Me and my friend came for bottomless brunch and it was lovely! Staff were attentive and fast with the drinks considering it was a 2 hour time slot, especially Shaheen. Recommended this to my other friends and would definitely come again!

The best staff especially Abby foster she was so quick with drinks when needed when on bottomless brunch!!! All staff in ate lovely!!!

We come in on a Friday night Leanne was amazing her customer service was extremely good and she was very fast with the drinks. She welcomed us with a smile and she answered all her questions. Amazing waitress will definitely be returning

We visited The Slug & Lettuce for their cocktail making event and it was fantastic with one welcome drink and 2 cocktails, plus an adequate and tasty buffet selection of food. They have now changed their offering to include an extra 2 cocktails but have removed most of the buffet and replaced with 3 bowls of chips between 4 people. What a disappointment! When phoning the place, they were unwilling to help, and when I phoned their booking line today, they again said that they were willing to turn away £450 in revenue rather than make a few additions to the bowls of chips so we could have an adequate meal with our cocktails. Real shame that they have change this great event and diminished it.

I was out with some friends celebrating a recent birthday and had a great experience due to a lovely ginger man named Joe he provided us with 5* service and put a smile on our faces he was so fun and approachable making sure everyone in the party was enjoying the night. Thanks so much Joe for accommodating us so well we will be back!

We arrived and the place was virtually empty. We had to order using the app which was a bit of a pain. However the food was good, and with all the offers combined was quite cheap all things considered. We were largely ignored by the staff and found them surly and inattentive. The food did come quickly and was well cooked.

Erxhan was brilliant and very attentive. Food and drink was great and delivered quickly and in a timely manner. Thanks.

Fantastic Bottomless Brunch with friends. Our first experience at Slug & Lettuce St Albans and we were very impressed. There were 5 of us in the party and it was a birthday celebration. Amber looked after us amazingly well, nothing was too much trouble for her. She even managed to move us to a more comfortable table when requested. There were plenty of dishes to choose from and the food delivery was excellent. Perfectly poached eggs, crispy bacon and lovely sausages. We were lucky enough to keep out table after our 11am to 1pm slot was over.

Absolutely spot on, food was lovely, best time ever quick service, our server was lovely, his name was dave I want to thank him as he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, thanks slug and lettuce and thank you dave!

Been coming here regularly for years now, great range of cocktails and love the weekend DJ. Sparky always plays some good tunes and knows his crowds, Dave has always been very accommodating and attentive. Overall very good experience and will keep coming back when in the area
