Massive stick/baguette with fresh ingredients packed to the brim with chicken and salad would highly recommend for a great take away lunch. Have sat in and had this to lovely at,o sphere with friendly staff.

Lovely and polite staff, the best and tastiest sandwiches and meals to eat in or takeaway. theres also a wide selection of cakes too!!

Situated opposite the Wetherspoons pub this place is a little gem. Open early till 3pm most days. There is very limited inside table to eat. Great takeaway counter service. Best of all is that everything is made fresh and plenty of home made pastries, scones to choose from. Everything is served with a smile. Give it a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Grab a bacon and egg sandwich on brown bread - you won’t be disappointed. Called ahead to order, picked up piping hot in 10 mins. Great food, service and price. Thank you

We like eating here. They have an extensive food menu at great prices. Hot and cold dishes available. Seating is very limited especially during lunchtime hours. Spotlessly kept clean and some limited free parking outside. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Nice friendly and old style cafe serving good quality food - nice soup and cakes and other light snacks too! Small sitting area-worth visiting as opposed to chains!

Food is really lovely. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpfull exceptionally clean and tidy. Food is always hot and cooked on demand. Also do takeaway. Family functions.

we visited Julies to check out wedding cakes,it was lovely to see old fashioned service and home made bread and cakes we will be ordering our wedding cake from there.

Have called in here a few times while shopping in March for nice things to take home and when asked to provide a last minute birthday cake for a relation they more than saved my bacon by being able to provide me with a 70th birthday cake with only 4 days notice which was exceptional considering most bakers require at least a weeks notice at best. Having bought some of their cakes to take home before I knew I was in safe hands and wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again

We decided for the very first time have a light bite at Julie's Bakery. Can be very busy at times as there are only a few tables in this small bakery/eatery. However, when we visited we could sit where we wanted. Order at the counter and food delivered to your table. The staff were very friendly and helpful in deciding what we wanted to eat. When our order arrived it was extremely well presented. Quality ingredients and in the case of bread, served in different sizes and types of bread, all fresh. Do have hot dishes on their menu to choose if you so wish. We will be back for sure. ( The mini stick I ordered was certainly NOT mini ) but devoured it nonetheless, yummy.

Lovely friendly bakery. Food is wonderful, especially the home made soup, would recommend this to anybody. staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean with excellent food.

As usual Julie's served a fabulous breakfast, with great service and a smile! The food was hot, beautifully cooked...Jeff's egg was runny, just like he had asked for it to be cooked!!

I regularly get my lunch from Julie's I always go for a tuna cheese panini or jacket potato with cheese and beans. Both come with plenty of filling. Staff are really friendly and I always have a chat with them. Every now and then I treat myself to a cake I especially like the carrot cake!!

Stopped here for Coffee and Cake with my cousin and was well worth it. Both Coffee and cakes were excellent and very reasonably priced. It was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly.

Went to buy bread. Came out with three filled rolls, a seeded loaf and a cake! The staff are very friendly and food tasted incredible! No hassle with orders and made to feel very welcome even though I'm not a Regular customer! Will return

went in here after hearing very good reports, staff stood chatting, when asked about small cakes i was told they had what was on display and then they continued to chat

Only the best ingredients are used by Julie and they don't skimp on the fillings, have your sandwich or rolls your way.Great friendly staff always a ready for a chat and a laugh.

Freshly made paninis to order, exactly as YOU want.Service with a smile and a kind word works wondet rs, unlike other places we have been.Paninis and coffee arrived hot and within 10 mins.Oh, I forgot the prices - they are about the cheapest we have paid compared to every other restaurant we have visited.Only seats about a dozen folk, but takeaway is available. Lots of lovely looking cakes, pies, sausage rolls on view as well.If we're in March again, we would definitely visit again. :-)

As I Live local We have used Julie`s guite often and can say that is worth going to for something to eat or to buy a cake or bread.

Go here often for my take away lunch. All staff very friendly and there chinese chicken and salad bap is the best I've had :)

Been here several times & each time a pleasure.All sandwiches freshly made with a large choice option & will even meet a variation not displayed.Cake are naughty but nice & hard to refuse, so just have to try.Offers eat in & takeaway.Also has homemade large cakes to purchase, so you can take home & share with the rest of the family who missed out.Staff are very friendly & polite.If you are looking for a light lunch with a bit of naughtiness here's the place to visit

Popped in with daughter for a sausage roll and a gingerbread princess, very well priced and lovely staff. Daughter thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Lovely little tea/cake shop. Parking outside is limited. Nothing too much bother. Will go again next time we are in the town.

We had a English Breakfast there. You can pick & mix what you want instead of beans i.e mushrooms. we had egg/bacon/sausages/ mushrooms/fried bread/ My husband had toast as well we both had a coffee.

visited this little sandwich / cake shop, staff very friendly and helpful, like they used to be I saw them put and old ladies cakes in her bag for her and helped her to the car, I ordered a sandwich that was not on the board and they made it for me. well worth a visit, if you can not see what you want listed ask they are very versatile.
