This is a favourite local or ours and even though they were super busy today, the service is always 5* and nothing is too much for them. Service with a smile - always. This place also does the best coffees. Thank you again

Great coffee and food, that's reasonably priced, along with good service. If it was a little larger, I'd have-in more with the family.

I popped in on my way to the Osteopath- I was half an hour early for my appointment. It was really busy but it took all that time for a Chai Latte. Had to rush to get to the appointment (Sooooo Slow). Also the Latte was terrible (Small cup - Half of it froth) horrible taste. If I'm early in future I won't be visiting this establishment (Really loud music also). 😒

Bacon roll has so little bacon in it you cannot even taste it, it’s just a ciabatta roll with bacon flavour, won’t order again

Really tasty milkshake and cakes consumed in our visit, nice to have outdoor seating for when weather is warm however this is limited so we had to wait for table Service could be improved, visited on Sunday morning & young staff seemed hesitant and uninformed of order when queried with them.

I regularly have matchas from blank street but the matcha from here blew it out the water , I shall be back !

Always the place to go, Joe makes the best coffee around. Sometimes you have to wait a while but that’s because it’s good coffee and made correctly. Made with fresh milk each time not reheated like most other coffee houses. Food is excellent made fresh to order and those brownies yum yum.

Best coffee in Croxley by a mile! Joe is an incredible barista, and the whole staff team are welcoming and really friendly. Most of the cakes and menu items are also made fresh and by hand as a bonus!

Been here a couple of times, always increeeedibly slow even if there’s no one else waiting. See them prioritising friends of people who ordered after me. Coffee is decent but food is overpriced.

Not much choice, they don't even do mushrooms... I mean who doesn't do mushrooms- crazy goat! Hardly any options and very expensive for what's on the plate. Similar food in Romford, Barnet, Southgate, Enfield about 35% cheaper. Also could be cleaner

Worth a visit if you are willing to wait 30 minutes for a flat white. Coffee is lovely when it arrives but the slow service and lack of urgency in serving people let’s the place down.

Small local coffee shop. Service can be slow when busy. The coffee tastes good, but I have not tried the food as I think it's expensive. The seating area inside is tight but very well presented. There's also a seating area outside, which is a bit more spacious.

Honestly- worst service service ever!!! I ordered a coffee, and saw that as the only asian that had orders a coffee I was served last even though I had ordeeed before three Caucasians. The service from the front staff was awful. Will not be visiting again

Small independent Pretty coffee shop, ordered a takeaway . Simple bacon sandwich. Bread was the one I didn't ask for ,bacon portion wouldn't have fed a small animal.bread way to thick for the measly amount of streaky bacon . Coffee was made after our sandwiches were ready so a bit slower but Coffee was nice. £20.00 lighter was disapointed by mean portions to price .

I called in for a hot chocolate. 31/10/22 After my drink being served, l observed members of staff greeting a young woman with a dog. The dog was in the woman’s arms, so at the height of the serving counter. I just thought it wasn’t right for the members of staff to be stroking and kissing the dog, then continuing to serve customers without washing their hands. I noticed on your front door that the shop has a hygiene level 5, l certainly don’t agree with that! Sadly l won’t be back.

Love delis and cafes and hate to do this as food is good but service is slow and “please” and “thank you” don’t seem to be used unless you’re a regular, which is a shame as otherwise this is a nice place. Update oct 2022 Nothing seems to have changed. Went in at 08.00 this morning, one lady behind counter making coffee. I said hello, no response. Didn’t say a word to me. After a minute of awkward silence just decided to leave. Really feels like a ‘regulars only’ establishment :(

Me and my partner popped in for a drink on Sunday morning , just after 9am. the first thing you are greeted with is the loud music , we was going to sit inside but we wouldn't been able to have a conversation I suppose you could ask them to turn the music down , but I shouldn't have to need to do that. we managed to get a table outside as one became vacant just as we ordered. But other wise the drinks were good and its a nice little café. so I'm afraid I'm only giving 3 stars.

The coffee is the best I've tasted of all the usual 'coffee shops', and I told the owner that on a recent visit a few days ago.

Some of the best coffee I’ve had, I’ve been all over. Lots of coffee shops in London, Edinburgh and all over the U.K. and this coffee is up there with the best of them. Top drawer stuff.

Friendly staff, lots of seating space (esp outdoors - semi shaded so fab for sunny days!) and fab latte art. Service slow when busy but worth the wait! 🥰

Myself and 3 colleagues popped in for a coffee and sandwich earlier today. Despite being told that they had ran out of bread the waitress did advise that they had sourdough bread suitable for toasties. Now it’s hard to get excited by a simple coffee and toastie by my god they were good. It’s always a pleasure supporting local businesses even more so when they deliver such good quality over high street chains. Keep up the good work

Had to have my third choice sandwich despite arriving just after 12:00. Sandwich and coffee were very good. Service was quite slow. Typical small independant coffee shop. Will probably try it again in a year when I have forgotten.

I changed my rating. I was having a cranky day. Generally a good service and the coffee is great. I ve been back since and the service was 10/10. Coffee still good and menu is ok. Dirty tables outside. I chose the least littered table. Coffee is good. Menu also ok. Service is hit and miss. I took a table outside. Coffee was brought to my table but the waitress did not take away the used spoon and coffee lid that had been left. Both waitresses forgot the water I ordered.

I have been using this coffee shop since it opened and have literally given them thousands of pounds of hard earned money to support them in their venture. Today I popped in to get a hot drink on the way home from work. I walked past a girl sitting outside having a fag. Another girl took my order, then went outside to tell the 'barista' (the smoker was she) that there was a customer wanting a coffee. The barista mumbled something like I'll be in in a minute. Bear in mind I walked past her on the way in and at this time of day (4pm) would only be coming for a drink. Before she poured the drink I asked her to please make it hot. She said, i"f you want it hot you need to ask before the milk is steamed", whilst standing next to a coffee machine with a milk steamer on it which can be used to increase the temperature of the milk in seconds, then added,"it should be hot enough anyway", didn't check if it was to my liking after dismissing my request because she couldn't be bothered to spend 5 seconds hearing the milk up a little bit more. Of course, the coffee was a little more than tepid, but I couldn't be bothered with putting her out even more than I already had. The price has been increased to £3.60. I knew this because a young lad had tried to charge me this price a few days earlier despite the price on the board being advertised as £3.60. I told him on that occasion that you couldn't charge people a different price than the one that is advertised So not only is this place the most expensive place I know to buy a coffee, the new staff are poorly trained and some of those who have been here a long time have a terrible idea of what it means to provide a service (to put it kindly). To be less charitable I would have to say that this girl's attitude absolutely stinks. Needless to say they can poke their £3.60 coffee where the sun doesn't shine and wave goodbye to any further custom from me. Absolutely disgraceful and a shame to see what used to be a really good place gurgle down the pan, which is an apt expression given what is normally disappearing when you flush a toilet.

Coffee, great taste, and a 🍰 what more could you ask for. Staff were amicable and attentive. Prices as any other coffee shop. Will visit again

Great Customer service, food served on time sometimes with a bit of a delay but they will let you how long the food will be prepared, the worker always have a big smile and they always make you will welcomed, and when you are a regular customer, they know straight away what you want without anty hesitations, I give 5 star rating and they are one of the best coffee/ Sandwich shop ar.ound in Croxley Green

Ordered on Uber eats was nice to wait an hour and a half for a sandwich then take a first bite and get a mouthful of grit, opened the sandwich and there’s a lump of mud inside whoever made that must have been drinking last night🙄

The service was excellent. The ☕was absolutely 💯👌. Was my first visit. I will go back. So nice to go somewhere new, where everything is spot on.

I live right by cafe Nero....I walk 30 minutes up hill to get my coffee at The Crazy Goat.
