Great decor, amazing staff - very human and dog friendly. Wines and beers - good selection. Food at lunch was good with generous portions. Coffee and cakes were also good. Great place🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My wife and I have eaten regularly at the ‘Keys’ many times over past years. Our experience earlier this week (family dinner for 10 of us) has prompted me to write this review. I can honestly say that the professionalism and attentiveness of the whole team was exemplary. From the bar staff, through the waiting team and kitchen staff we were treated so well, and it made our visit just perfect. The food was, well, just brilliant (thank you so much Ann). If you want a venue for a family get-together or even a romantic meal for two, I can highly recommend the Cross Keys. Thank you all again!

Just been had a carvery,and I'm not going again,I have been a few times.All I can say was it was not hot,just warm,like it had been warmed through it was dry,even gravy did not warm it through.like I said it cost me £40 and I am not going again. Very poor food.

We were recommended this pub by our Guest house. We were not disappointed. Although from the outside it doesn't look much it is very friendly and the food was excellent. We had steak and kidney pudding each on the first night and it was so good we went back on the second night for rump steak and lasagne for the two of us. The local beer was wonderful too and at very reasonable prices. It is a very popular pub well patronised and I can quite see why. You can't judge a book by it's cover.

Must write and thank the Station Restaurant for putting on an excellent buffet for our Wake. Quality and quantity plus great staff service helped make the days planning go very well We couldn’t have ask for a better venue and refreshments Highly recommended Thanks to all The Knight Family

Excelente elección de cerveza bien guardada a un precio decente! Jaipur £ 4 por pinta, por ejemplo. Buena elección de comida que era de excelente calidad y a un precio muy razonable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar, aunque a pocos pasos del aparcamiento en la estación de autobuses!

Very nice rooms, food good, service very handy for town centre. People very friendly.

The service is so slow and unfriendly, loads of staff which is great but all standing around doing nothing which is frustrating 15 min wait for coffee and not busy and 20 min wait for sandwich grghhh. Fantastic location could do it so much better

Didn't eat here. Was way too bright in the pub, they need change the bulbs!
