Very friendly from the moment we walked in. Excellent service, and the best omelette and chips I’ve had in a very long time. I’m not local but if I was in the area again that’s where I’d go for lunch

Small hut with outside seating. A little gem. Food is hand cooked and locally sourced. The sausage sandwich with victorian style sausages is a must. Vegetarian options available. Cards and mobile pay accepted. If you take cash it will save them paying the fee

Lisa was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much whilst trying to organise my dads 70th birthday party!! The venue is brilliant for parties and my dad had the best time, so thank you to Lisa and the team x

Been using this coffee shop for years as a local Chorleywood resident, but please note do not complain or send anything back as you risk rudeness from the young man. My experience this morning is by way of example. I thought poached eggs should be soft not hard but when taken back, instead of politely replacing them he threw the entire meal in the bin and said he would not be replacing it. Sorry, but no way to treat a customer! Complaining about being busy is no excuse. I should have thought he’d be happy to have customers. (Actually, not that busy at 10.30 anyway.) If you can’t take the pressure with courtesy , you’re in the wrong business. Well he now has three less customers to worry about in the future.

Met a friend for a cuppa in the middle of the afternoon. Great hot chocolate. Accommodated our requested for some frothy milk for my friends toddler, which they didn’t charge for. Would definitely return.

Booked a table, turned up and was sat down to eat in the restaurant area then totally ignored after ordering drinks for about 40 minutes while people who came after us were ordering and having their food served. Walked out, cheers for the free pint and glass of gin though...🍻

I have decided this is the ultimate premier cafe breakfast and lunch place in the entire UK . Love it there. I challenge anyone to find a better breakfast for the money anywhere

first time here we stopped after a local hike and sat outside in the sunshine and had a roast dinner, 🥘 in the summer too, friendly service lovely tasteful interior decor and food was delicious

Watched a 6 nations match there . Decent crowd and atmosphere. Left early evening as we had children and the doorstaff were starting to arrive.
