Good place to watch football and a great selection of beers. Definitely one on the nicest and friendliest pubs around!

Great service from the Costa team this evening. William, Guy and Aly were excellent. The Coffee shop food area was spotless and the floors were clean. Nothing was out of place in the shop. I forgot to collect my receipt but a new one was printed for me without any fuss 🙏 Thank you for a great atmosphere 😊

Service via the app is still unreliable had to wait 10 mins and then had to ask where my coffee was coming

Pub open all day, from 10 for coffe moring Mon, Wed, Fri. Servibg Landlord and Bass but may change. Earnestly seeking a chef to serve food like they used to do.

A lovely location for a tea room, sadly we were let down by the food. The scones were warmed up to hide the fact they were stale and the jam was a cheap jelly. My son’s eggs were so under cooked the whites were still clear. My husband ordered a meat pie, we had to laugh as it was the smallest portion. Having said all that our waitress was lovely and very friendly. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

i visited 3-4 times during my 2 weeks stay in London because i really love the mocha with marshmallow. wished i have visited couple more times.

A perfect bakery/cafe for a quick bite and decent coffee. The food is on display but behind a glass screen. I think all of the food is freshly baked on the premises. My husband and I both had a smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese which were delicious. A very enjoyable Christmas Eve treat after a walk around the lake.

Unplanned visit so I didn’t read any reviews before I went in gladly! This morning I’ve had the best coffee I’ve had in quite a while. Perfectly made flat white. I like the coffee beans they’re using and it was made so well - a genuine flat white which is hard to fine. Decor not to my taste and they need to keep on top of cleaning the facilities a bit better (passable but could be better) but next time I’m in St Albans I’ll definitely go back for another coffee. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Coffee was delicious..americano with hot milk on the side. Very nice scone and cream. Some tables hadn't been cleared but there was enough space. Counter service a little slow but it was quite busy. Glad to see pastries were covered.

Cheesecake to die for! Hubby and daughter very happy with their Sundae and waffle. We were told delivery between 8:20 and 8:45 it arrived at 8:10 😊
