but some users can't grasp the queue process.

If you want a Nero just a short distance from the bustle of Oxford Circus, then this is the place.

The most beautiful and very clean cafe in London. Very friendly staff and good service. They are always ready to help and serve the best food and coffee. They have lot of games and books to read in the store, and nice sitting arrangements to sit and relax with your favorite cup of coffee, and good music in background. Please must visit and you will love it.

Great little place visited yesterday after I visited the BBC building which I think is very impressive and thought the Customer service was absolutely Fantastic the lady that served me was wonderful and I really enjoyed my Italian Wild Peach and Strawberry smoothie and peach Roulade which were both absolutely delicious and you can taste the freshness aswell, really enjoyed my visit there, highly recommended.

Good place for a coffee and people watching you may spot the odd celebrity or two but check first! Loved this cafe in the old BBC building!

One of the best Cafe Nero locations with lots of space and seating.

Really like this branch as a relaxing spacious place to sit inside for a coffee. Found it hard to locate from the map as it looks like it’s on the main road when it’s right next to the BBC building main entrance and found it my going around the back of the building and underneath. Enjoyed some coffee, hot chocolate and a nice chocolate chip cookie. Place was clean and tidy and staff efficient and friendly.

Right on the heart of the new BBC complex, but open to the public. Who knows who you might bump into! Great coffee and friendly staff

Very nice to work for some hours

Yesterday we visited this Nero... It was a real disappointment because for the ice Cappuccino and for the Hot chocolate we had to wait more than 15 mins and we were the only customers during that time. Then the black t shirt barista girl finally could make my iced drink for the 3 rd time, the red T shirt Indian tranee girl even did not thank me for my purchase. Last but not least when she gave us the drinks she just said sorry we run out of Whipping cream... In addition to the toilet was very messy without toilet paper... Neglected behaviour, they might hate their jobs very much to serve people like this manner despite of that they work in such a brilliant environment and good located, quiet store.

Good coffee. Their stratiachella chocolate is delicious too. This location is a little slow. They forgot my order and I had to remind them…it’s ok though. It was quite busy.

Usual great coffee and buzzing atmosphere. The pastries are very tasty too! The added bonus to this venue right next the BBC is the opportunity to celeb watch and the easy access to an abundance of shopping outlets on Oxford Street. Nice place to set yourself up before shopping or grab a much needed coffee during or after a day's spending!!

The barista who prepared our coffee was very kind and friendly. She gave us such a nice send off. The seats outside are very nice and they offer a Parisian style esplanade... A lovely café to visit in the centre.

Without a doubt the best cafe in all of London. Alice and her team of skilled baristas are welcoming and friendly and fast. They have consistently got my order perfectly executed five days a week for the past two years. This is a home from home and I will continue coming here so long as I live in this city.

Se detuvo en la BBC World Caff Nero frente a la casa de transmisión. Tomé un té y chocolate caliente y probé el nuevo pastel de queso vegano de chocolate que en realidad sabía muy bien. El servicio fue bueno e incluso obtuve un descuento. Se sentó junto a la ventana pero no pasó ninguna celebridad. Vergüenza.

This was nice. Pleasant seating area, friendly and attentive staff and cookies to die for. Seriously, try one! One star deducted for an error in my order – easily rectified.

Alright. It's a cafe Nero no more, no less, no matter where it's sited. Be prepared for the staff to shout "BBC?" at you. I presume they get a discount or something

Como un contribuyente razonablemente regular de la BBC, a menudo estoy aquí para tomar un café y una revisión de última hora de mis notas antes de dirigirme a New Broadcasting House a pocos pasos de distancia. El servicio y el café son buenos, aunque siempre están ocupados, por lo que puede hacer cola en el mostrador para ordenar. El interior podría funcionar con un poco de cariño, se ve sobrecargado de trabajo y cansado, pero hay muchos asientos y mesas para trabajar. Pero lo que hace que valga la pena venir aquí es la oportunidad de hacer una mejor clase de observación de celebridades, tanto del personal de transmisión como de sus invitados en el café y caminando afuera.

Puede perderse este lugar ya que no está permitido anunciar estar frente al centro de televisión de la BBC, por agradable que sea sentarse al aire libre con el café de su elección y observar a las celebridades mientras se pone al día con sus publicaciones de Facebook. Amable y agradable variedad de cosas que se ofrecen

Sí, usted ve al personal, a los invitados, a las celebridades y a los políticos de menor importancia que caminan por los últimos pasos de sus autos o autobuses hacia New Broadcasting House, pero aparte de la observación de celebridades de la lista, no hay mucho que recomendar en el patio de la ciudad. BBC y tomando una taza. Por otra parte, no hay muchas alternativas, a menos que tenga un pase para ingresar o esté con un miembro del personal. Suave selección de aperitivos, café de buena calidad.

I visit lots of cafe Nero but today this one was not good .two staff the young man was serving everyone while the young lady was avoiding serving anyone .as a result I did not get what I ask for. Hope it's better next time I visit

Lovely place in theme with the area of the BBC. The staff where polite, welcoming and the drink was spot on. The place was clean and tidy.

Very nice coffee shop right ouside the BBC so you can definitely do a bit of celeb spotting. I've always got a seat so surprisingly uncrowded, which may be because people think it's a BBC cafe. Nice background music, fast service, good quality eats and drinks.

Tucked away next to the BBC this particular coffee shop is less busy than most. Friendly staff good cake and great espresso. Comfy seating too!

Excellent little Nero which is open to the public as well as BBC staff. As its right at the entrance of New Broadcasting House, directly opposite the set for the One Show, you can do plenty of celebrity spotting.

Everything appears to be full of sugar. Pretty busy all the time, and queuing appears to be chaotic. Not the most relaxing coffee shop around, there are better places in the area

I often visit this Café Nero as the location can be good for people watching going in and out of the BBC. I do think the interior its needs a refurbishment as its tatty and a fresh coat of paint would not do any harm. Staff are normally OK but visited recently 30 minutes before closing and they really did not want any more customers and my drink of choice was unavailable , so I turned around and went elsewhere. These multi- chain operations need to realise if you say we open until 20:30 you should welcome customers at all times until then, small family run cafe's so much more welcoming. When I left the Café Nero thought I would look at the one on Upper Regent Street , that was very busy and tables outside were full of rubbish and empty cups, perhaps the answer Café Nero is more staff.

Go in every day I'm in the vicinity - good coffee, fresh pastries and sandwiches, and very efficient, charming service with a smile. Recommended.

Excellent coffee and green tea. I asked for redbush which they didn't have but said they would try and get some in as many people are now asking for it. Service with a smile. Good atmosphere inside and out.

Situated in BBC Broadcasting House opposite the One Show studio this is a fantastic place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Seating is both inside and outside; however outside seating is take in about 6pm in time for the broadcast of The One Show at 7pm. Great place to spot BBC TV & Radio Celebrities!

Situated directly opposite the live BBC studio ("The One Show"), this is a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst watching the world go by. There's always the chance of seeing a BBC TV celebrity as a bonus !
