The food was exceptional here - great selection of starters, mains and deserts. We ordered pork belly and short rib beef - both excellent. Best pub food I have had in a long time. And all with great service and a lovely atmosphere and surroundings. Highly recommend it.

I went onto the Ginger Fox for lunch last week. Food and service was OK. Unfortunately the place was full of people with dogs! No place for dogs around food in my opinion. I won't be going back!

When in Stamford we love to go to Frothys for breakfast, usually have full English which is great but this time we fancied a change and we had the scrambled eggs, black pudding and mushrooms ,absolutely fantastic. Staff and owner very friendly Will be back

What a great find , stopped off for food , made us very welcome and very dog friendly. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff . Food was so good , and good value , was delicious and a varied menu . Would definitely recommend, Thank you.

We'd been kindly treated to a meal voucher at Knead venue as a Christmas present so thought we'd enjoy an early Valentine's meal at Paten & Co, where we haven't been before. We booked an early table and were seated on the first floor. It's such a beautiful building and we'd not realised how big it is on the inside, total Tardis! We were also delighted to take advantage of the free bottle of wine offer, meaning we had a very good value for money meal out. We started with cocktails - a P*rnstar Martini for me and a spicy Margherita for my other half. Both delicious. Starters were also great - loved the whipped Brie especially. Mains also excellent, I asked for my chicken in a box without the bun and that's why it perhaps doesn't look as pretty as it might otherwise, but it was all so tasty. Service was really friendly and prompt without feeling rushed. We'd definitel visit again.

We have been here a number of occasions but this time the service was terrible. We had to wait ages to give our food order and the waitress wasn’t particularly friendly. Waited 45 minutes for our breakfast even though other people had arrived after had their food before ours. Once our food arrived the lady said they were doing another egg as the one on my plate was over cooked even though we had to wait ages. No apology. Won’t be returning again.

This was our first visit and we were met with a very friendly welcome by the lady behind the bar. The food is cooked fresh by the equally friendly chef. I had beef lasagne with chips and salad, my husband had Bang Bang Chicken with Rice. Both were delicious. We will definitely eat here again.

Food always arrives quickly, the food is so delicious. I highly recommend trying here if you haven’t already.

Really impressive Steak & Ale PUDDING (proper suet) was well matched by quality of service and selection of properly looked after real ale.

We found this charming little cafe very last minute as a meeting point for friends. It was lovely. Friendly staff, lovely interiors, great looking cake selection and good prices. The menu looked lovely. I had a bacon and egg bap that was delicious. Will definitely return although I imagine it gets very busy and only had a handful of tables but will try our luck.

Friendly pub and restaurant,cosy with nice menu choices and fresh vegetables very well prepared. Lovely meal all round. We'll be back.

We popped in for brunch and enjoyed drinks and a snack. Delicious home made scones and friendly service. We will return.

A lovely evening spent at Nottys. Relaxing, comfortable seating, attentive staff, great atmosphere. Best place in Market Deeping for a chilled evening with food. We had the cheese board for 2. Booking advised.

We love it here, a local business that all locals should support, fantastic food and a lovely team. The sauteed potatoes are to die for. Don't follow the pretend "posh" sheep sipping overpriced coffee and chomping on factory produced foods nearby. Support small businesses.

This is a beautiful pub/restaurant situated in a picture postcard village .. it’s beautiful inside and out .. ample car park with new outside seating and large children’s play area.. there is a large pub area which has a warm welcoming feel and a lovely restaurant area which is split into 3 areas by steps which instantly creates a cozy feel.. the decor is modern and warm with ambient low lighting and real exposed beams. As you enter you pass the kitchen where you can watch the chefs work hard to create amazing home cooked quality food - we had burnt ends to start ( these were cooked in Bertha the big oven ) which were smoky and rich and siracha beef flatbreads ( which were stunning full of flavour ) and a double cheeseburger ( I love a burger and am often disappointed but this was a taste sensation) this burger was home made and full of taste .. the cob was fresh and not soggy at the bottom unlike every other burger I’ve had .. fresh salad and gerkins … and a really mature strong but subtle cheese perfectly melted The dessert menu looked great but we were stuffed We can’t wait to call again - by the way these do rooms too !
