It was my first visit to Dewey’s, my granddaughter and I enjoyed the best Sunday lunch ever. From a friendly greeting at the door, very caring waitresses, followed by wonderful food, all piping hot and delicious, I couldn’t ask for anything more, I even had a sneaky raspberry roulade, that was delicious too. I cannot recommend Dewey’s highly enough. Thank you to you all.

Thanks to my fiancée Helen Lawes for a lovely Sunday roast lunch at Dewey’s diner 👌🏻🍖🍗🥦🥕🥔🍻 just a pity about the countless takeaway roasts being picked up by shall I say slightly greedy people !!! Omg the only thing keeping the food on their plates was the tightly packed tinfoil !! I can understand if elderly of disabled people need a roast dinner taking to them at home 👍🏻 but this was just pure greed ! And it made a few people in the restaurant wait for their pre booked meals at their tables , as a lot of food had to be cooked fresh again at 2.15 after the takeaway crew had cleared the lot !! One plate had 3 huge Yorkshire puddings on it 🙄😳😳 , but the staff were really friendly and it was a cracking roast lunch 👌🏻👌🏻. But the staff were put under even more pressure than they already were as the countless takeaway customers were endless 😬😳, and I bet most of these greedy people didn’t even eat it all and are probably eating it at home for the next couple of days , but the system needs changing as it’s gonna put people off going for a sit down meal in our opinion ,

My granddaughter came to stay for my birthday weekend, we had the best Sunday lunch ever. The food was plentiful, hot, fresh and delicious, the gravy was the best ever. The staff all welcomed us like old friends (it was our first visit), everyone was so friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you haven’t been then you absolutely must, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic breakfast, great sausages & crispy bacon. Got a warm friendly welcome as we walked in. Staff were pleasant and efficient. And all for a reasonable price. Would definitely recomend. It set me up for the day!

I haven’t been on Tripadvisor in a while, but didn’t hesitate to write a review on here for Dewey’s. Great service, great food, huge portions! A nice place for everyone to visit. Will definitely be back.

Surprised that this little gem is hidden away on an industrial estate, should have a more prominent position. Food is to die for, but opening times are limited so need to check Facebook for menus and carvery availability. Worth visiting, then make up your own mind! I'll say no more except you will regret not checking it out.

Found this gem whilst in Wisbech at the tackle shop with my boys, they were being very picky with what they did and didn’t want on the plate… as usual and the lady was very patient and sorted the breakfast orders out the best was as not to overcharge! Breakfasts were absolutely spot on and I’m very fussy about fry ups! Eggs were cooked perfect as was everything else and came out in good time for a good price! Very happy to see all positive reviews for this place as they’re well deserved!!

Nice little truck stop but limited parking

Came in and was told we couldn't drink the bottle of water we had with us despite me ordering a drink and waiting to order two meals. Waitress was really unpleasant and felt as though we were being watched. I appreciate you can't bring outside drinks in but we had ordered drinks and were ordering food, it was just a bottle of water. Decided to leave as we felt so uncomfortable and the manner of the waitress was very unfriendly and rude, shame because the short haired waitress seemed really friendly.

Stopped in on the way out to the coast for breakfast, good sized plate, friendly staff and great value for money! Would recommend stopping in!

I have been to Dewey's a few times always great service and good food and value for food but apart from that I have to recommend them for arranging a buffet for me for a works event at short notice service and communication excellent and the buffet at short notice was excellent thank you to all the team at Dewey's really appreciated and very thankful for your help .

First time at Deweys and not disappointed. Every where was nice and clean . The Staff are all lovely. Took our order and when arrived it was piping hot and delicious. We will definitely be returning again .had one for the best mugs of tea . Well 2 mugs actually.

Good place to go for a really good meal we have breakfast there and it's excellent a few to choose from. But they do sunday lunch and other things can't fault the place lovely.

First time ordering (delivery) Had a tuna Jacket potato. The Jacket potato was tinged green inside. I've also never eaten such a dry Jacket potato, despite having a cube of butter! The tuna came in a pot separate. It had been drained but was disappointed there was no mayo. Reluctant to order again.

Went for a Sunday Carvery and certainly didn't dissapoint. Amazing food, the best roast i had ever had !! Staff were all amazing. My friend was having back trouble and the lovely young woman let her link her arm to help her to walk. Great service will definately be back xx

Lovely place to pop into for one of the best bacon butties in town. We keep meaning to go in for the carvery & steak night but aren't that organised. Staff are excellent & the place is very clean. The loo could do with an update but that is just me as a fussy loo user! Worth dropping in for, but be aware it does close at 13.00 on a Saturday, we saw several people come in late.

Hi just to let everyone know that if u are looking for a good meal then please order from Dewey's Diner. Priced at a reasonable and manageable amount. Sunday roast £12.95 carvery and choice of 4 meats beef, pork, gammon, and turkey. Just started doing steak Nights on Thursday from 8th February 2024, from 5pm till 8 pm. What can I say it's the most tender piece of rump steak I've had in a long time, cooked to perfection, comes with mushrooms, onions ring's peas and side salad.well worth a visit. Lovely friendly staff, reliable and quick service, Polite. All Cooked fresh.

Wonderful food and staff. Always accommodating to every one. Personally recommend the Yorkshire puddings and the Bailey cheesecake.

We had planned to drop in here on the way to our short break in Norfolk, but due to us having the dog in the car and it raining so much we made sure we stopped on the way back. Well we were not disappointed at all. I had the Big Boss breakfast that could have fed the whole family 😆 It was superb. The wifey had the all day brekkie and the boys had Scampi and Hunters Chicken. It was all fantastic. I highly recommend that if you are travelling on the A47 to or from Norfolk or just passing through Wisbech. This is the place to stop. Really friendly staff and and great venue. 😁

Deweys Diner, a warm welcome in a spacious and very attractive setting. Very good menu , i chose the large breakfast which was excellent and very good value , I shall return again.

Stopped off on the way home from our holiday in Norfolk. Really tasty breakfast and warm and friendly staff. We sat outside with our dogs and everyone was really helpful and kind and even gave them some tasty Turkey. We would definitely recommend 5 star in every way. Thank you so much.

Although you do not have views to admire as it is located in the industrial area of Wisbech it more than makes up for this with the standard of food produced backed up with a 5 star hygiene rating great for lunch go on Wednesday carvery day

Looking for somewhere new to try for lunch & saw the fab reviews for Dewey's on here, so thought we'd try it and so glad we did. It was a Wednesday & so a carvery was on offer alongside the menu & when we saw the lovely roast joints and HUGE yorkshire puds we couldn't resist. Vegetables were cooked beautifully with an especially delicious cauliflower cheese and all the trimmings. We even managed desserts - a Malteser cheesecake to die for and a light raspberry roulade. A chilled white wine spritzer and an alcohol free beer for the driver arrived promptly. Service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly too. We came home and had a nap!!!! A new favourite for us.

Had the gammon ham egg and chips , gammon was too salty for me , but that's me . Rest was lovely

Omg, their Sunday dinners are out of this world!!! Nothing is to much trouble, inc when we arrive in a wheelchair. Another hidden gem in Wisbech. Well done team. X

This diner is brilliant with lovely friendly staff and fantastic well cooked food. We sat in the marquee as my friend is in a motorised wheelchair but the owner said he would eventually install a ramp which is good.A good time was had by all and we'll definitely be back.

as cafes restaurants (ect) was only allowed by Law to do take away and now we are allowed to go inside and have a sit down meal as i say this is our first time inside and it is very nice bright clean and set out very good with the tables and chairs ect it as a very good kind staff and a very warm welcome awaits you it is very good with the CONVID-19 Thing The food is fresh done and set out good on the plates and they have a Bar as well as very good Car Parking and very good clean Toilets as wellAND Yes We Will Be Back Soon

while riding around we came across this this very nice clean Diner it as its own car park and is very friendly sort of place the staff we found are so very helpful and the food we found was spot on with nice fresh hot and well set out on the plates the staff we found was very helpful i had a All Day Breakfast which is 1 bacon 1 Lincs sausage,1 egg, hash brown, mushrooms, beans or tomatoes plus bread and butter or toast

Me and my dad went here for an all day breakfast,as we were looking for somewhere to go as Frankie and Benny’s has closed. I googled breakfast in Wisbech and it came up,I was really surprised as I have been down that road a lot and not noticed it before.However there was a massive sign that did give it away.We went in & were immediately made to feel very welcome by the owner Trevor,and the staff Debbie & Katy,so thank you to them for excellent service as well & very friendly with lots of apologies as they were doing alterations although there was no actual building work going on.We had a dd breakfast Which was 2eggs,2bacon,2sausages,2hash browns,mushrooms and tomatoes,2 slices of toast.you can swap & change if you don’t like anything.it was £6.95 including tea or coffee.so a very good price.They do a carvery on Sundays & I believe in the week as well. We had a really enjoyable first visit & intend to have lots more visits in the future.
